I was renting a storage box on a monthly basis. Uhaul decided to move my box to a location 20 miles away from my house. Uhaul also increased their fees from $54 per month to $89 per month in one increase. Not convenient for me and I won't pay that much of an increase all at once.David G.

The man who we had to work with when picking up the vehicle was very rude. He acted irritated if we had any questions, seemed very unwilling to clarify anything we weren't sure of, and was incredibly short with his reluctant responses. The attitudes of the employees there was clearly off and members spoke to each other with high tension. We wanted to drop it off after hours however there was no clarification if it was not there by the exact time if there was a penalty. I don't know that we would ever want to go back to this location based on how this employee interacted with us even though this location is closest to our home.CECELIA G.

Not the fault of this location but my reservation wasn't honored. I booked a trailer and when I showed up at the 8162 S Priest Dr Tempe, AZ 85284 location they were overbooked and didn't have it. They found an available trailer but it was at another location 10 miles out of my way. I headed to that location and got a call on the way stating the trailer hadn't been returned by the customer yet so only a smaller one was available. I agreed to the smaller trailer but when I got there the new location stated they couldn't rent it to me because the vehicle I was using wasn't allowed. 2011 Ford Explorer. I have my vehicle information during the original reservation and this was never mentioned. At this point I am beyond frustrated and still need something to complete the job I needed to do. My $29 trailer reservation now became a $90 box truck reservation and I had to pay for the extra miles at the farther location. Not fair, I should have received more of a discount due to all of the hassle.kimberly S.

I had to wait quite a while to get help. There was one guy helping customers (he was training another guy. But there was other people walking around. When I got my rental and returned it. It seemed to be more then i was quoted. When i checked in the vehicle in. I seemed to be an inconveniencing the check in guy, when asking for a receipt.Michael S.
Renting the cargo van was great & easy! Everything went smooth, but the only thing that I didn't appreciate was I had called to see if I'm able to rent the cargo van for 2 more hours. They said yes thats fine....... (that's all he said) They ended up charging me another "day" because it was considered late. So I was charged double the price for everything. If they would have just told me that there will be fee for adding extra hours, I would've gladly returned the van on time!!! I wish I had been prompted to check the gas light before. I looked at mileage but never thought to check the gas. The automated contact-less pickup process is terrible. The experience and priocess was miserable and pooely designed. The online chat representative was totally unhelpful. I ended up going inside (mostlty because it was 105* in the parking lot) and the representative was able to hrelp me. Still, he was asking me for information that was already in the reservation. You need to rethink the process and make it less cumbersome for a person standing in a parking lot or be more explicit about the information they need to bring with them and how long it will take to complete.JOHN M.
The dropoff went just as smooth as the pickup. As soon as I entered the equipment dropoff lane, a representative was there to greet me, along with their handheld device, asking me questions about my experience, the equipment's performance, etc. It, too, was pleasant. If I did have to pick one thing that can be better here is their location - traffic is sometimes quite busy on Indian School and it could potentially be a concern trying to pickup/dropoff during busy hours.SCOTT S.

Had issues with the drop off location. We were given a location then they told us we couldn't drop there and told us to go somewhere else. Drove to that location to find out they didn't even take trailers there. Then got sent to a 3rd location. So a big waste of time, traffic, and money for wasted fuel. Wasn't happy about that at all. Overall great reviews with one exception. The online storage unit process is not clear about how you get to your storage unit. I had to change my reservation after learning the only means of second floor access was via a stairwell. I had to pick something with drive up access so I could unload heavy items using a ramp and a hand truck.
