To whom it may concern, my name is Steven Brooks and had just rented a 26' truck on December 26th and was very satisfied with the vehicle. I rented it one way and my destination was 25 miles from pick up location. I was told if I returned the vehicle before my 24 hours was up I would only be charged for one day. I also added the extra insurance. I was charged on this current bill $20 for after hours drop off. This was never mentioned to me by either location to whom I spoke to on the phone. Associates need to know their online process. Came the week before had to pull out instructions from themthat were still not right. Almost there at 7:30 and your service tells me that now i have to wait till 9 then associate gets there at 8:45 walked past and i told him problem and now i was late shut door and did not come bach till 9:00. Then the odometer said tire service needed orange light on. Driver Door would not close properly. When i returned same guy finished with customer. I walk up to his desk and he just leaves. I then had to wait for other associate to finish with his customer. How rude. Did not say a word. NO I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! and my card better not be overcharged!!!!!ADRON CLARK C.

Better customer service at front desk. I had to rent the unit online because the guy at the front desk wouldnt rent one to me due to "availability" Need to improve unit maintenance. After I processed my transaction online, I had to get down of my designed truck because "it was having issues". Got me a replacement, the guy shuts the back door and when I get home I realize the dolly seal is already broken. So there I am wasting my tine calling CS not to get charged. Next morning, I go outside to start loading the truck and realized both of my back tires are flat. Total nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone. I would save the hassle and do extra trips in my pickup truck next time.Jonatan S.

I scheduled my pickup location obviously near me so i did not have to pay for more miles. The night before pick up I received a call from a UHaul employee stating my chosen location did not have the cargo van I requested and if I would like to pick up the vehicle 4 miles down the road. I agreed because 4 miles isn't bad too me. I confirmed and pickup time I entered the location to my GPS and it was about 30 minutes from my original pick up location. I was very upset due to now not only being set behind an hour on my moving day but now i would have to spend extra money on the extra miles for the pick up and drop off. My total was way more than estimated due to the fact that it was 30 miles out of the way, I am very unsatisfied with the services. When I called customer service an employee Kim told me that I was lucky enough to even get a van. I was very disappointed with this being first and now last time I used UHual services.abigail S.

I rented a 26' truck w/ an auto transport. The lot could be bigger and/or less cluttered (too many obstacles). With customer parking, cemented posts, ground signage posts, and where the truck/transport were hooked up - I barely made it out of the facility. I think I might have grazed a ground signage post. So if clearing the lot isn't possible yet, perhaps set up a truck w/ trailer or transport further away from structures for turning/going out will help. Thank you...simon E.
