My email confirmation had me dropping the U-Haul off at the wrong place I went back in and asked them to change it they said it was not necessary I could drop it off anywhere. This was not true and I was only allowed to drop it off far from my home. Also the equipment had an issue the windshield wiper blew off in middle of a rainstorm.

Tires were severely underinflated. Otherwise, the vehicle was clean. Also, would have been nice to have a sticker on the dash or someone explain how to turn the passenger air bags on.

I was doing an after hours drop and the app refused to work. I was going to have a $20 fee for not filling out return on line. I tried for half an hour in the dark to do the mobile return before giving up. My location setting was on, I was using a new phone (my hubby's didn't work either) and I was using their wifi!!! What a money grab!! You can't use the mobile return but we'll charge u twenty bucks! I called them and wasn't charged for it.

Prices are much higher than competitors. Only reason I went with uhaul was they had the truck size I needed in the time frame... Otherwise I would have gone with Penske, because they were over $200 cheaper for same size...

Some of the staff very helpful. Office staff assigned a unit that did not suit my needs and I had to change it. Office staff had zero regard for COVID19 precautions. Field staff were very helpful. Also, i had an add on charge of $40+ that I need clarified.

The girl who checked me out was rude and told me i was wrong over and over, when in fact, she had no idea what she was doing. She couldn't read the screen and i saw in a reflection on her glasses she was texting her friend, not working while i say there. Wasted over 10 minutes sitting there while she had to ask for help. As someone who worked for enterprise truck rental, i understand the frustration, but taking it out on a customer was beyond outrageous. I would NEVER rent from uhaul again and i will be sure to let others know as well.

I believe the general manager handled our contract, he was great, experienced, fast, and friendly. The team outside was also great as well.

1. Appliance dolly strap was to short. Looked as if strap had been cut. Used ratchet straps to make it work. 2. Truck had no ramp. No where was it noted that it didnt. Why rent an Appliance dolly if no ramp to load? Ended up walking fridge 1/2 down the road to my house. Very disappointed.

Staff was friendly and got me around the PAINFUL process of completing a rental on U-Haul's poorly designed iOS app. The app stalled at too many points without clear explanation. Staff at this location fixed all and got me out the door and into my rental and welcomed me back after quickly and efficiently. I will use this location again because of the good folks who helped me today.

Customer service was fantastic! The girl that helped me was nothing short of amazing. The truck drove like complete crap. When you hit the brake the transmission downshifts and it sounds like you dropped half the engine in the road. Truck has NOT been maintained well, at. Obviously whomever drives it on the lot (uhaul employees) needs their head examined.

Stephan and all of the staff at this location went above and beyond , consistently In helping me with my rental reservation. Stephan took the time to explain my contract and go over every detail of my bill with me to ensure everything was correctly charged. The customer service I received was exceptional especially with the holidays and everything going on with Covid. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family

The business and staff was great. The only issue I had was that the truck radio was stuck ON and inoperable. Could not shut, lower or change what I heard. So I had to listen to loud static the entire time. Sounds trivial but it was very annoying.

The door on the truck got stuck repeatedly, and while the service inside the building was friendly, the employees awaiting the return of the truck out back couldn't have been more unconcerned and unfriendly. He never looked up from his phone and only replied in one word answers.

The radio was broke and stuck on so we had to listen to loud music during the 30 minutes drive. Suggest getting the radio fixed. It would not shut off, volume and channel did not work. Nothing worked on the radio.

The worse customer service i ever had at a unhaul. I asked for a manager after issues with amount of gas and the guy laugh at me. I would not recommend going there to rent anything until they get handle on there employees.

The location was fine however my issue is that my original reservation was made for a different location which was closer to my destination. There was zero communication telling me this until I opened my reservation on my way to pick up my truck. I understand it gets busy but my reservation was made a week prior to my reservation and it's disappointing. When I called the customer service number the lady was emotionless. Her response was yea then she sat there. She offered no solution I had to ask for more miles since the location was so much further than both destinations. Then when I got to the pick up location the employee told me I was lucky to even get a truck. That I placed a week prior. It was frustrating.

The unit had a zip tie on it when I arrived, which is fine except it was not easy to “pop off” as the office told me and I did not come with scissors. The lock that was supposed to be in my unit was also not there so I had to go back to the office again to retrieve it. Otherwise the unit was prepped for move in and the online process was great.

I wanted the largest climate controlled unit they had. I reserved it by phone so they said it would be a 10 x 30. The men started unloading my furniture & said that it was not air conditioned. Went back to the office & got 2 10x15 units. The men had to put my stuff back on the truck & start again. Girls in office need more training. Not happy with their service. Very slow & seemed confused.

Found leaves and "garage bugs" continually being blown under the door and depositing on boxes and items inside the storage unit. My unit was 5×10 , with door the widest part so I had to bring a broom to sweep off the debris each time I came by.

Experienced nothing but trouble in Colorado before moving to Florida. First, the bad - reserved getting a hitch installed (in Colorado Springs, an hour away from our home) and then a 4x8 small trailer to take some personal items for our move approx 2 weeks out of our leaving Colorado. Then get a call the day before my hitch installation and they have to reschedule due to no hitch onsite. This happens on a Monday one week before we leave. Then we get a call the next day saying still no hitch and we must reschedule again. This time for Friday. But they agree to install part of the hitch assembly they do have on Wednesday and I drive 2 hours to get that done. Then we get a call saying our trailer is not available and no trailer available for the time we need on the entire front range. Time to panic. I called UHaul myself and find a bigger trailer (5x8) avail in Aurora, Co and reserve it for a Saturday after the rest of the hitch gets installed on Friday. Aurora is a 2-2.5 hour drive one way but at least it's available for Saturday. Thursday get a call from Colorado Springs and the hitch didn't show up scheduled to install now on Friday. Guaranteed it would show up Friday aftn so resked for hitch install at 7AM Saturday and then drive to Aurora to get trailer. Now Aurora calls and says the trailer is not available but they have one for me in Salida, an approx 3 hour drive up in the mtns from Aurora UHaul. Desperate at this point, I agree to go get it. Now for the good parts. The installation person in Colorado Springs installs the rest of the hitch EARLY Saturday morning and discounts the hitch install a little for my inconvenience. Good customer service although imagine my nervousness during the entire experience. The movers will be at my house Monday 8AM promptly and I needed this installation and trailer rental to go smoothly ahead of the moving truck showing up. I then drive up in the mountains to Salida to get the trailer and the people there could not have been nicer along with a TRAILER available for me. No discount or compensation for my inconvenience but I'm not expecting anything from UHaul. I finally get to my home Saturday aftn with a hitch and a trailer despite UHaul's causing me major inconvenience and headaches. The move proceeds smoothly and UHaul's location in Florida goes smoothly and professionally. No, I cannot recommend UHaul for your moving needs as it relates to Colorado locations. They could care less about having the customer change their schedule multiple times and drive untold hundreds of miles to get their services. No letter of apology, minor compensation for my inconvenience and major miles driven and time taken away from my move to get their services. Florida UHaul experience went well and I CAN AND DO recommend their location for their professionalism and organization.

The only negative thing I have, was that I signed up for automatic payment and that did not happen. I pride myself in having a good credit rating, so to my surprise, when I got a late payment notice, I was disappointed. But getting the payment done online was easy. My over all experience was great. I would recommend this facility to anyone .

Moved out June 20th, 1 day before the free month expired. Checked out with Jerry Emanuel, said he would check the unit and send my final receipt. Now I am getting pre-lein notices. I went to the office and had them check out my unit and give me a receipt as Jerry was not there. Now I received yet another lien notice on my unit I have not been in for almost a month. Plus, the so called climate control was almost 90 degrees every day I was there. This place is a joke and would never use this or any uhaul storage facility again!

Only had one problem when a microburst lifted the roof over our unit and some things were damaged and soaked. Employees helped by giving us new boxes and moving us to a new unit. The claim process was too complicated so we didn’t get any compensation.

Not a very good experience at all! My storage unit was directly in the way of incoming/outgoing truck traffic and was constantly blocked. I was wrongfully charged $120 for apparently not dropping off one of the 26 ft trucks that I rented in the wrong location...error on U-hauls part. Why in the world would I go to St Francis when my unit is here and I live in Cape Coral? The lines inside the store were horrendous! OMG...you seriously need more staff members. Your facility is GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED. And to try and contact someone by phone????? Good luck! I moved out of the location on July 2nd, 5 days before my move out was due, and verified it with 2 staff members. Apparently was not closed out in your system and at 1 am in the morning, 10 days later, was charged a late fee and full months rent! Was attempting to load a very heavy item into a 4x8 trailer myself....not a single staff member of your facility offered to help me. A staff member from another facility just happened to arrive and saw me struggling and asked to load it for me. The only good note that I have is that most, but not all, of your staff members were friendly. Alexis was able to resolve my move out issue and corrected the error. Kudos to her! Thank you very much!

Storage changing my list unit's since 1997 I can actually write a book I can tell that your manager in all honesty is the best and excellent general manager God bless all and God bless America. I having been at allbut with there help when I pay my monthly unit's I am happy to see the excellent service that they give I hope he will stay thete until retirement if I didn't fight my cancer I can do anything thank you having good people working for the company like this thank you again.

Damages to my property from water and the elements., the unit has day light coming through it and rodents. The Manager tell you one thing. and the assistant another. Only persons who seems to know whats going on is the office girls. The manager ( Jerry ) is rude and is always telling you things that are store policy after the assistant manager tells you something different. When I told them I was moving my things out and about all the damage the couldn't have cared less, no ......Thank you or I'm so sorry ! I will file a claim to the insurance company. I will not use you again or recommend you to anyone. .

I keep a trailer inside the unit, the U Haul trailers were always parked in front of my unit. i told the manager what i was keeping in the unit and i needed access to the unit. was told, no problem.

Forgot my key when I went to empty my locker. Uhaul wanted to charge an exorbitant $50 to cut my lock off. This is all that prevented an excellent rating.

7-25-18 was not my move out date !! 7-17-18 was my move out date,cameras will verify that My email from uhaul stated automatic withdraw of $150.71 .I haven't recieved back protocol got me no where!

Everything good with Darren and all check-in. Then when I returned truck after 22 miles and putting in 2.5 gallons, Steve said it was not enough. Got more gas: total 5.5 gal. for 23 miles. Rip-off.

I rented a storage unit for over a year. No problems and the price was right. A broken gutter was immediately over our storage unit and rain would pour onto the door. gutter was replaced.
