Originally reserved Uhaul in Lehigh. Day of I get a notification saying my truck was moved all the way in Fort Myers a good 40 minutes from where I live. Whatever. Go to pick it up. They don't have the truck size I reserved. Then they don't have â€œanyâ€ trucks. Finally they find a truck a size bigger than what i asked. They offered to keep the same price as the original truck. Charged me the miles from driving back to my house which like said is a 40 minute drive. Was told in store my per mile price would be cut in half. Well it wasn't and I was charged an extra 60 dollars for miles that I was told I wouldn't need to worry about. Overall extremely poor experience.Caden G.

The Wi-Fi would not connect and my settings on my device were correct per instructions from associate. The truck was very dirty outside and the associate blamed that the vehicle was just brought in from the shop. I rented the vehicle at 6pm and returned the vehicle and was in my home by 8pm. I received a call the next day 1/16 from Mia at 11:54 am if I returned the vehicle. That's just an indication of inefficiency and being unorganized. I hate telling my wife she is right especially when she said to use Home Depot vehicle rentals and not U-Haul.JOSEPH D.

When somone reserves a dolly one should be available instead of being told they c.an't have it because there was not any left. True hardship to move without it.GLENDA M.
My parents moved into the storage facility today, Jan 11th after having reserved the facility online. When they arrived, they were greeted by the rudest and most condescending agent ever. She lied that our reservation was not there, so we had to show proof. She insulted my mother and called her names. She then acted like she could not find any other details of our reservation and forced us to produce written proof. She failed to explain anything about how to find our storage facility and was rude again when asked. The moving help ultimately had to guide my parents around the facility and help my parents find the unit. I am extremely disappointed in this customer service and she truly seemed to hate helping customers. Had I not already made these reservations and requested moving help, I would have told my parents to leave immediately. I question that my belongings are safe with staff like her in charge. I wish my mom had caught her name, but she was working on January 11th at 7am. I have never left a bad review but her behavior needs to be addressed.Shalom C. | Online Move In

Arrived for my reservation I placed on December 28th for 1pm from flying from Georgia to Florida to move a family member. Was told by customer service that I had overbooked myself because someone had booked the SAME truck that morning on the 8th, that's weird. So they called the customer advising we were there but still asked those late notice customers if they still wanted to truck ignoring the fact that I had booked first and was standing there ready for my reservation 30min early. When the late notice, overbooked appointments still expressed interest in the truck (but also a 10' truck too) the customer service told us we'd need to go to different locations to find one. Only thing she did right was call around BUT to be told that all locations did not have any, so how would I get to another truck if none existed when I had a reservation booked a week prior. Luckily, a third customer that was supposed to get a 10' truck did not show, we advised to tell the late overbooked customers to take that one as they should not have been allowed to overbook. Weirdest most dumbest, stressful uhaul experience of my life. My question is how did I overbook the location if I booked a week prior, held it with my card and got a reservation code and someone the day of could snag it? Where do I begin...I went online and booked a uhaul 3 weeks prior to moving. I picked a location that was halfway between our old place and new place. I set the pickup time for 7:30 so we could get the truck packed up early...well come to find out they changed the location of the pickup and did NOT notify us at all!!! So I called uhaul because the new location did not open until 9:30...yet it still shows our pickup time at 7:30....the first lady I spoke with tried to find me another truck close to us. She was unable to and offered to transfer me to the Florida scheduling. When she did that it hung up on me...so I called back and waited on the phone for another 5 minutes...I got the same woman and she apologized and offered to transfer me again, but this time she gave me the direct number as well. When she transferred me I got hung up on again...so then I called the number she gave me. The woman looked in the system and the closet truck that we needed was well over 50 miles away...so then she found me a smaller truck and offered a trailer as well. It was out of the way as well but much more doable. So my husband went to pick up the truck and they were not going to give him the appliance dolly...even though it was on our reservation... luckily my husband noticed it...so we get it back to the house and the floor of the back of the truck was super slippery...we made it work and got moved. The next morning we returned the truck. They decided they were going to charge us for items we did not even have and they charged us for returning the truck late even though we dropped it off 30 minutes early!! Moving is stressful enough...I definitely did not need the added stress from uhaul!!! I am a extremely unhappy customer!!Derrick S.

I had reserved for 24/7 pickup at 8am, but the vehicle was not ready. Clerk said that it did not show up for early pickup the night before. Had to wait for an hour for the store to open and then another 30 minutes before I could get my truck. Lots of wasted time. Not at all impressed with this service!BRUCE H.
The team handled the line quickly and professionally. When hooking up the car dolly we needed a light adapter and they were more then willing to bring it and upgrade me to an AT without having to go back inside. Great service!JOSHUA B.

I showed up, presented my reservation and was told that there was truck. Employee did not offer any alternative, nor did she tell me that she would speak with her manager. I went outside and there were many trucks sitting there. Only after I saw and the trucks and became angry did the so-called owner tell me he had a truck. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for the truck.
