I've never had problems with Uhaul and my experience this time around tops them all. Moving 1,000 miles was a process Uhaul made relatively and seamlessly smooth. There's a certain Mother/Son duo in the Morrow Store on Mt Zion I want to recognize and acknowledge. Their passion for delivering exemplary customer service shows in their kind and compassionate; friendly and inviting personalities. Thank you again for your wonderful customer service. I am a loyal customer of this particular Uhaul location. Overall Mr. Scoville manages his location very well but my issue is communication between his staff and their poor customer service. I wish I knew the ladies name specifically that I dealt with personally but when I first arrived to put my lock on my unit there it was wide opened and someone else's belongings was in my unit. To add insult to that injury when I arrived to move in my 24/7 access card was not activated. Lucky for me someone else was moving in. The following day when I arrived to complete my move in the service elevator was down. We were told to either take the stairs or come back when it's operational with no remorse for the fact we had to carry heavy loads up 2 flights of stairs. My overall move in experience was horrible. After all of that...the same lady called me harassing me about the keys to the vehicle that I clearly and can be seen on camera dropping into their bootlegged key drop location. She proceeds to tell me that I will have to call roadside assistance for them to get into the van and I will be responsible for the lost key and that she can't move forward with completing my rental. I explained to her several times that the keys were dropped and I'm not calling roadside assistance when both the vehicle and keys are in their possession. She places me on hold to double check their drop location then comes back to the phone to apologize to me that the keys were located. I was so furious. If I can help it I won't never use this location again.Shanta A.

Had great experience buying boxes and tape a few weeks ago very professional employees and helpful. However on October 13th I had a truck reservation but was told it was for Oct 14th, which was ok bcuz I was able to get a truck and paid 90.43. So we returned the truck next morning on Oct 14th but was charged again 71.23. Not sure why the additional amount but I will be calling.Lynecia B.

This location has VERY good customer service I don't know who trained the people at the Forest Park location or if it is private owned because it's horrible over there and at many other locations I've interacted with multiple employees at this location and they are ALL very nice, always in a good mood, always very helpful and friendly so kudos to management for ensuring that they provide excellent customer service at this location so the only thing they can improve on is having to move our reservation to these other horrible locations to get our rentalJosephine V.

Everyone else was pleasant and was handling the influx of customers. Lotoya James was the only unhelpful person in that crew. Her attitude was disgusting not only to me but customers before me. She spoke about the store she came from 441 and how she should have called off and stayed home in front of customers and to me while she attempted to help me. All she did was complain that she was new and didn't know how this store operates. To express that to customers was truly unprofessional. She acted as if she was new to the system. When Mrs. Cathy came to help I mentioned to her that James kept stating she was new and was met with a disgusting response from James stating I'm not new to this system. In my mind I was not speaking to you and you kept telling everyone that so why are you responding. The last thing James did was when I was trying to purchase a unit she quoted me the incorrect price of 79.95. I told her that that's not on the signage around here and she responded by saying it doesn't matter what's on the walls you can take it or leave it. Well I ended up with Mrs Kathy and got the size storage I asked for in the beginning for 69,95 and she apologized and said that James miss spoke. I was in the store for 2 hours unnecessarily because James was having a bad day and could not handle the pressure of working that day and also let people know what store she was from and that she should have stayed home. If she is easily overwhelmed and frustrated maybe U-Haul is not the place for her she might do better in fast food or something that is straight to the point like cleaning bathrooms where she has little contact with customers.Elisha U.

Worst experience ever. Drove all the way from Maryland to Georgia for my move, and this location has been the worst to work with. When I arrived after a 10 hr drive I was unable to check into my storage unit all because I arrived at 7:01 pm. Now how would you feel after being on the road for 10 hours and a company couldn’t even accommodate you for being 60 seconds late. Absolutely ridiculous. From the customer service to the neglectful acts they have committed since day one. I paid 750.00 for a U-Haul truck and was offered one month free for storage. Did not receive that. I gave them another chance and rented a U-Haul truck for 4 hours to move my things out of storage into my new apartment here in Georgia. The customer service I received while trying to reserve the truck was something I’ve never experienced in life. I even had to get the manager involved due to a young man telling me he couldn’t rent me the truck. All because I asked could I return the truck closer to my apartment. He then walked away and said he couldn’t assist me. Then to make matters worse I look on my account today and was charged 162.00 for a “missing utility dolly” that I never received. Hi Jeremiah, my name is Tracy Cutrona and I just checked out of our storage unit at your U-Haul. I wanted to let you know that Levi one of your workers has been in the bathroom the entire time while seven or eight people were waiting in line to be checked out. I waited 40 minutes and I have proof that I was in your office for that long. I believe that the gentleman is still in there. Just thought you should know what kind of work he's doing. Ensure that the employees are doing what their supposed to do to the equipment when a customer returns it. The staff attempted to charge me for gas that I put in the truck when there was no gas in the truck to begin with, My grand total was modified, however the funds have not been returned to my card (52.00). I rented the truck Saturday 8/12 and returned the truck 8/12 on time and today is 8/14 and my funds have not been returned to my card. I did not go over the miles that I paid for, I paid for 80 miles and only driven 60 miles and funds are due to be returned for that and have not as of today. I wouldn't recommend no one uses this site. I'll be sure to go on the website to write a review as well.Chastadi M.
