Customer Service was great, very helpful.
Lois T.The start of my experience was EXCELLENT!! However my checkout could have been better. The customer service rep was nice but quiet. Meaning he was at the computer processing the checkout and not talking to me to 1) let me know what he was doing 2) to ensure the transaction was correct BEFORE completing it. Needless to say there was an error. The more experienced CSR walked him through how to correct the issue, but now my card has been charged too much on the first transaction-a return processed on the second transaction & the correct amount charged on the third transaction. The paperwork is in order but my account is now in the red and anything else I had planned to do uusing that card on that day now has to be delayed until my financial institutions' system processes everythong. Yes having more money would be the perfect answer to something like this, however getting it RIGHT the FIRST TIME would've been pretty good too.

LLOYD A.I booked a 20ft and was told I had a 26ft do to availability and when I got out to see the truck we realized there was no way it would work for us as it was too big then we got the truck we asked for. as appreciative as we were we should not have been put in that position. we booked it well in advance and I was told they were bumping another customer that booked after me so why didn't I just get what I asked for without issue? I don't like that.

Joey V.I told the lady when I got the truck that the sheet had marked the gas level wrong. I filled it back perfectly. I went 36 miles. But $18 of gas in at $3.79 gallon. Guy who checked me in sad that he didn't charge me for fuel. ✅. Got home looked at my bill they charged me for fuel. Very dishonest !!!!!

Jarred M.Nothing! We had a great experience! Your employees are very professional and go above and beyond. Everything went smoothly and a lot faster than we expected beginning with picking up, we then downsized after realizing that we reserved was too large. Your employee quickly accommodated our request. When we came back to return, we were immediately met by someone that directed is to the proper place. Again, everything went smoothly and we enjoyed talking with your employee. I regret that we did not cath their names.

I had my kids with me and as we was trying to return our truck we seen staff members smoking weed out in the open bu the return center, loud vulgar music was playing, my kids heard all the inappropriate music an smelled the weed smoke. I was very upset. When i returned my truck that was sitting on the lot all day because we was waiting on our movers. We was charged a extra 58.00 dollars because the truck was not unloaded. No other customers had that truck reserved so to get charged a extra day was very unreasonable. We were talked to by the staff and the store manger in a very unprofessional manner. I will never spend money at this company again.

He kept telling me I didn't, but I used the link sent to me by Uhaul. He continued to asked for payment. He asked another employee about the situation and she told him, scroll to the end and check, He hadn't paid, then I would have to pay or not get a vehicle. There wasn't any sort of initiative to figure out what was happening. I literally had to log on the site and show the gentleman that I paid on the app. Not the mention, the entire, he was sitting down. I asked a couple of time about locks, but each employee seemed unconcerned about me and my concerns. The staff could be more professional and be willing to address any and all concerns of the customer. This was my first Uhaul experience and the impression wasn't the greatest.

I wasn't contacted about my delivery being shipped or delayed on Jan 8th. Instead I called mid day to find out it didn't get sent. Then I got the same results on the second shipment. Never heard again about a reimbursement or apology for poor service.
Joseph L.The communication between UHaul and Moving Help was not good and often conflicting. When I called one, they would tell me to call the other and it ended up in a lot of back and forth and wasted time. I would suggest improvements in the communications between the two organizations in the future. Gracias.

I got to the U haul place to return the truck and literally sat out there for 30 mins before anyone answered the phone to direct me what to do. I feel as though I was charged entirely too much. I feel as though I was charged for being late but, in all actuality I was on time BUT had to wait 30 minutes before speaking to someone. I would most definitely NOT recommend using the after hours to anyone!!!!!!
