My check in experience was horrible. The clerk was too busy worried about me bringing the truck back for her regular clients more than providing with a product and/or service. I felt underappreciated and undervalued. At no point should I be forced to change my reservation because I need to accommodate another client. This was unacceptable.

Originally, I was suppose to pick up the truck from a third party vendor (unknowingly to me) and when I get there he said he doesn't have a truck. I made this reservation a week earlier because it was the first of the month. I called U-Haul and they found me a truck, had to go a little further away but they compensated me additional miles. Thank you U-Haul for not disappointing me. 

Please look at the condition of your vehicles before letting customers drive them. If the tires have zero tread and multiple gashes and corrosion, then maybe its time for a tire change. We unfortunately had to deal with this issue in the middle of our move. Completely unacceptable. Last time the oil was changed was last September. When I called the next morning to voice my concern the lady (I think her name was America?) began to give me an attitude instead of helping fix the problem. Should probably close down that whole store.

Tony was wonderful but the older gentleman working was so incredibly rude. Instead of explaining that I was incorrect in my misconception that I needed to self checkout (based on the text I got from Uhaul!), he SNAPPED at me and was incredibly rude in his tone and response, as if I had made some grave error and upset HIM. I will drive as long as needed to not work with this location again.

Every employee was great except for one. I am not going to rate this location low because of one person, but I can't recommend a place where I was confronted by someone who got upset over hearsay when I had to call Uhaul because of your incorrect contact information for me in the system (pulling from info I provided years ago instead of what I used for the reservation). I don't know how the information was presented to the employee by the phone rep when they called to find out how to resolve the reservation problem, but the employee's reaction was inappropriate. do not contact me regarding this, it's not worth anymore of my time.

Don't use this location. Manager is super rude. She was mad that I switched a reservation to her location because she stated it was the wrong drop off location. Then she changed her story and said they were full. Their location had plenty of room and I also found out that this truck already has a reservation to go out of state which will give that location close to $3,000. She also tried charged me a cleaning fee which I already got refunded. Will never drop off at this location again and highly recommend everyone avoid it. U-Haul needs to fire this rude GM. Bad for business.

Upon arrival the two male employees were unwelcoming, very short with me and incredibly rude. It was my first time using the online checkin system and the older man could not be bothered to help me. There were no other customers in the office and he was obviously not busy so I was confused why his response when I asked for help checking in was, “Like I said before you have a long way to go with the app. Just get to the end and come get me”. The man could even be bothered to walk outside and show me which truck was mine. Finally, the one female employee came to my rescue. She was kind, informative and promptly retrieved my truck. I honestly was not expecting this poor treatment. I specifically chose another location, but they were not open at the time and a U-haul customer service representative reassigned me to this location. I can't say I will ever work with U-Haul again. It's free to be kind to people, let alone when you're getting paid to be there. If you hate your job you should change your line of work.

I paid my rental a week earlier than the 26 Feb due date. I moved out by 10:30 on the 26th of Feb. As a Retired Veteran rated 100% T&P Disabled + SMC-C For greater than 60+% more, & SSA Disability since 2015 and Medicare and TRICARE FOR LIFE 2 (Two) years later I can't afford to donate $127.90 to anyone, let alone a major Corporation like U/HUL. The experience was horrible, from poor communication, to being charged for containers that I had emptied already. Accessing UBoxes was also a headache. The saving grace was that the people I dealt with resolved the problems, but I'm not too keen on doing business there again.

Confirmed a reservation at 3pm and was told it was cancelled at 12 ...had to drive 35min to an alternative location where they put the chains on so weird that we couldn't unhook my car which led to the receiving uhal dealer to ask for a fee to help take off ONE chain ....this is the worst experience I've ever had ...I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY

A customer came in and was verbally abusive to me because I was white. he said that i was after him and the clerk told he that he wasn't. the man ranted and raved and spewed racial slurs at me. the Uhaul guy told him to stop or leave and that he was after me. the uhaul rep went outside to check the current customer in and took that man anyway. what a way to treat your customers. If I had acted that way your rep would have called the police on me. we should all be treated well regardless of our race but a man who thinks he is better than white people and then your rep treats him that way is an insult to ALL the people.... SHAME on you

This location was fine, but our overall experience with uhaul was terrible. We had to make two separate reservations at neighborhood partners. We couldn't get a truck at either place. Neither owner was available and we weren't given the right information to get keys out with a phone. Then we made a third reservation at a uhaul location and it took almost an hour to check in. We will not be using uhaul ever again.

The truck I had was a drop-off to this location and it was raggedy as hell. The knobs were missing from the window door handles. The tire pressure was extremely low. The whole truck wobbled at 25-35 mph so much so that I had to get on the shoulder of the interstate fearing the truck was going to break down. So, instead of just renting your vehicles, test drive your vehicles and do maintenance and repairs accordingly before renting.

When I input the address on apple maps it came up and gave me directions to 2545 Forrest Hills Drive which is not the Uhaul location. Once I finally arrived at the correct location Garnesia was wonderful. She needs a promotion and raise. She was working alone and had to attend the front office, cleanup the truck, check in the equipment, and help direct me to where to park a 26ft truck and a car transport trailer on this nearly impossible property! This property is ridiculously small with unlevel land and tightly close outdoor storage units, other vehicles, and other impediments.

First the reservation was made for 7:00 a.m. since the place opens at that time it is waiting until 8:00 a.m. that the manager of the place arrived, the lousy service and at the last minute they would give you an estimate and at the end of the day they give you another with other charges changed by themselves Hello, good morning, I do not understand why such a high charge if the estimate was for 40 miles, the insurance was 14.00 that in the estimate that they gave me in the morning was $ 94.26. In the afternoon I return and they send me the second estimate, I only used 26.20, plus they changed my insurance to 28.00. with a total of $ 162.23, changes that they make if the presence of only one I ask them to correct that error

I had a horrible experience with UHaul. I reserved the truck 3 weeks in advance of our move, arrived at the first location early and had the message to get the keys from the front desk and my truck was given to another customer. Then, I was told to uber to a second location that also didn't think they had a truck for me. After arguing and making calls for 1 hour, the associate finally realized they did have a truck after all. This cost me an hour of time for movers and Uhaul said I would be reimbursed but I never was... horrible.

After reserving a 24/7 pick up for 6am on the 30 Nov.at the Thurman rd location that canceled my pick up without notification didn't have the equipment at all as it turns out. The customer service rep.found the Forest Hill location for 7am pick up. The staff was very accommodating.

I arrived to bring my things and move them in. I was using a Uhaul truck and had limited time on it so I was hoping to finish in a timely manner. When I get there the associate was on the phone with what seemed like a friend. The manager was busy with another customer. The associate told me that the storage I reserved was not there. I showed him my reservation and he said they didn't have any. So I lef t frustrated. 10 minutes into my drive trying to find another storage, the manager calls and tells me that they do have a lot of open units. I turn all the way back around. I go back inside and the associate is there. I was told my info would be pulled up but it was very slow. He finally was to show me where my unit was, but instead of waiting for me to get the truck, he drove off. I waited at the gate until he finally appeared and waved for me to come towards him. I get to my unit and he asks me if I have a lock. I said "no I didn't know I needed one. Do you sell them?" He says "yes". Which was more frustrating because if I knew that I would've bought it earlier while everything was processing. He then drove off and did not show me how to open the storage. I had to call the front office and the manager explained it to me. When I was finally finished I had to go all the way back to the front just to buy a lock and then go back to my storage to lock it. This should've been a 30 minute process. But it took up 1 hour 45 minutes of my time. Costing me money and time. The manager was nice and apologized. But this was the worst experience I've ever had! Moving is already stressful enough. Your employee made it 1 million times more stressful.

Thank you! I stored my things here for 4 years and am grateful. Unfortunately, my gate didn't close properly and when I returned the unit was full of mice and cockroaches. I'm sure that's not unusual, though. It seems that over my rental period the gates all around mine were replaced with new ones. It would have been nice if they would have replaced mine as well. Otherwise, the facility is convenient. The staff was always very nice and communication was consistent and polite. Thank you! If I need storage in the future, I'll be back!

Ms. Erica Young was always accommodating, and I appreciate all of her help over the last year. When I was moving out of my storage unit on Friday, May 14th, Kendrick Moody was in the office. Kendrick insisted on ringing up the white guy that came in after us first. Even though the gentleman told Kendrick that my Fiancée and I were there first and Kendrick should help us. Kendrick still helps him before us. My Fiancée and I were still being patient after he rings up the gentleman, but next, Kendrick runs out of the store to help someone else. When Kendrick comes back, he asks us this time if he could help another person. We politely tell him no because we are moving items out of our storage unit today, and we were on a schedule. We want to rent the van so we can get started. Kendrick says "okay" and proceeds to help someone else still. When he comes back to help us finally, I asked him to remove a dolly from the service equipment contract because there were two dollys listed. Kendrick said he did, but when I received the print out both dollys were still there.  Again thank you to Ms. Erica Young for fixing it and helping me and my Fiancée

My 1st unit had a damaged door that I asked the clerks 3 times to fix b/c it made my unit unsecure. No fix,someone used this defect to steal my 32" TV. Insurance did not cover, I was not reimbursed.
