The driver's door wouldn't close all the way. The tires were low and there was a message on the dash reading this, obscuring the ability to read the mileage. However, the people were speedy and helpful, I got a truck w 1 days notice and my charges were exactly what was quoted.Julie B.

Moved out of storage unit. Told store desk employee and followed their instruction. I was getting emails about my stuff being there and my payment was late. I called and told them I moved out. I got emails about stuff going up to auction. I called and told them I moved out. I left a few things because I could not get them. I told desk employee. I even asked if they had somewhere I should throw the few things I had left. I have asked multiple times to speak with manager. Waited on phone for hours multiple times for almost a year. Was told he would return my call ever time after being placed on hold for unrealistic amounts of time. Was told he was hooking up trailer, filling up propane, checking truck, over in storage. None of these things should take almost two hours. He has never returned my phone calls. My account was sent to collections for over $1400. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the staff at this facility. I did everything I could to get this matter straightened out. The employee instructed me wrong. Had I known this would happen of course I would have done it differently. The manager avoids his duty to speak with customers and discuss important matters. I would not recommend this facility at all nor any Uhaul facility if I can not get this off my credit history. I should not have to pay for a storage unit I moved out of. The Staff looks overworked, which makes it harder for them to keep up with the demand. The few times I called, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes, and finally had to go though the logistics office to get help. The truck we rented had a dirty cabin, and a good portion of damages were not marked with an X - I ran out of picture options to catalog everything. One highlight though is Brooklyn - She was super helpful. Every time I've had an issue, somehow she is able to work her magic and resolve what needs to be done.David M.

This truck had a few major issues and should be inspected before being allowed to be put to use by another customer. 1.) There is a whole in the truck in the driver side corner of "grandmas attic" and I had 6 soaking boxes when unpacking it after driving in the rain. 2.) The outlet for phone chargers is broken - I put in TWO USB chargers and they both popped and smelt like burnt electricity. 3.) When accelerating a strange whistling noise would occur, I couldn't pin point if it was from wind or something mechanical. 4.) The dashboard light flickered on and off (only once) towards the end of the trip. I couldn't get rid of this truck fast enough. Check your equipment, PLEASEPeter H.

The older bald head blonde hair lady is rude. The other workers are okay. The marked gas on the form did not match the actual gas. And I just feel like that was intentional so I would have to pay if I didn't bring the truck back on 3/4 when it really was on 1/2. And I ordered a dolly and it was not in the truck. The lady said I was suppose to check to make sure I received it. If I paid for it, why would I need to double check? Thats yall job to make sure its on my truck. And the truck had a sand/dirt in it. I was really annoyed with this location. I was running a bit behind & got a call to see if I would still be using it or if I'd like to reschedule. That was nice. I said I would still be getting it. When I arrived however Mobile check out was almost non existent. I had to go inside to get the key, while not convenient I understood. What I didn't understand was why the truck I was getting was blocked in by another truck. I had to wait for someone to take it out for me. This person could barely drive. He had to back up and pull forward several times. I have video. 2ndly it seems counterproductive for me to choose Mobil check out and still have to go through the motions of dealing with staff, meaning if there are several customers I have to wait to be served.Britany H.
While my return experience started off rocky Larissa was extremely professional and helpful in resolving my issue. I was extremely concerned with using the location based on many of the reviews I read, however, I am happy to report I had a very positive experience. The wait for checkin and check out could use a little overhauling as it does seem unreasonable to wait so long ( total time invested for check in and check out was about 2.5 hours ), but the staff was great. I'm sure that they had a lot of trucks available and the staff was friendly and helpful but they could not locate the truck or the keys that they first assigned to me and the mix up delayed me for about 30 minutes. The dolly broke loose right before we returned the truck. I showed the guy when I returned truck heard somethjng break loose and it was the dolly. You could still see the tire tracks from where the dolly broke loose and slid on the truck bed. He said he would take dare of it and wouldn't be charged. I have rented 3 pieces of equipment supposedly from this location in the last 3 weeks. The first time was a 26 ft truck and car hauler. They didn't have my equipment even though I reserved, paid for, and called the day before to make sure it was there. I called them on my way to pick up the equipment. They told me the didn't have it and had no idea when or where I might get my equipment. They also had an attitude. This time. I went there and there was a young woman working the counter. She had a terrible attitude. When I went outside to hook up my truck to the car hauler. The center of 3 of the tires were bald. I had to point it out to the younger guy that seemed to be in charge. This older gentleman let me go look and decide out of the 2 other trailers who had good tires and was in decent shape. When I went inside. I was helped by an older woman who was very courteous. I am giving excellent because the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I do have a problem because in the description of the storage unit it said 5xx8x10 and it is not that it is 5x8 at the front but it drops down to 4 or 3 foot. I really needed a storage unit as advertised. I will need to get into the storage unit often. I do not want to have to go and have to remove everything or close to everything just to get items out and put it all back just have to take it all out again to put it all back. I did not say anything the day I took possession because I was extremely tired and did not want to lose my temper.
