Keep on Keeping On... doing what you are doing. The van I rented for a day to help with a clean-up campaign was brand new and had few miles on it. When I filled it up with gas before returning it the gas gauge only showed 3/4 full...This seemed a little strange to me...the office Mgr. could not explain it. The trucks really need to be upgraded the truck I had was not a good one it was making noise when I drove it and it broke down on me. When I picked the truck up the gas was on empty tha salesperson told me I would get a credit of 37$ if I returned the truck on a quarter tank but on my way to refill after moving the truck broke down on me so they did give me a credit of 9$ but I feel like I should have gotten the full credit because it wasn't my fault that the truck broke down.LATOYA S.

There was an issue with the first trailer they had assigned to me by the person helping with the installation noticed the problem and quickly switched me to another trailer. Great Group of employees. This is the second time I have used this location and it has always been a nice change from the service you get at a typical business. I feel like my notification that I had moved out of my unit was not indicated on the storage records and trying to take out an addition fee after the unit was closed a month earlier is poor documentations and my bank charged me fees for your facility making an attempt to charge for an extra month when the unit was properly closed and notifications given to the front office staff.minnie s. | Overall Experience

The after hours were VERY stressful!!! I got to the U haul place to return the truck and literally sat out there for 30 mins before anyone answered the phone to direct me what to do. I feel as though I was charged entirely too much. I feel as though I was charged for being late but, in all actuality I was on time BUT had to wait 30 minutes before speaking to someone.
