What a relief it was to find them. I was 4 hours from home. They gave me a bad address and phone number the first time. I had to spend the night in Kentucky because I did not know where to return the trailer. Once I called Uhaul the next morning they rerouted me to these people. They were Great! It was a very bad experience I have rented the U-Haul for many years and many times when I went to the location to pick my U-Haul up nobody was there they were supposed to be there till 7:00 I got there at 5:00 I rented my U-Haul so I didn't actually get to get my U-Haul there I had to go to a different location I was supposed to have it for 24 hours at 3:30 the next day when I picked it up at seven they said it was done supposed to be back well I thought I had till 7:00 well now you need to get it back now cuz it was a reserved for someone else well can I get something else I need it I still have stuff to move they didn't have anything so I'll have stuff moved then half of it's not I should I don't think I should have had to pay for the U-Haul it was a very bad experience with you all I hope it never happens againGeorge S.

the clerk megan gave me the impression that I was interrupting her .. very disconnected from our conversation... the diy procedures I ended with makes me feel there should be a employee discount option. when I returned the trailer just shy of 7pm megen failed to come outside to assist with the return process. she simy waited until 7 and then got up from the clunter and locked the door. when I knocked he only answer to my request for assistance waa I do the return on the app. when asking about returning the dolly her reply was stick it in the cage. after I muscled the cage open left the 5 furniture pads in the cage with the dolly we follow the app to return the trailer and parked in the back near where I got it from as for the ... the equipment worked well there was a little debris in the trailer where it hadn't been swept and It didn't look as it fell from a tree. there's nothing falling off trees at this time anyway ... but the trail operated wellEd R.

I can't think of anything as they are polite,well informed & very detail oriented. They truly work for the customer. The one exception have solid chairs as wheeled chairs are hard to get out of when have back & knee issues.CORNELIA R.

The equipment was fine, as expected. The customer service was horrendous. To start, we wanted to pick up the truck at 9am. We were 4th in line when the store opened. It took a full 35 minutes to even get to the counter. Once there, the single employee running the registers acknowledged me while at the other register waiting on another customer to get his ID scanned and asked what I needed. I gave my last name and the employee misunderstood thinking I said â€œa rentalâ€. She then says â€œyou're at U-haul, of course you're getting a rentalâ€, prompting other customers to laugh. Once we clarified what I was renting, she asked for my name again, which I gave clearly and she said â€œohâ€ without an apology or at least acknowledging she misunderstood. Once the paperwork was processed, she gave me the keys, and said they truck would likely be difficult to get out and she'd be out in a bit to move anything in the way. When we went outside, the truck we were given was blocked by no less than 4 other trucks, further delaying my move. By the time she came outside, moved the trucks on the way and we were on the road, it was 10am, a full hour after our scheduled pickup. When we arrived to return the truck at 4:50 pm, the employee had already locked the door. When I found out the door was locked, I turned around to she her pull out of the parking immediately behind the door and drive away after clearly seeing me. Not sure what u-haul's policy is, but most stores stay open until the time posted on the door at a minimum, usually a few minutes after. I've done business at this location several times without incident with other employees, but if this employee is working, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Recommendation - retraining for this employee.Nathan A.

Not steal there credit card numbers my card is being charged from the U-Haul on Dixie highway and when I called up there from the number they have online he said they didn't charge no extra charges but then I was charged again 5 hours later I tried to call the number back but said they are unavailable but these are business hours that they're open so I think they blocked my number and we're going to find out who charged my cardAllen C.

Horrible experience + facility. There are mice droppings all over the place. I hardly put anything in the unit because they're so dirty. Joyce was super rude & unhelpful. The faccility was dirty, & the unit door was too small (no dimensions on website). The move-in instructions that I received via email we're also incorrect. While checking in, Joyce lied about the free lock on the website and forced us to buy another. Once we were allowed to access the unit, there was a free lock inside.
