There was some difficulty due to policies regarding coronavirus being unclear and not communicated well. The changes of policy because of an abundance of caution is understandable. The lack of clear expectation and procedures was unfortunate.

I was over charged three days, after being told i had not returned the equipment. The truck i rented had an ABS light on and many other maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. The customer service representative had removed the over charges eventually however i am still very unsatisfied with my uHaul experience as a result of this. I was initially charged $20 for the truck rental and 30 miles at 99c a mile. I had only used 28 miles per the odometer and was never compensated for this return. If this is the uHaul standard i will not be using this service again. If you have any questions please contact me.

Attendants looked tired or non-interested but didn't compromised the serviced. Online reservation was not followed as intended at location since I have booked a motorcycle trailer and they initially gave me a standard trailer, had to ask them to replace as oriented on reservation.

Start refunding any extra gas cost when you end up returning the truck with more gas than when picked up. Cause I got charged for the extra miles used but brought back the truck with more gas in the tank than originally started out with.

I tried to use the phone to check in, what a pain, very very poor( I am very tech savvy, degree in computer science). Luckily there was someone to help me and they were not busy. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. After being so very annoyed by the phone “check in” very happy to deal with him.

Told the person who worked there that the truck pulled to one side for over 400 miles and was told will look into it. The truck was unsafe. So now I will be putting a complaint in with the better business bureau

This was the worst part moving experience. There was a lock w/an access denied paper attached My bill was paid on the 28th of January. The supervisor prevented us from using the freight elevator.

Using the app for pickup is useless. You still have to wait in line to pick up your keys. I always have to enter my information in the app, then do it all over again with the rep. The workflow needs an overhaul.

I rented a pick-up truck in Buffalo. The bed was full of snow, someone had previously smoked inside the cab (ashes were still in the truck in a place not designated for ashes) and the maintenance alerts were on. This place needs supervision and to understand expectations. I mean, what good is a pickup with the bed full of snow. Lester Lachuk

Google maps and my car reading says 7 miles distance to and from but I was charged for 29 miles, just because I was first time user, didn't check the meter reading. My apologies, but I would never use UHaul again.

The windshield was covered in ice and snow. An employee cleaned most of it off after he pulled up the truck. The dolly was unhooked and banging around when I drove away. Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience and would come back to this location.

Staff was really nice and easy to deal with at the drop-off location. He even let us know we forgot to fill up the tank so we didn't get charged and we were able to leave and come back so we could avoid that.

When I returned my equipment, the staff at this location could not unload my vehicle because they too found the safety devices on the equipment to be unsafe and inoperable. After an hour of trying and bearing closing on Christmas Eve, the employee went home, got his personal tool box, came back and feverishly worked in the trailer until my vehicle was released.

Have the truck they reserved there and ready for them! I reserved a 26' moving truck for 7:30 am and recieved a 10' box truck with a 6'×12' trailer at 11:30 am! I had to make 2 extra trips and took 1 day longer than expected and lost a day of work. Not to mention the extra gas and tolls as I moved 55 miles away! Then on top of that was charged for over mileage when returned!! What a horrible experience! Will never use or tell anyone to use this company again!

Before Uhaul books car transports they should confirm the location has the equipment. I got the run around to go to niagara falls, the trailer lights did not work, then I had to go back closer to my house in Tonawanda for a car transport. Why cant Uhaul track their inventory better instead of telling people to go find it yourself?

Well, let me start by saying I always choose this location for uhaul pickups and it is convenient for me and gets the job done. However the most important thing to me is the wait time for picking up my uhaul. I am usually in a rush (I use uhaul to deliver furniture to clients) and get stuck waiting at least 15 minutes to talk to someone about my reservation. Other than that, the cargo van I was given said the oil needed to be changed soon, and I was hoping to get one of the newer cargo vans but got the older one. At the end of the day uhaul helped me accomplish my goals for the day, and these are just a couple things that would make me want to rave about your services in the future.

Poor, i move-in changed to 29th from 800 #, local facilty never got message I showed up and was told come back in AM. Storage was advertised as 10x4x8, it was more like 8x3.4x6.5. Went to LifeStorage

the issue i have with Uhaul storage is the $15 late fee. I recieved emails and letters clearly stating that it would be waived if i sign up for auto pay. i did and was told by the mgr no to waiving it

Initially the staff was rude and unaccommodating... no one would even answer the phone. By the end of my experience they were MUCH more friendly and I just stopped trying to call when I had a question
