I was rented an absolutely filthy cargo van. Pet hair on the seats trash inside the van and the dash looked like it hasn't been wiped in months. Totally gross! Seriously? It cost me over $100 for 1 day and the van was filthy. I will never use a uhaul again. Ridiculous pricing for 1 day for a gross and dirty van.Kathleen M.

My first issue is with U-Haul the corporation. The location of our pick up was changed without notice. The location was changed to a town in the opposite direction I was going. This was not only inconvenient, it added miles. The location is on the back side of the building without prominent display. You have to take the alley for the main entrance with zero notification. Our truck was rattled with scuffs that were not marked. The truck has significant transmission issues. The truck does not go into reverse without issue. The equipment was clean as far as a quick wash down of the cab with STRONG odor removal.Adrian S.

My reservation was changed from the Kent, OH location to the Cuyahoga Falls, OH location due to vehicle availability. Upon arrival I was told that the 15' truck I had requested was replaced with a 17' and I would not be prorated the difference in mileage from the Kent location as I had to drive roughly 10 miles just to reach the start of my move. Need to have someone working inside at all times. Waited in the lobby for 20min without seeing anyone at all. When returning the trailer I rented I came back Sunday at 3pm and the store is closed due to a global black out which is unfortunate but that left me with no way to return the trailer. CSR had his mask down during the whole transaction. I was getting a scheduled one way rental and pads. I was told I could get my own pads on the way out the door and that I had to walk around the building and cross the street to go get my truck. What ever happened to customer service? Why wasn't the truck parked in the main lot with the pads already in the truck? The gas and mileage was incorrect as well. Doubt I will be back to uhaul. The online ordering process to rent a vehicle was resinous and definitely not user friendly. I probably wasted 45 minutes of my time whereas if I'd just have driven to the location I could have saved a lot of time. Rent equipment that is actually road worthy. I rented a 15' truck that took considerable time to put into reverse gear. I called immediately and complained about the truck but Uhaul didn't do much except â€œput it in their notesâ€. It poured out hot air on the drivers side even with the air conditioning on and the ramp into the back of the truck was broke. When I brought the vehicle back, the kid checking me back in did not seem to care one bit. I'll be going to Penske from now on for my rental needs.MICHAEL L.

Poor customer service-- waited nearly an hour to receive my rental truck with only 1 other customer when I arrived. Girl at desk sat on hold for 15 minutes with another location and refused to work on my transaction while she just reclined in the chair. Once they got to me, they rented me a truck with no keys... which resulted in another wait to rectify that. I tried to call the store on Monday to speak to the manager but nobody at the location answers the phone so it rolls to the customer service center.NATHANIEL R.
This location was a good location for rental. Conveniently located just off route. The facility was clean and felt safe. The truck I rented could have been a little better maintained as the driver door did not closed without slamming it and the engine light came on. They came out immediately when I returned it. The only issue I had with my experience there was the size of vehicle was unavailable so the kind associate helping serve us was willing to give us a larger vehicle for the smaller vehicle price. That of course was until Alex stepped into the conversation. The associate asked how to drop the price after telling us he could and Alex told him no quite rudely and when asked and I quote â€œeven if I have already told them I could drop it to that price?â€ Again Alex told him â€œNoâ€. From my experience in customer service that is enough to drive management up the wall. So if Alex is the only one there then I'll quote him with â€œNoâ€ I would not come back but as long as it isn't him working the counter I'll be back. Gracias por tu tiempo.TIMOTHY F.

The unit itself is fine. It would be better if there was 24/7 access to the building. The building is still majorly under construction so hopefully they finish soon and upgrade the security.Antoinette C. | Reservación
