The worst computer registration I've ever encountered. They had me at the wrong location, twice. It was so bad I went to the dealer the day before to make sure they had my trailer. Also when I dial the location I am directed to your main office.John C.

This would have been an EXCELLENT experience except for the new employee how handled our check-in. The more experienced people (1) were very busy, the other was doing personal things. The guy who helped me needed more training before being thrown on the floor. There's a fine line between being placed in the firing line, and, moving customers along. We have things to do!!RICHARD C.
Staff was delightful and great to work with but there needs to be some investment in fixing the store up they had 3 checkout computers 2-3 staff available but only one working terminal. When returning, the staff just ignored me and skip to the next person behind me. And did not listen to what I say when I told the staff it was my turn.TZU-CHENG K.
It took close to one hour to pick up a reserved trailer due to computer issues, they were down to one computer and had to have info entered into the only working computer 3 times. Then had to purchase a pin and the clerk couldn't get the cash drawer to open, had to try all 3 computers and had to have someone else do the transaction, that took another 15 mins. It was a total cluster and not a good experience.RONALD C.

I had a reservation at one location, was switched to the Shoppers location. Arrived at Shoppers on time and was told that the computes were down and nothing could be done. I called customer service and was transferred 3 times. The third agent was super. She went out of her way and area of responsibility as she dealt with Northern Arizona and I was in Apache Junction, AZ. Thanks to her and the folks at the center in Mesa, AZ, my nightmare turned into a rescue. So the bottom line is I met some very helpful people along the way, but it took 2 hours instead of one and I endured some people along the way that aren't serving UHaul in a positive way. I'm a long time customer and knew that this could be fixed if I could connect with someone who knew what they were doing and wanted to fix a bad situation. I thank those people.Jack R.

The pick up this morning was great. Andrea Morse I believe is her name, she did the check in paperwork for me and was wondering. She was super busy, but was always kind and courteous to everyone. After my move today when I returned the truck, it was dark outside and I wasn't exactly sure where to put the truck, so I put it upfront facing the store and went inside. There were 3 folks behind the counter, 1 man and 2 women, so I greeted them advising I was returning a truck that was due by 7pm. It was about 6:30 or so. I was attempting to converse with the man since he was closest to me, but 1 of the ladies, the youngest talked over him like he didn't exist which I thought was quite rude. She asked if that was the truck that I parked which I replied it was, she then informs me that I parked it in the wrong spot and that I must move it in which I replied, no, I'm sorry, I have a bad knee and back and I'm exhausted so no, I was not going back out to move the truck. She took the keys from me, and as she was walking away in a very sarcastic voice says " Well I have a bad knee and back too". Basically making fun of me. I'm 60 years old, and this was totally uncalled for which I told the gentleman and he replied she was just teasing, and I replied, no you do not talk to a customer in that manner, that it was very insulting and very unprofessional. When she came back in to tell me that I was check out, I asked her for her name. She said "Iris". I have no clue if she gave me her true name or not. She needs some updated training from Andrea in Customer Relations. GraciasSANDRA R.

I rented a motorcycle trailer. I picked it up the day before my trip. I loaded my bike the next day and hit the road. Once I got on the freeway and hit 50 mph, my whole truck began to shake. I returned to my house, unloaded my bike, and went back on the freeway. No shaking. I went back to Uhaul and exchanged the trailer for a different one. Once my trip was complete, I returned the trailer. The agent who checked me out at the beginning was also the agent who exchanged my trailer and also met me for my return. This agent told me that the axle on my original trailer was broken and that's why it was shaking. The agent also told me that the original trailer was supposed to be on the "no rent" list. I can't believe that this is something that slipped through the cracks. A broken axle on a trailer is extremely dangerous and could have caused serious issues. The agent that helped me through every step of the rental process was awesome, but the lack of quality control at UHaul was terrible.ROBERT C.

The customer service at this location was beyond terrible. Scheduling access to my UBoxes while they were at this location was next to impossible. The GM here Karsyn needs to seriously reevaluate her entire staff and how she operates this facility. Needless to say I won't be using uhaul again for anything.Dustin Y.
I did the pre-checkin on line to lessen the time to pick up the rental trailer. My pre-checkin was ignored and I had to do a manual check in at the counter. The woman that was waiting on me was more interested in another customer being checked in by another clerk. All of her attention was focused on the other customer. After awhile I finally asked if she needed my name to start checking me in. Later When I attempted to connect to the rented trailer her directions were poor and I did not understand. With no explanation she abandoned me and walked away. Soon Rick came and things went well.Jared R.

After 1846 miles of towing through high plains and mountains, traveling from Minnesota to Arizona via Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico, the trailer towed wonderfully and was not affected by the horrendous winds encountered along this route! The two staff present (the manager, who was working the desk, and one man who was moving trailers and trucks) were extremely busy, but unfailingly polite, professional, and helpful, not only to me, but to other customers I saw as well. The store manager Jeff Grieshaber is professional, friendly, and has been proactive to meet our needs with our storage and truck rentals. We know that we can talk to Jeff, and he will help us. The location on East Mesa all the employees were tremendously helpful and beyond nice. My first time moving out on my own ...paying everything myself. I was late returning the U-haul truck and the fee was waved. Also Im so glad I went there East Main st. In Mesa.... Seriously the owner of the trucks is super cool understanding of the situation I was in ...told me to take my time.
