Took a long time to check the truck out in the morning because there was only one person working. In the afternoon, there wasn't anyone in the office and several trucks were backed up for return. However, a person cleaning the trucks said that as long as I paid with a credit card, I could just leave the truck and they would take care of it. So, that was convenient. Thanks.Mark K.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Hooked up trailer first to check connections. Advised to return it to the same location when finished. Handed printed check in paperwork to clerk at checkout. She advised to return it to the same place. Told her I already had, she said all good, we'll email the receipt. Got the email less than an hour later. Don't buy a trailer for once in a year or more occasions. If you trailer your bike to the dealership for spring service, or if you occasionally move a broken vehicle, it's super convenient to rent.Matt C.

Extremely long wait times to get checked in and checked out. If you have to wait in line for over an hour to get waited on then its time to go elsewhere. Last time I will use U-Haul.Joe B.
The mobile check in was horrible. The people working had no experience with the online checkin. They kept telling me to do one thing then mobile another. It took longer to check in then normal. The truck was rough. Felt old compared to other I've rented. Manual everything. No output for charging. Engine felt slow. Wasn't the best experience.Kevin S.

Was told by employee at drop off to park truck back in spot where I picked it up. I specifically asked the employee this and she reiterated to park it back in same parking spot. Received call 3 days later asking why I hadn't dropped the truck off when, in fact, I dropped it off same day 4 hours later like planned. Lady on phone was extremely rude stating I wasn't supposed to park it in same spot. When I told her the uhaul employee told me to, she became even more ugly. The on-line reservation system is poor - does not help you to find a specific location for the trailer I needed. Fairly lenghty process to reserve the trailer. I did all the "time saving" steps to speed up the pick up process except uploading photos of my license. the store could not do that step for me and required me to use my phone to upload the photos - which I did not have on me. It took about an hour to pick up the trailer because of the convoluted process and slow computers in the store. I'm estimating it took 2 man-hours of your employees time to rent a trailer for $15.00 Also, no one was handling the chat function on the website for assistance. Also, I called the uhaul phone number for assistance and got absolutely nothing but promotions and offers, then I got hung up on. Next time I think I'll build a trailer.Bruce Z.

There are a couple of problems that I had with using U-Haul. First, you can check-in through the mobile app. However you will have to repeat everything in store so don't do the mobile app. Second, I did an after hours return and tried to use mobile app for the return. It didn't work. I switched to the website and it work good. I will not be using the app again.Chris S.

Customer service was the worst I've ever had at uhaul. I will NOT ever rent from this location again and will tell others not to as well. I've disputed the fuel charge with them before leaving with it, the link they told me I had to use expired. I contacted billing and disputed without any corrections made and I intended to dispute with my bank. They said it had a full tank it was at half a tank when we got it. I took a picture and no one was helpful. I made 6 phone calls and even came back to the location and was told no Manger was there and they couldn't help me. Worst experience EVER!!!!Rick P.

The entire place smelled like marijuana from the workers . Saw them going outside in their cars to smoke marijuana. Not helpful. Only had one working computer . A simple check in process took over an hour as they were too busy casually talking and going in their cars to do whatever. The truck that was given to me had malfunctioning wiper blades. Had to come right back to switch it . It was another hour just to do that . Will not be coming back . Rude employees. Please keep the drug out of work . Very unprofessionalRACHID S.

Get better customer service. I was told to get the fuck outta this store and I was getting cops called on me because of a malfunction with their system . After all it was not my fault and told it was my fault . I said I won't be charged no more than the initial charge because I left the fuel with more than I wad given. There was a employee that rented the truck to me. She told me when I was picking up that it was on empty. I said â€œokay no problemâ€ I filled the truck up it was $72.00. While dropping the truck off she argued with me saying that the truck was on full when I picked it up. And got loud with me â€œ you have to fill it up or you will be chargedâ€ so I filled it up again.! Another $72.00! I am a general manager at Cracker Barrel. And I use u haul quite often. As well as my family. And she was nothing but rude. She was the most disrespectful person I've ever met. I would like a refund for my gas please.Nicholas S.

*U-Haul changed location to location further away (to pick up equipment) *Equipment was NOT ready. *I had to ask for the utility dolly and 24 pads I paid for. The rear driver's-side tire was in horrible shape; agent did NOT include this in contract. *Agent did NOT go over condition of truck with me; told me to pull truck out of display stock. *The truck was there at location; tow dolly was not. They told me to drive 30 miles out of my way to pick up tow dolly. *2 days prior to rental pick up, U-Haul called me to change location; 20 miles further away. I booked the equipment almost 3 weeks before pick up date. Do not understand why equipment could not be at location of my choosing. *Why was I required to go to 3rd location to retrieve all the equipment I PAID FOR! *This was WORST experience I EVER had with a moving company. I should be re-imbursed a portion of my payment to U-Haul. *I will be reporting my experience with U-Haul on social Media; and, depending on how U-Haul recompenses me, I will NOT be using U-Haul again; and, I will NOT be referring U-Haul to friends and family. We are extremely upset they you gave us the bare minimum of miles for this transaction (from one resident to the other resident in Kentucky was 58 miles and that's not including the miles from residents to U-Haul, which was over 14 miles) and then had the nerve to charge us for the extra miles it took us to return the truck to a U-Haul after getting an extra quart of a tank of gas from us - ~$35-$40!!! We have used for 2 long trips across country in the past that equaled thousands of dollars - may not use you again after this disgusting transaction of gouging us on the miles.Russell M.
When I arrived at my final distinction and got unloaded I called the 800 number as instructed at my pickup location and the person who I talked to was very helpful. He found a closer location to return the truck and made my day after loading, driving and unloading. Great service.Mark W.

I walked in a their kids were standing up on the boxes singing and dancing to a nasty song talking about private parts. They kept yelling at the kids to stop.. they were rude not so much the guy but I'm assuming his wife... she was rude!. Some one had called the store he picks it up she said you shouldn't of?.. then he placed him on hold. The guy call bk and she says ... I wouldn't of even answered it? So your declining business??.. wow.. she looked at my card and said very rudely to her spouse that's probably not gonna take?! He said why not? It's a hr block card ? Like I was low class or something.. it took.. he told her hey it took like 5 times.. she ignored him.. on top of it they gave me the wrong truck and mileage did not match... and he knew that... so I take it bk later on. I was greeted by a nice young lady saying they have been looking for this truck... that the guy earlier gave me the wrong one and she was waiting for it. Horrible experience + facility. There are mice droppings all over the place. I hardly put anything in the unit because they’re so dirty. Joyce was super rude & unhelpful. The faccility was dirty, & the unit door was too small (no dimensions on website). The move-in instructions that I received via email we’re also incorrect. While checking in, Joyce lied about the free lock on the website and forced us to buy another. Once we were allowed to access the unit, there was a free lock inside.
