Return even during regular hours could not be completed oe would not be completed by office personnel and I was referred to online site for completion of the return information. The office is not contiguous to the return site causing confusion. Subsequently personnel actually on the parking return site were much more helpful.JOHN B.
It was unclear where exactly to drop off the van. All of the entry points into the U-haul location were blocked until I reached the last one. Their instructions were slightly different from U-haul's online instruction.ROXANNE R.

I interacted with you office staff twice; getting the unit and closing the unit rental. The staff that assisted me, two different persons, acted like I was "bothering" them. Is not what they said or what they did, it was their attitude. Their tone of voice was like they were mad, like they hated being there. They are the face of your company, the one I prefer for my moving and storage needs. I don't need pleasantries or even greetings; but, I don't need to feel like I'm a burden to you. I'm the customer! I was on hold the day after returning the rental for over an hour just to check on the return of the truck and to ensure everything was in order. The person who answered the phone finally didn't help me at all but instead said she'd have to connect with customer service and placed me on hold AGAIN!!! I purposely called the exact location where we dropped the truck off after hours to speak with someone there and to be out on another hold without being asked was the absolute worst customer service EVER!!! Again, I will NOT use Uhaul again for future moves because customer service at the locations SUCKED!!! The only positive experience was when I was booking the truck initially and had the best customer service experience with each person I spoke to to reserve the truck and to pick it up a day early. Whoever they were I give them kudos for going out of their way to make this move possible and pleasant upon initial contact. Everyone else afterwards, with the extra long hold times and lack of customer service SUCKED!!!!!!!!!HERMINA W.

It is my first time requiring uhaul services, it was late and it almost close for regular busines hours which compel me to get the "24 hours access service" which by the way I just needed for that particular day the 27th of jul. I needed to storage my stuff on the 27th of jul, so between go and get my stuff and come back, the store would be closed, so the least I would have expected as a some sort of compliment for a new customer would have been to wave the after hour charge for a day, no big deal it is just a thinking, and the to be obligated to buy some specific sort of padlock it is kind of absurd but anyways it is what it is other than that I rate your service average. Customer service? Excellent. Policies? Not very good for customers. My opinion.miguel g. | First Impressions
Location was very understaffed. Trucks everywhere. Traffic was blocked getting into the lot (by U-Haul trucks). LOTS of trucks idling with no one in them (very wasteful). We may have just been there at a busy time, but they had two people working. They needed four...DAVID A.

The online check-in process is terrible, it took a half hour which for a 4 hour rental is a significant chunk of the time I'm paying for. And it's not "no contact" as advertised, I still had to go into the office and stand in line to talk to a person to get the keys. The truck had a "oil change required" warning covering the whole indicator archive of the dash, which tells me it's not well maintained and I couldn't get a photo of the odometer. Next time I need a truck in going to use the Hispanic guys who hang out in the Home Depot parking lot. Way easier. You lost yourself a future customer.Arthur C.

I used the mobile process. I was not aware that I had to have my contacts available at that moment for a call from you. I had to go back home to get my passport. My reservation cancelled in the meantime, I didn't know there was a uhaul counter. It was on a separate site than the trucks. Total cluster that could've been avoided if the verification could been made before arrivalWALTER J.

The General Manager, Chris, was extremely Helpful! Chris and his team are by far the best U-Haul community in the area and a lot of the other facilities should take notes from this establishment. I would highly recommend his team to help serve whatever the needs of customers may be.Ryan S.

Fire whoever was in charge May 31, 2021. He was a jerk. He was unhelpful to customers ahead of and behind me, as well as rude to me. He's unaware of how basic Uhaul systems work and is a pompous idiot. He delights in telling customers no and shutting them off mid-sentence with his own made-up non-Uhaul vocabulary, then treats the customers as stupid if they don't use his own made up jargon. Fire him before he costs you more money.RONAN M.
The last two times I have gone to this UHaul location, the truck has had a significant leak in the roof with big puddles of water in the cargo area. Additionally, both times I have ordered equipment (dolly, furniture pads, etc.) and none of them were in the truck when I self picked up.TIMOTHY M.

I had a reservation for 7am on Sunday, May 16th. The vehicle wasn't ready nor could I get a different vehicle. There were several other individuals unable to get there vehicles. The crew working the returns were generally unhelpful and didn't offer any guidance. After calling the U-Haul customer service line, they also were not able to help. I had to wait until the office opened at 9 (luckily the staff that was inside opened the office early at 8:30 that's why I'm giving 2 stars). We were then able to get the vehicle. I would like to file an official complaint with U-Haul about this location since I have also had previous issues with this location.ELAINE H.

I reserved a pick up truck on the phone to be picked up the next morning before the location opened. The representative was very helpful in guiding me but she set the reservation for 9am. Fortunately the GM happened to be on site and he authorized another representative George to revise my reservation. George was the only reason for any recommendation at all. He turned a potentially bad situation into a positive experience.Jeff S.

Had all my stuff moved out of my unit before I was due to be charged for a new month, but office hours were closed so I couldn't formally close out my account until the next day, and I was automatically charged for a full month regardless. I will not be renting a unit from uhaul in the future, nor would I recommend anyone to uhaul due to the uncompromising, all-or-nothing contract and refusal to prorate unused days.Rebecca C. | Overall Experience
