The on-site staff were very helpful, they went out of their way to fill the windshield fluid and even request me to take another vehicle when the windshield fluid didn't come out - while they were busy cleaning other cars. Thank you lady with the glasses!!!

I was charged a gad surcharge of 14.01.yet I drove 43 klm.i put 10.00 in gas so I should be reimbursed. When I began my trip I noticed that the amount of fuel in van was not what was posted on my receipt. I honestly put correct amount of gas in vehicle. I should be refunded your gas surcharge

u guys charged me $30 fill up fee and then 23 L of gas.. Took the truck with 1/4 tank and returned it with a little less.. ( did around 20kms ) ... the $30fee i kind of understand but 23 L of gas is a total rip off.. will be going to your competitor in future...

The experience overall is subpar. The location is ok the web experience is lousy. The hidden costs of renting are only coming up at the store. Charging for milage then requesting also fuel top up to pickup volume is actually double charge. In April it was cheaper to rent from Uhaul than Home Depot. I think now it's different. Then there are useless questions to be asked. If DL existing in Custer profile, why do you need to upload for every rental? Should be enough to be seen by clerk. You also don't need emergency contact info from the customer. The van had windows so dirty with soot and grime cooked in the glass that the glare produced was becoming dangerous. I reported that when I returned the vehicle. uhaul shouldn't have to get such feedback from customers. Employees should be educated to check things like that. Lousy experience.

The dolly I have asked wasn't inside the van. I also wasn't aware that I should have to share 2 contacts that were called at the time I was picking the van (4:30 AM!!!). Workers were on bad mood and I couldn't discuss about the dolly not present to get my money back from it. The van consumed an absurd amount of, it was also very unstable at the road and the steering wheel wasn't aligned straight.

I booked a 26ft truck 8 weeks before my move at 9am for a pick up. I got there for 9 am o November 15 to be told my truck had been cancelled because I wasn't there for 7 am. I'm not stupid. I booked the truck from 9 because I have the elevator at 10. I booked it 8 weeks in advance and they still fucked me. I had to cause a damn scene just to get my van.. There's 2 days you don't fuck with a guy. On his wedding day. And when he's moving. Keep your damn booking straight because the lady before me was in tears and I wasn't gonna let that happen to me..

I had booked a Uhaul in Ajax, on the same day when I went to get the truck they had given it away. My son called the Warden location and they were wonderful. They found a truck, but my move was delayed a day extra, because of the Ajax location not providing the truck. Moving is stressful as is. Still upset with the ajax location on Anderson St. I should be reimbursed for having to pay an extra day.

Despite having a contract and prepaying for the vehicle, I was told I had to make additional payments. It took an hour and a half of my time to sort this out with head office. The vehicle felt like a death trap. I will never book with uhaul again.

The first impression was that the staff at the counter were miserable. There were 9 ppl ahead of me. The wait was 45 mins until it was my turn. The delay was mostly due to customers not prepared with identification or a proper credit card. It really slowed down the entire check in process. Once outside, the staff were working hard to keep up with returns and new orders. This took another 30 mins. Patience is very important with this busy location. Come atleast 1 hour early if you are picking up a trailer or vehicle on a Thursday or Friday. One thing is that the staff are really trying hard. Keep up the good work.

Not our original contracted pick up location. Promised vehicle 2018 or newer for 4300 km trip but we were given a much older truck with over 20000km on it. BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Will not rent free from uhaul again.

Line to pick up a truck is very long and very slow. I had to look for a truck over the entire territory and couldn't find it, wasted a lot of time, then a uhaul rep brought it to the front door. Parking is not usable if I want to leave my car to pickup the truck, then return it after 7 pm - my car could be blocked by trucks parked all over. Uploading photos of damages didn't work. Also, why do I have to check for all the damages and not uhaul employees???

We were done a couple of hours before we had planned on returning the enclosed trailer, but there was a huge lineup of trucks being returned at the same time. A lovely lady (Michele de Rue - name obtained from eReceipt) missed her afternoon break to reduce the backlog, which was appreciated. Thank you to both Erick (who helped me get my pin in my hitch) for hooking the trailer up to my car and to Michele who processed the return - you were very helpful and it is/was appreciated.

Terrible service. I rented a truck and received a cargo van and had to make more trips to do my moving. The website information is fake because I received a different solution from my order I chose a location close to my house, and the pick-up location was far. The attendant tried to offer less equipment than what I rented. When I returned, the attendant said the full level was low and for my luck, I took a picture to prove that he was wrong. I don't recommend the Uhall service to a friend

The van had not been cleaned prior to my pick-up. When I got home and opened it up, there was considerable dirt, gravel, some broken glass, etc. Needed to be sweep out prior to using.

Not to let customer wait for hours to give a vehicle. if the vehicle is not returned yet then accommodate to give another vehicle especially if they also have limited number of hours to move as well. if you expect them to return it at a certain time, them give them that allowance or a discount for that.

Access to the outside unit is good. Unit very spacious. But outside area is not well lit at night. I had to keep my car headlights on to see what I was doing. Not clear on how security is maintained at night. No security gates. Also I would recommend dropping the $10 charge for 24 hour access since anyone can get into the area at any time of day or night so what are you paying for?

Had a problem with a default lock that was sold to. The keys would not open it and got stuck. They took a few days to resolve the issue and wanted to double charge me for a new one. The sales rep who said that she was acting manager wasn't very nice. Thank God I'm out of there. Wouldn't choose this location again

I opted to move my stuff to another non-Uhaul facility as this one I found to be not only overpriced but also not maintained well. My boxes were damp and right from my first day there I had a terrible time trying to close the locker door (I also had two friends attempt to close it and both struggled as well). Additionally, every time I opened the door or shut it a bunch of sawdust (our what I believe to be sawdust would fall on me). The containers were not in good condition and I was not willing to risk having my stuff in there during the Winter months.

No elevator's!! Had a heck of a time trying to carry stuff up then down those stairs. Dolly's where provided both at top and bottom of stairs but useless on stairs. Not informed of this when I accepted a 2nd floor unit. If I had known stairs were involved wouldn't have accepted a unit on the second floor.
