I could have benefited if you sold electrical connection testers. My 4 pin connector didn't work on my tow vehicle, so instead of renting a trailer I had to rent a truck. The manager there, Mark, had his own tester but I would have bought one if you had it. Mark by the way was very very helpful for what was a stressful situation.

Our experience with uhaul went beyond a typical bad business experience. Our concerns are outlined below. - Uhaul failed to inform us that the trailers right axel was broken and that the right tire was worn bald. This both reduced traction and caused the trailer to repeatedly sway into adjacent lanes while traversing multiple mountainous roads, passing semi's, etc. - This swaying during our 52 hour drive damaged our new Jeep Gladiator. - The swaying jerked my fiancee (who was driving) repeatedly to the point that it injured her back and has caused her persistent low back pain. - We had a blowout of the uhaul's back left tire on a 6 lane hallway.

Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing regarding a recent rental experience that was less than satisfactory and to request appropriate compensation as was discussed at pickup. When we arrived to collect the vehicle, we were informed by the clerk that we would receive a mileage credit due to the inconvenience of having to pick up the vehicle at a different location than originally planned, which required us to drive a longer distance. However, we have not yet seen this credit reflected and would like confirmation that this will be issued. Additionally, we were disappointed to find the vehicle had less than 1/8 tank of fuel upon pickup. This forced us to stop and fill the tank before even beginning our move, which was both inconvenient and unexpected. We returned the truck with significantly more fuel than we received it with, and should be reimbursed for the extra fuel we had to purchase. We would appreciate a timely resolution and appropriate compensation for these issues. Please let us know what information you need from our end to process this request. Ms. Marcella does a wonderful job helping every customer that comes into the building. Though working by herself she has obtained to get everybody on the road with the UHaul vehicle with the assistance of Ms. Amber. Ms. Amber works the outside Ms. Marcella works the inside. I would say both of them needs a raise because they care for each and every customer and that is a rear thing to find in customer service.

Staff should be more engaged with customers. Customers have to self serve and do all the work in the process of truck rental. This should be a preference not mandatory.

It's not right that the clients now have to do the workers job by applying online and taking pictures our self. I almost got scam by charging me extra miles that was used by the another client who used the same truck I used and they also try to charge me 15 dollars in gas when I had put the same amount when I returned pure scamm

The truck had a horrible stench of marijuana and it gave me a horrible migraine. It's unacceptable that this van was allowed to be rented. In addition to this, the driver's seat was broken and would remain reclined back. Just a really bad experience.

This location has been very user friendly. The only suggestion would be to not rely so heavily on the U-Haul app system because it's clunky and inefficient at best which drags out the check in and check out. I would suggest updating the program and training the teams to deliver

It is annoying that you have to do mobile check in. they act like it's an option but then you have to do it, and why do they tell me the serial number rather than just the license plate? i don't know where to look for that. Just have normal check in and show me where it is rather than all this contactless stuff….

My entire experience was wonderful. Everything worked perfectly from the time I picked up the truck until the time I loaded my possessions in the storage facility. Marcellla Jones was extremely helpful in ensuring that I got the right equipment for my move. Amber Hicks was extremely graceful and respectful in ensuring that my possessions were stored properly. This was a hectic day and it could have been very stressful but because of the professionalism, kindness and can do attitude of the entire staff the day ended peaceful and joyful!

The proffesionalism and kindness of the staff varied based on their mood. Getting started was a nightmare yet pressed for time I stayed there. The storage units there are the back halves of older 10ft trucks placed side by side. Being kept outside I should have been able to have 24 access. I am sure the manager tried her best but this location was the location for extra trucks. There is no customer parking available yet they managed to fill every inch with a truck. First few times I had to request to have a truck removed from infront of my storage unit. After that, they avoided parking one infront of my unit. I made it a point to have everyting out within my 30 days. I refused to pay close to $200.00 a month with the service and inconvenience I was put thru. My leaving seemed to have made everyone happy including myself. Again, I am sure the manager did her best. The individual that opened my account was the worst. She showed no signs of wanting to help me. But had no issues helping others that came in after me. I wanted to F******** scream. The guys at this location seemed much more accomidating, friendlier, and very helpful I wish I had gotten names. Not that it matters I hope to never have to go back there again.
