I had trouble working with the online app on my phone and it was a tad clunky. It takes team members about 20 minutes to process a customer at the counter. There were several of us in line and they were just bantering back and forth with the person at the "window" and looking at the long line and did nothing to hurry things along. I myself do not need to know my u haul rep so intimately. Processing the customers faster would go a long way to improving your business. You can do this and keep rapport up as well if you used it as a goal.Richard W.

Return policy is terrible. I want someone to check my return and verify that everything is ok, or explain any issues. I want a verification of return at the time of the return, not just drop off keys and hope I get an verification email. Uhaul does what is easiest for them not what is best for the customers.PERRY S.

When speaking to someone on phone I don't think they were actually from location. But I called to extend the time of rental and was asked when would I return it I said need for an additional 2 hours so she then told me the amount I was going to be charged and it was for another whole 24 hours. I told her if I am bring charged another day then I won't rush to get it back but she still wanted a time I estimated by closing. After bastille being stuck in traffic I call and said I would bring it back the morning and she sounded irritated. And said bring it by 10 which was before the 24 hours I was charged I asked why not noon and I was told because someone else wanted to rent it. Wasn't happy about being charged a whole day for an additional 2 hours. And wasn't happy girls on phone were rude that I had to extended demanded a time but then tell me I need to bring it in sooner with no offer to prorated for time it was early. I needed 2 more hours but charged a whole day had another 24 hours paid for but you wanted it 2 hours earlier. I brought it in before ten, but feel you wanted me to work with you on tome but didn't offer to work with me on my time. Wasn't happy about that or the additive on the phone. Guys working desk and with the trailer courteous helpful and friendly. Would be only reason for going back there but there are any other places near me. Girls on the phone need some work. In the end I was the one who got it in the end.Anthony M.

Make sure the dolly and blankets are in the truck at pick up time. Create a way for legit customer to reserve, pre-pay 14 days prior, and pick up truck for sure -- vs reserve and hope one is there on day needed.Mat W.

When I walked in I stood in front of 2 employees talking among themselves and pointing to the computer with No other customers in the store and I was not acknowledged what so ever for 10 plus minutes. Totally unacceptable. Customer service is the number one reason customers come back and these two employees must not be aware of that. Finally after 10 minutes a third employee, a young man walked in and acknowledged me to assist me in my rental. This is not the first time this has happened at this location but it will be the last time I rent there. Maybe these two employees should walk-in to a quick trip gas station to see what customer service is all about. Every single time you walk-in to one of these stores you are greeted immediately no matter what the employee is doing period. Anyways I hope this feedback helps you in the future.DAVID A.

Had to find someone to help me. No one was in the store. The mileage was wrong on the truck. It was 5 miles more than what was on the paper they gave us. Poor customer service. Keith was so helpful. He made my move so much more easy. He was trying to lift my spirits the whole time. Cargo van was not cleaned prior to pick up, there was broken glass inside cargo area and overall was very dirty. Otherwise the van worked well for my trip. The personnel seemed well trained and knowledgeable.Richard R.

The customer service was terrible. Waited in the store for almost 2 hours. The lady up front had no idea what she was doing, and had 6-8 customers waiting for a manager to come in to help (who was installing a hitch). I had paid and had everything confirm online and only needed a key, and waited 2 hours just to get a key. Not to mention the first location I went to that I had reserved days in advance, that vehicle had no license plate.. So I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes just to get transferred to another store..Ezekiel C.

If a person rents a truck a week in advance and you don't have it, maybe let them know sooner than 12 hrs before pickup. Don't schedule maintenance for opening hours on one of busiest days. Don't have a GM with a bad attitude bad mouthing company and being an ass with customers. Tr7ck AC didn't work properly, water got in to truck getting several boxes wet. They put an earlier time than I actually finally got the truck. I could go on but doesn't matter, my friends and family and social media followers all know about the experience. Not one apology, how can we dix/make better. I basically got, "we can rent ro the next person". Oh, and they held the difference in truck prices til I turned it in.MELODY K.

I've rented from this location 2 or 3 times in the last month as we've just completed an in-town move over a few weekends. Each time the owner (sorry I forgot her name!) was so polite, helpful, and friendly at check-out. Staff at check-in was also quick and made the process very simple. my experience was waiting with 3 other people in line as the shift changed. being told that someone would be right with you. 25-40 to pick up the truck. insurance was just to toss 28$ away thankfully didn't need it, the insurance. the truck had so many previous x marks on it wasn't funny. Dirty, windshield broken, wipers busted. best part was the ac it worked amazingly. returned it better then i got it.Charles I.

Keith. He was excellent. Please don't ever let him go. He is a great asset to the company. He went above and beyond father than buzz lightyear could ever go.
