My rental truck was pass empty. The tire sensor light was on and no window knob. I had a 7:00am pick up there store was late opening it was almost 8:00a before I could leave. Most of only the worker who checked the tires outside was the only person to apologized. I was late meeting my movers. After returning the truck with the tire sensor still on I was told the tire was fine the light didn't work. Give Abby Colllie a raise! She was awesome and is excellent at what she does. She changed her schedule to accommodate our needs. She helped us tremendously. Truck I rented gas â›½ was empty truck Continue to shut off we had to jump the battery twice we returned the truck and another truck was unavailable so we were unable to move rented another truck the next day and they had no trucks available we ended up in a cargo van trying to move a 3bedroom house 😪 totally inconvenient we ended up renting from another company and will never use UHaul againPhyllis T.

Don't lie to the customer! We were told to check the mileage and gas against the contract. When we advised them the gas was wrong they took the contract, went inside the building and came back out a few minutes later. They highlighted the new gas amount on the original contract and stated that they updated it in the system. Later that day when we returned the vehicle we were charged for gas that was never in the vehicle because the rep never changed it in the system as they stated.Seth W.

It would have been excellent had there been one -way trucks and hitches to pull my car. Unfortunately I had go to different locations and still wasn't able to pull my car. So I have to figure out a way to get back to Atlanta and bring my car back. Well first, I was supposed to pick up the night before at a different location. The first location had not staged the truck even though it had been reserved days in advance. I called the regional office and they found me a uhaul at the Morrow location the day after I was to pick up my truck. This location had one person at the desk to help people, and there was a line. I called before leaving and was on hold for 45 minutes. This is the time it took me to arrive and stand in line before the check out button showed on the uhaul app. I was unable to purchase a box I wanted to pick up as well because of time constraints. My experience with this location was a NIGHTMARE!! I had a reservation set up for 9 in the morning and I got there at 8:50 and they told me my truck was not there. I was told to come back at 12 and another one would be there. I went back at 12:30 and my truck was there but he tried over changing me for the truck. I argued with the gentleman and he began to laugh at me. Come to find out from corporate that the reason why my truck wasn't there to begin with was because someone canceled my reservation at 8:10 that morning when I was supposed to be there at 9. Looks to me like they gave my reserved truck to someone else. I also tried calling the General Manager about the problem and he never called me back. I do not recommend this store. Go there at your own risk. They are very unprofessional, I hope U-Haul corporate does something about this store.Brett P.

This location is the worst! I have never dealt with more unprofessional people when it came to uhal and I've use your service when ever I move. I went in a requested a storage room which the next day when I came back to put my stuff in my storage I thought to get a bigger unit which was a extra $72.75 Well I end up having to go back to the original storage because the one they try to transfer me to was the last one up a size but it was already taking just not in the system. So I was told my money will go back to my card which did not happen. My next bill came up which I was already out the unit I didn't keep it for the next month I already moved. So I called them the day the bill me and advise them hey miscommunication I'm not in that unit anymore and you guys just billed me. They agreed to refund me my fee that was charged which was the 58.00 and I ask them about my $72.75. He told me because it was a credit . When it was a payment off my card they can not refund me back my money which I was told it would be. Then he got out of character with me because of the question I was asking (Jeremiah Scoville) which made me angry because I tried to be as nice as I could but you want to make me the issue because I ask for a manager and ask you to get him on the phone and you tell me that's not your job! Then proceeded to tell me you don't have a button that will refund me my money it's just in the system as a credit and the amount will just stay with uhal and I can use it at all. That's do not even make Any sense!!! At all. You guys need to do a audit on the money they have brought in at that location as well as have unit occupy but not in your system because I went to a different Uhal and was told that was not correct and to reach out to cooperate.
