Nothing. This was very easy and painless. I would only say one thing, there ought to be a bit more leeway with extending the return time. If someone is responsible enough to arrange, in advance, to have the truck for an additional day to give them time to unload it, there ought to be a no-fee way to do that. I do understand about charging someone who returns a truck late without making any prior arrangement. In general, though, cut us some slackâ€"we are moving ourselves and it is hard!John H.

In fairness to the location, they were busy and it was snowing quite a bit when we arrived to drop the trailer off on Sunday, 11/28. We parked at the drop off spot and waited for someone to approach (we've used this site before). The guy that approached never came to the car window, never asked to see any documentation, but instead walked to the rear and began the unhitching process. Once he was finished, my husband had to get out and go after him because he'd left Uhaul's connector for the taillights plugged into my vehicle. When that was handed off, he asked my husband's assistance to push the trailer into a parking spot. With the trailer parked, we left thinking all was fine. On 12/1, I noticed a missed call from an unknown number with no voicemail left. A Google search of the number found it was the Uhaul drop off location. I attempted to call back to see what the issue was, and got dropped in the Uhaul customer service line for a 30 minute wait. Kim with Customer Service was great! She was quick with her questions because it was close to time for the drop off location to close. She placed me on hold and called them, and was able to speak to someone who said they'd check the lot again for the trailer. I'm frustrated with the lack of professionalism during this drop off. Why call me and then not leave a message if you still don't have record of my returning the trailer? I also had no follow up contact from this location, no call or email to say "Hey, we found it! You're all set!" The only way I knew it was located was by checking the uhaul website, and receiving the email for this survey. We've used this location in the past for both drop off and pick up, and I don't think we've had an experience like this previously. This likely won't deter us from using them again, but I hope any future experiences are better.Jillian C.

Upon entering the young didnt greet or speak. The same young guy who was helping me said my card want working he didn't why and I asked him could he find out why he said no he couldn't. I would like to know why the policy change. I paid a flat rate of $1800 dollars for a one way out of town move. A couple of years ago I did the same thing and spent less money then now, with a bigger truck. I spent $500 for a 24' from Virginia to MS. Why am I spending $1800 for a 10' from Cleveland to MSDERRICK J.

When people make reservations for a certain truck size, it really helps if the GM doesn't switch the reservation for a bigger truck (10 to 15 foot). Its not a 'deal' if you reserved the smaller truck for a specific reason.ALAN S.

When I first called seeking to reserve from this location, I was told they had no vans available for the date I wanted. But when I called the central UHaul number I was able to make a reservation (for less than the price I saw online) with pickup at my preferred location. I'm not sure what changed, but the result was a very convenient rental, and the pickup and drop off process was super-efficient.JEFFRY K.

The 26' vehicle I rented was in very poor maitenance. It need a wheel alignment, as I had to level th steerig wheel at 9 and 2 in order to drive straight. This mechanical defect decreases the ability of an inexperienced person to drive the vehicle safely. Additionally, when customers are lined up in the lobby, the rep has to learn how to prioritize the customers in oerson and at the same time satisfy the customers on the phone.DAVEDA B.
I've rented from this location several times and I've never had a problem until now. I reserved a 20â€ truck, restored the gas and returned it early than the 8 hours I had reserved. I received a call from someone at the store at 6pm asking when I would be returning the truck as it is now late after 5pm. I explained that I dropped the truck of early and was told by a male employee that was outside when I pulled up in the lot to leave the keys in the truck and I'll receive a email receipt and I was all set. She apologized and said she would go check my mileage and gas. Two days later which is now a Monday I receive a text message mentioning I would be returning the truck that day, as if the truck was still in possession over the weekend. At this point I'm now furious and confused and more so worried about being charged for a rental I returned early. I contacted the store requesting to get the issue resolved and was told a email would be sent and I would hear from the GM of the store I rented from. It is now 4 business days later and this issue has not yet been resolved and I have yet to hear from the GM. Everyone I keep speaking with on the phone is saying the same thing and are unable to make the changes to my account regarding the reimbursement of the correct amount of days I had the rental. I need to wait to hear from the GM. At this point, I need to speak with someone in corporate because the service is beyond poor for such a mistake and I will never rent from here or refer anyone!SHERICA I.

We have rented from UHaul many times, but this trailer was absolute crap. Very old, leaked in multiple places, and the roll-up door was nearly impossible to budge without a second person to assist. This trailer was not worth what I paid! If I'd had the flexibility, I'd have refused or returned this one immediately.NANCY S.

They meant they rented me a unit and I had no access to get my furniture out on the first on the first day and no one could help me with that. For the return process, have a certified method of providing a receipt as proof of final payment and services rendered. After handing over the keys was told that's all I needed to do. When inquiring about a receipt, was told that they emailed it to me. I never received an email or any paperwork showing a receipt of finalized charges and payment in full.Gary A.
