I moved into a storage by renting my space myself online . Using their 24/7 service allows you to move into the facility when you want.Zero hassle. Congrats uhaul for thé thoughtful program.

L’attente en général dans vos établissement au moment de prendre l’équipement et au moment du retour est beaucoup trop longue. Il manque définitivement de personnels au comptoir. L’application uhaul sur apple ne font-elles pas quand vient le temps de finaliser ou de payer.

CAMION Un camion sans pneus d'hiver un jour de verglas. On réserve un "dolly" pour transporter les meuble et sur place on nous dit on n'en a plus, premier arrivé premier servi.Pourquoi réservé alors? ENTREPÔT on avait réservé un entrepôt. Une fois sur place on nous dit : le gars au téléphone vous avait dit que U-Haul oblige l'achat de leur cadenas? Non. Vous n'avez pas le choix... Sincerement j'ai ete déçu de mon expérience . Je n'ai pas voulu prendre une petite entreprise pour eviter ce genre de service mais finalement ce n'est pas mieux. Je ne recommanderai pas U-Haul.

What went well: - Friendly service - Spoke English - Explained well the rates (If I went over milage or didn't sweep inside, etc.) - Estimated price was very close to the actual price. Improvements - booking on website was complicated and long; was offered too many options for upselling (one upsell per screen loaded). Would rather have liked one-page with every option available and I click the options I needed.

Votre système de gaz me semble être de l'arnaque. Soit on met plus de gaz pour éviter la pénalité, soit on paye votre pénalité dans les deux cas il y a un surplus pour vous. Chez Légaré on prend le camion plein et on le remet plein. On paye pour ce qu'on a consommé. Vous venez de me perdre comme client à tout jamais. U haul c'est terminé pour moi!!!!

The people who work there are nice, but they are extremely busy. Between going outside to manage vehicles and working inside to serve customers, the store is often left empty without any employees. Customers often have to wait for a very long time before someone answers. It wouldn't hurt to have an extra employee available so they can rotate and have one person inside at all times.

The check-in was pain full. You should explain to your customer in advance, what they should do, and how the process is going to be done. Like the app is not working in canada, you should tell that right away, it's wasting everybody times. Adding friend number or passport, you can tell that in advance... Why do I need to enter twice my driver licence... This needs to be done once only... I really hated the self check-in process... It's a good idea, but needs to give more information.

Véhicule en mauvais état, check engine allumé, direction désaxée. Aucune information à la prise de possession du camion contrairement à Discount qui prend le temps d'expliquer les fonctions, de faire le tour du camion, de mentionner le type d'essence, qu'il faut arrêter aux pesées routière, etc. Mauvais service à la clientèle, nous sommes arrivée pour déposer le camion 15 min avant la fermeture et le commis voulais pas nous servir.

The late check out is very convinient with the key box, but doing it yourself on the web is very long and annoying: it should be the work of the employe the next morning as it use to be.

We were 2 different persons with the same booking of the same truck at the same location at the same time. I was lucky enough to be the one leaving with the truck but the other guy had to wait 2 hours for the office to open and then hope there would be an available truck for him (which I really doubt). We both reserved a truck many weeks in advance... You can not rely on U-Haul. You always have to have a plan B.

Me faire dire qu’il est trop tard pour fermer le contrat alors qu’il est 16:50 et que les heures d’ouvertures affichées à l’entrée m’indique 17:00, d’aller en ligne fermer mon contrat alors que l’employé qui nous avait servi au départ nous avait dis que c’était jusqu’à 17:00, j’ai trouvé ça assez ordinaire. Heureusement ce même employé était toujours là et c’est bien occupé de nous et à finaliser le contrat. Merci à cet employé quand au 2 autres bin s’ils aiment pas leur emploi qu’il trouve autre chose ou reste chez eux.

The service in the customer service by phone was EXCELLENT really I was surprised. But the service in the location not that good, the guy told me how full the tank was and a picture of it, when I used it was less than that and I had to put more gas at the end. The price at the end was not bad but the quality of service can always be improved.

I was not able to complete the truck return overnight because of buggy field on website. It was impossible to fill up the mileage with 50829.1 (zeros were impossible to input). The chat employee whom I talked delagated the issue to Uhaul local renter, but I had lost enough time at this point : I will pay for the overnight fee and check for other options next time.

The elevator could allow more time to enter or exit stuff. The noise is intense and the door can be dangerous when it close. There seem to be a butterfly problem in the building.

Everything worked out great with our sons recent move from Kelowna, BC to Montreal. We used U-boxes and it was really easy, safe and secure, they showed up on time and we picked them up with no issues
