Bad part of town. App would not let me do self return because it did not acknowledge my rental. I called the 800 number and had to wait for at least 20 minute speak with someone. They could not help. It was getting dark and dangerous so I put my keys in drop box. I was charged $20 because I did not do self return. Computer system/App needs to be more robust.thomas G.
WE were told closing was 7:00PM, but they stated closing at 6:45Pm and referred us to the website which proved difficult. The location was a lot further than our resident location; There were many more convenient locations.It wasn't very consumer friendly. Lastly, The truck was had a loud noise from either water pump of fan belt. Not the Best. and Had poor mileage. We should get some refund.JOHN B.

The young man that checked me in was in very positive spirits and very helpful in going through the check-in status. The place was suppose to close at 7 and the closed a half hour early with representatives still inside and they refused to open the door or talk to us. We had to drop it off via online and that took 45 minutes because the system was having issues.Bryce M.
This was a very busy location and we arrived 15 minutes before closing. It was a bit confusing as to where to return the truck. We waited inside 15 minutes just to be told we needed to stay outside to return the truck. Once that was established, the return process was quick and easy.ELIZABETH J.

The available drop locations provided for me to choose from are too far away from my apt and the pick up location. I don't see why I cannot choose to drop the truck at the same location (when selecting dropping locations, this is the nearest available, but it's too inconvenient...)XIAO W.

stick to yout reservation dates and times or it should be a free rental. 50$ doesnt cover the gas or time for two people to drive 64 min round trip in two vehicles to drive to a different city . we dont work for uhaul. do better.Amanda N.

Chris Parker did an amazing job helping us return our u-haul equipment. He had a great attitude, and after a long day of moving it was so refreshing to be met with a smile and a friendly presence at the check-in. My only concern is that I was told to just leave the vehicle and that I would get an email receipt when they checked it in. I was given no proof that I had returned it, what the mileage was or how much gas was in it while I was physically at the location. Then, no email receipt was actually sent. I had to call the next day and spend an hour on hold to get a person to ask for the receipt to be sent.DOUGLAS M.

horrible, 15 people in line in front of me, they said just leave keys in cup holder, then took 4 hours to log it in. I returned truck in time, but their delay caused me to pay for an extra day. What a rip off Uhaul isDonald C.

The return process was a bit better but definitely unclear of what to do. There were a ton of returned trucks with no spots marked where to park, and app did not tell us where to park either. Also, had to describe where truck was parked, when there were 50 other parked trucks with no differences? App was very slow and too many steps to complete. Took forever. No instructions where to put keys, luckily just happened to find a drop box. Again, not great customer service.Mark W.

Really easy experience. Ordered the hitch online, reserved the date for install and dropped off the car in the morning. They called late afternoon to pick it up. Really easy and friendly staff. Recommend strongly. The hitch is great too because it doesn't have the gratuitous UHaul sticker on it. Just plain black.Paul H.

A cement truck was blocking the entrance to the truck return so I had to find another way in. There was on guy behind the desk inside who helped set me up for self-return online. The space was chaotic and seemingly understaffed.Tiger K.
My trailer came off my truck while driving. I called uhaul and could not get thru to anyone. I submitted my situation on web site, 11/2 to get a phone call back. I found another uhaul location nearby so I sat with the trailer on side of road while my son went and got a new part that had broken. No help from UHaul. Every employee that I encountered on this VERY busy Saturday was helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. It was very hot and very busy and these employees were working so hard to keep the line and rental equipment moving. Excellent service and very hard working.Carolyn L.

Make sure you confirm that your return is recorded before you leave the location. Apparently mine was not so there was an overcharge for a late return. I was able to resolve this easily with online chat (assuming the refund comes through as indicated) but it was a nuisance that could have been avoided.EVAN G.
I had to wait one hour and a half to leave my car because the facility did not know if what was needed for the hitch installation was there. The manager said she was going to offer me a discount for the wait in the labor but when I arrived to pick up my car, she was gone and no discount was applied. Also there was no place where to wait and one of the persons working there was very rude and impatient. She yield at my son a couple of times.Yaqueline C.
