I used the mobile reservation but had to go in and finish inside. The truck was old, sounded like it was not going to make it, the driver side seat belt latche was broken. A dolly was in the cargo space that I did not order and was taking up space I needed. J asked for it to be removed because I needed the space and the attendant said it comes with all trucks. He did remove it after I further explained why I need the space. This was the second location I had to go to to get a truck today The first one on Perry road was closed when I got there, but your web site let me reserve a truck from a closed location. Now I have to figure out how to get a refund from Perry road. The mobile app reservation is painful. Takes a long time and I still have to go inside. The app makes the customer do a the work for both pick up and drop off yet you still have to go inside. Not worth the effort. Over all a very frustrating experience.Brady B.

The truck broke down twice while I was driving it. The gas was at 1/4 tank, but paperwork showed a 3/8th tank. Do better; U-Haul this is just terrible. I gave my keys to a representative and asked for a receipt, but he said the computers were down. How do I get my receipt? Maybe someone can call me with my receipt as I need this for my businessDAUMU W.

This was the first location after multiple other tries that answered my phone call. Customer service was very knowledgeable and very helpful.ANDREW Z.
The manager was friendly, helpful and courteous. However, the 2nd young man was not helpful or friendly at all. I asked him where the truck was to pick it up. He pointed outside and said " To the left". There were others truck park out there. I returned the truck. He did come out and checked it for damage or milage. I had to walk back out to the truck to get the milage. When I asked what my charges would be, he said " I have submitted the charges". How much was it? He gave me the amount. I checked my bank account to see how much was charged, nothing showed. He was help at all.JERRY M.

Moving can be a hassel. But its important to have the people in charge to be able to communicate clearly with the customer and have a good understanding of what they are doing when they open your case as well as close you out. I want to thank the manager at this location, Christina who was able to resolve the issues that I had. She was very understanding, knowlegable and have excellant communication skills. Also the gentlemen on Sunday that checked me out, that brought the problem to her attention. I am thankful now to know if I rent a truck again, I know that I can keep it 24 hours, and not turn it in that night if I still need it. It gets costly to be told you have to start all over, in which I did, and re rented another truck the next day. Communication is important to the customer. I feel that will improve the business as well as help the benefit the customers in the long run. Thank you so much, ChristinaOLLIE T.

The truck could use a little cleaning on the insides as the last users left things sticky. My excellent rating is for the staff. The young gentlemen that worked in there were helpful and had excellent customer service. Especially De'Corian ( I believe that's how his name is spelled) he went above and beyond to answer my many questions and I left equipped with all of the info I needed. In my order I had a list of items that I need and half of the order wasn't available. I wasn't informed before my pickup date and time. Tony the employee suggest to find the items that they didn't have at other U-Haul stores in town. I wasn't going to drive all over town when I needed get my errands finished to get to work. Quick Check out is pointless because the entire process of pickup took over an hour, I was the only customer the entire time in the store. Very Poor Customer Service at this location.Suresh Y.

The customer service was great, however the truck was in no condition to be on the road in my opinion. Im not sure of the reason but the truck was very loud as if there was a hole in the exhaust. The box truck sounded like a Harley Davidson.JOSEPHIZAYA B.

Returned truck to the stall I drove it out of. Did not see signs of return area. Young man inside insisted I go back to the truck and park it in return area. No customers inside at that point and 2 employees present. They never checked the truck. I asked for a final bill and was told they would immediately send it. Nothing sent. Will now have to call again tomorrow to get a final bill. There had better not be any issues. My company rents trucks often. Not going to rent from that facility moving forward.LAWRENCE R.

The lights on the truck stayed on even though the switch was off. The ringing inside the truck lijecwhen a car is off but keys still in the ignition would not shut off. The back ramp would get stuck to the point that it would take me laying down on the floor and push it up until I could get it up high enough to latch. This happend almost every time I had to use the ramp. From 10 times only once it worked. Several times it took 40 min to make it latch. This has been the worst uhaul truck I have ever used. Also need to call tomorrow about charge for dolly I did not rent.Eliot F.
