I ordered 2 dollys but there were none in stock. One of your staements is "Whether you're renting a one-way truck rental or a local truck rental, you get the equipment, location and pick up time as agreed or we will give you $50." So I guess you own me $50.

The door for the trailer did not go down when lifted all the way up. It was difficult to get down, it had a broken spring? It wasn't noticed when we left because we did not lift the trailer door all the way up. The staff was informed when the trailer was returned.

They’re charged me soo much extra The gas wasn’t the same level when I took the truck And when I told them that they said it’s fine But then they charged me extra for it the next day They charge me extra if I drop off in other location they want you to drive all the way back and pay all this miles

I used the truck, rode 11 miles and put 4 gallons of gas. I only needed 01. But when I returned I was charged more 02 gallons with fees etc, I was very dissatisfied.

Very convenient location, but personnel were obviously trying to finish my return since it was close to closing time for them. Instructions received were virtually non-existent. I worked it out since that's what I do, but I wouldn't characterize it as a friendly experience. More like, "sure, leave the truck here, you're done, thanks, bye" - would have been good to get a receipt automatically in hand, a suggestion that I take a photo of the mileage, don't rush, etc.

Disorganized and relatively untrained staff rental took just as long or longer even though I had entered all pertinent information on website before picking up equipment. Was not my preferred location 20 miles from my location had to drive by four other locations to get to this one. Can't believe equipment was not available closer to my location

We waited in line for over 45 minutes before being helped. This was not the first experience we had in the last year where we waited for an excessive amount of time to conduct business.

Apparent mice residue and smell. Staff very friendly. I booked under the impression that my first month would be free and staff member was able to help resolve when customer service denied to help.

We reserved a u box online. When we arrived with two cars of stuff. they said they had no u boxes available. We got a unit. Staff was stressed. Manager didn’t see to care. Place is disorganized.

My only suggestion would be to have a staff member available to answer the phones - I called several times regarding my move out and no one answered and no follow up occurred after leaving a message.

Left 10+ messages for manager, never received call back. Stopped by, told the best way to receive a call back was to file a complaint! Online chat told me that 1-month should be free, we were charged.
