When I was renting my Uhaul they were telling me about the gas and how I needed to put it at a quarter tank or else they would charge me per gallon they have to fill, which is fine. But when they gave me the keys they said â€œthere was no gas in the truck, so i needed To put gas in itâ€. If that's the case, why wasn't the truck filled to a quarter of a tank by uhaul and then charged back to the previous customer that rented the truck? It just seemed like something that i shouldnt have been responsible for and for uhaul to fill the truck to a quarter of a tank and charged back to the previous customer before renting the truck to another customer. Customer service at this uhaul was very unfriendly, also I used the truck for less than 2 hours & only drove 18.5 miles. But since the previous customer who had the truck didn't do what they were suppose to do, I was now responsible for it.Whitney P.

From beginning to end, this experience was terrible. I booked >6 weeks in advance and was assured twice that the equipment I reserved would be in town for pick up. Lo and behold, the day prior to pickup I get a call stating that I had to drive 2.5 hours to get it. When I got to the pickup location, my truck was not there. I had to wait 3 hours to get it. When I did get it, the gas was lower than was stated on the paperwork. Uhaul did absolutely nothing to make any of these problems right and I will never use them again.Christopher N.

The truck provided to me had an a/c that did not work well, the alignment was off making a 10 hour drive very difficult. A tire valve also ended up being faulty resulting in a flat tire half way through our drive.KENNY D.

The worker who helped me rent the truck did not inform me to do a walk around or â€œtake a pictureâ€ of the gas gauge as I was told the next morning I would be charged 20$ for gas that I didn't use. Also the truck was at 1/8 of a tank when I received it and they tried to tell me it was at 1/4 tank when I got it which isn't accurate. The assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional and I won't be coming back.caleb M.

My truck was dirty with dried soda on the interior and did not have the proper level of gas. I filled the app info with the discrepancy and was not reimbursed. Gas is $5/gallon and I know the tank was 2 gallons away from where it was supposed to be. A lot of obligations to the customer and the store has none.Bryant H.

The young man that checked me in and out at my return was exceptional. He was very friendly and helpful. I reserved the truck online and added a dolly, unfortunately he offered me other utility tools to use which I was very thankful. When I returned the truck he asked if it was helpful for my use and asked if there was any problems. He told me what would be charged to my card. Rented a truck on 5/12/22. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was late returning the truck. I have rented from this location before and the rep and per the contract it stated if you go over you will incur additional fees. Fine no problem. Wrong at 6:56 am I received a call from the General Manager demanding the truck be returned at 8am or equipment recovery would come and pick up the truck. I apologized for it being late explained it was still full and we would empty it and have it back by the afternoon. He yelled that doesn't work for me. And if it's not back we are coming to get it. Now I was awaken to this unprofessional rude man. Ok I was able to call customer service and extend the contract until a later time with them. After 15 years going to the Buckley location in Aurora, CO that has now ended and I do not recommend. I hope this general manager never has a family emergency that requires a little grace and tact from someone else because he absolutely did not show any. PS he never gave his name.Sanjanique I.

The drop off location had great customer service. I had a severe family emergency in which the driver of the truck was no long with us and they quickly sent over someone to pick up the truck for me to drop it off. Fire Darrius Flood. He is a bold face liar. He copied my drivers licence front and back. Asked for 2 points of contact. In addition he asked to hold another form of ID. I gave him my military ID. Well, Robert (the previous GM for 750 Buckley in Aurora, Co) never kept promises made to waive late fees when I was out of work due to an accident. He also promised prorated refund of rent when I moved my things out of the unit (1733.) While I was there loading the trailer I drove from Washington to Colorado the employees were lazy and disrespectful. They paid attention to their phones and gossiping about the drugs they took at the rave they attended for New Years Eve. Which then one of the employees ran after me when I was pulling out with a walkie talkie to radio the trailer number to the others because they assumed I stole the trailer. I just want what was promised at this point. Especially after being accused of being a thief. I don't know what the deal is with this location but the entire two years I had my unit there it was horrible. Employees would curse me out and call me names because I was late on my payments. Nobody ever returns your calls or messages either. Someone needs to really do something with the people and their attitudes there.kyle G. | Overall Experience

The GM, specifically, was a real jerk. I had 2 units in the building. The units were billed on separate cycles on different days. One of my units was paid up and one was a few days late when my dad and I stopped by to drop off some camping equipment. I only needed access to the unit which was paid up, and I was denied entry to the entire building because my other unit was slightly past the due date. Not only were we denied entry, the GM was mean about it. I was livid; I was literally shaking from shock and anger at the way he talked to me. The GM was completely uncaring and rude to the point that I lost my temper and said it was bs for which I immediately apologized, but maintain that is technically correct. My father was furious, too. I ended up paying for the other unit and letting the GM know that we would be emptying both units and leaving before renewal. That's exactly what we did. His behavior was completely unacceptable. Firstly, what he did was wrong and secondly, his attitude was disgusting. A man should not be in a customer-facing role if he can offer zero compassion or empathy. Furthermore, I will be emptying a third unit at another u-haul locations as soon as arrangements can be made. I am really upset about this incident and I want nothing further to do with the entire company after this experience.Laura P. | Overall Experience

I came into the facility as I needed to update my autopay for my unit as my checking account changed due to a merge. I was told I couldn't use my checking account to do this and had to iise a debit/credit card. In the mean time the staff was more concerned with video games etc. and it wasapparent the associate didn't hear my need after explaining twice. Once I paid my monthly fee I asked was this set up on auto payment, had to look at the screen as he was leaving, said yes ,and told me to I can call back if needed then walked away. Associate distracted, not focused on the customer for a simple transaction and not confident my acct is set up correctly. Most likely will need to call again. I had such an awful experience checking in. The representative that checked me in took FOREVER! 30 mins to check in is RIDICULOUS!!! Not only was she slow but literally kept falling asleep at the desk! (multiple times) As well she continued to eat her food in front of customers and would stop her typing in the system to take a bite of her food. I was asked for 1st floor or 2nd. I picked 1st and she assigned me 2nd as she was not paying attention due to falling asleep. I as well rented a 5 X 10 X 8 and she gave me a 5 X 5 X 8. Worst experience EVER! The store is always stocked with many useful supplies. The price is reasonable for what you get and the move out process is very easy. I experienced an issue with the storage facility where upon checking my unit the lock would not open with the key. When I involved one of the staff members (Kimberly Cole) about the issue, which she nonchalantly prompted that my lock may have been tampered with and suggested how to get the lock off with a tool. Once that was unsuccessful, the on duty manager (Brandellyn Cunningham) stated that to gain access to my belongings I would need to call a lock smith since they did not have anything to cut the lock with on-site, which she assured I could be reimbursed or credited for the $89.99 if I brought my receipt. I inquired about the refund/credit and having management check security footage to ensure my lock was in fact tampered with and to consider relocating my belongings. But instead I was given the run around each time I tried to get in touch with the General Manager, Robert.
