Tout est parfait :) Simplement, je ne suis pas certaine de comprendre pourquoi les véhicules ont toujours la tank de gas remplie partiellement. Cela fait qu'on retourne la truck souvent avec plus de gas que nécessaire (so qu'on paye plus cher en tant que particulier, mais l'argent ne revient même pas à U-Haul…). Si la tank était pleine dès le début, on rempilerait vraiment ce qu'on a consommé.

Also, the phone rang a couple of times while I was waiting and the staff complained openly about callers. I was late for work twice over an hour as I had to wait for a two truck to boost me

Je déménageais, avec un horaire calculé et j'ai reçu le camion sans liquide de lave glace alors qu'il neigeait et avec de l'essence en dessous du 1/8e. De plus il y avait aussi un écart dans le kilométrage indiqué dans la feuille qu'on m'a remis et le kilométrage réel du camion. On m'a chargé plus que ce qu'on m'avait indiqué sur mon devis. Je ne retournerai pas avec ce service.

David G.Self-service is really complicated. My truck was parked at the other side of the street, in a random city parking, i had to go trough a big snow pile to get to the vehicle (it was -10c°). When i finally got there and hit « i found my truck », i got inside, realized that the truck was really dirty (fast food cups, tickets…) the indication was to go to my starting point to collect the key inside the building

Jean P.Your self pick up process is a nightmare and needs to be improved. First I was supposed to pick up the truck from another location (Jean Talon) via the self pick up process but I could not finalize it as my foreign driving license was not accepted. That's something you should say upfront when the booking is done. I drove at the place for nothing and had to rearrange my whole plan to pickup the truck the next morning from a different location.

J'ai perdu beaucoup temps et le camion était vide d'essence quand j'ai récupéré j'étais pressé javais fait une réservation qui ont jamais trouver les employés ce pogne le beigne me donne un camion pognier dans neige pas capable de le sortir du banc de neige sa c sans parler des 10 min jai perdu a chercher le camion car il avais pt 5-6 employer et personne est venu m'indiquer ou etais mon camion jai du partir a la chasse vraiment du n'importe quoi pu jamais .

Marc P.Prior to leaving the lot, we noticed that both the mileage and the gas did not match the amount listed on the rental agreement. This was flagged at the counter, and we were told it would be corrected. It wasn't, and we were charged for miles we didn't drive and gas that we didn't use. Sent a support request, which no one replied to. Truck was clean though!

It was -29C outside and 2 feet of snow , she was a warrior , she came out and took the time to make sure the trailer was properly attached and did the lights and breaks check up with a smile on her face , unbothered by the unhuman cold our city was experiencing

The truck we rented had a lot of card board boxes on the bed of the truck which where hidden by the a lot of snow on the bed. As we drove in the highway everything started flying around causing as to lose precious time dealing with the issue.

louis B.The equipment had: * Engine check light on sometimes * No equipment to remove ice on the windshield * Around 1 cm of snow in the back, some in the front as well * Was quite muddy inside (frozen mud) * No protection sheets in the bag in the back * No dolly in the back * The lock for the door was not working properly That being said, it did the job for moving an apartment, there was enough room as advertised and in general no big issues.

Thomas H.The manager helped us with the rental process and she was excellent! She did an awesome job one on one with us, however, the truck we rented was not cleaned of snow on the front windshield! We did not bring anything to clean, but why should we? It's supposed to be ready, after all we made a reservation. Then the truck was stocked in the snow and the person cleaning the snow came to pull the truck with his truck and was very rude and yelled at me. It was a very bad experience.

Barbara S. | Overall ExperienceThe system doesn't allow you to be independent. You always need to phone the Intercom when you get in and out of the storage. The issue is mainly the parking. In order to park the car you have to ask them to open the garage. To load the car there is a huge difference of level so that if you have very heavy things it's impossible to transport them on the cart provided. You might need 2 people to lift any heavy object and place it on the cart. No assistance at all to understand where my door is, what is the entire process of registration, what they need. I had to go back and forth 3 times cause nobody told what was the entire process and they gave me 1 indication at time. The first Time I waited the agent to have assistance about the registration and I was addressed to another reception. They have me indications about where the office was but nobody moved to show me the way. Of course by being a place where I've never been there were different doors and o wasn't sure the reception one was down the corridor. I had to come Back and ask again. Once there I had to wait few minutes and once avails they asked me a document I didn't have and had to come back to the car to take the right one. I had already done the payment of the storage online and tought it was done. Lomg story short, also to find the door it's been a nightmare as I was rushing and from 12.30 I arrived I got out at 3pm only to deposit 2 bags and little things. It's a big no.

Renting the trailer was the oppostie experience as it was a total nightmare. I would rent a storage unit again at this location because it is so secure but renting the trailer was just short of disaster.

The yearly increase should be within the Québec Rental Board rules and clients should be notified by email of the "automatic " yearly increase. There was a time I couldn't reach anybody by phone so I had to call the head office in the USA.

Am given a temporary smaller unit on 3rd floor...we open it..the floor stained brown from drips from the upstairs unit and then we find USED NEEDLES in the crack at the top ( dropped from top unit) i can just imagine what those brown stains were from...was given no other solution. We cancelled and returned home. I will never use uhaul storage they have poor service and allow drug use in their facilities. They obviously do not follow protocol and customer service is horrible.

Pas de réponse aux courriels, transferts d'appel aux mauvaises personnes, fautes de transmission de l'information (nouveau mode de paiement), message d'accueil téléphone à la limite de l'acceptable (accent anglais détestable et information superflue sur le rôle de l'entreprise dans la communauté) - une fois ça peut aller mais extrêmement redondant pour les affaires courantes. Il semblerait que la maison-mère soit déconnectée de ses succursales. J'espère ne pas avoir à changer d'information sur mon compte.

Upon arriving at the facility, my 10x10 unit had been given away to someone else because I hadn't moved anything into my unit yet. They waived the cost of two separate units for one month to make up for it but the belongings I have will not fit inside them as the ceilings are far too low. I did not get a guarantee on a 10x10 unit being reserved for me in the next two days, though I did get offered for that to be free for a month, if it were found. The person from the front desk helping me did not make a large effort to explain any of this, I needed to reiterate and ask a lot of questions to navigate and figure any of this out. Not impressed.

Il est regrettable qu'une liste d'attente en ligne pour des boxes de grande dimenssion ne soit pas offerte par U-Haul. Et qu'on ne puisse pas voir le prix de ces boxes en ligne si aucun ne sont libres. Le site et l'application U-Haul ne sont pas très bons. Mon compte U-HAUL n'est même pas lié avec mon dossier de location d'entreposage...

Bien que réservé 3 semaine à l'avance avec un numéro de confirmation, on m'a annoncé à mon arrivé que mon unité n'étais plus disponible et qu'il fallait que je paie plus chère pour avoir un unite. On m'a dit" quelqu'un d'autre la prit avant vous". Leur solution: Si je n'étais pas content, je pouvais aller ailleurs…. Après un déménagement, l'entreposage n'est pas une partie de plaisir et je n'ai pas apprécié que mon unité n'étais plus disponible et qu'on me laisse sans options et surtout quand je suis arriver à la date réservé sans retard. La superviseur des lieux m'a offert un mois gratuit, ce qui n'etais pas suffisant. Elle a fini par m'offrir assez pour comblé la différence de tarif pour le "nouvel" unité. Très insatisfait de la méthode de réservation de u-haul. Complètement unacceptable. Je ne vais jamais recommandé u-haul.

Et la distance entre la boite pour passer la carte est assez loin de l'ascenseur, et moi j'ai de la difficulté à marcher, c'est vraiment épuisant quand on a un déménagement à faire . Très frustrant ce détail. J'ai pensé aller demander à la réception, mais le couloir pour nous y ammener est tellement long , que je me suis décourager d'aller pauser la question. J'espère avoir une réponse la prochaine fois que je vais aller à la réception pour faire ouvrir les porte .

Rachel C. | Overall ExperienceÉtant à la recherche de locaux pour musiciens et en ayant considéré plusieurs lieux, mon choix s'est rapidement porté vers Cité 2000 essentiellement pour le côté sécuritaire (accès par carte magnétique, nombreuses caméras, gardiens, présence à la réception 24h/24, quais de déchargement surveillés, plate-forme de gestion en ligne). Les locaux sont proposés à des tarifs abordables. De bonnes améliorations ont été apportées au cours des années : ascenseur, rénovation du hall d'accueil, machines distributrices, sanitaires rez-de-chaussée. Les studios sont inclus dans un bâtiment U-Haul ce qui pour les musiciens permet facilement la location de véhicules pour le transport d'équipement pour les spectacles. L'amélioration que je souhaiterais voir apporter serait une solide rénovation des sanitaires aux étages (mon local est au 3ème). Je souhaite pour ma part demeurer encore de nombreuses années à Cité 2000 car c'est une place stratégique et une communauté intéressante pour les musiciens.

Vous n'y comprendriez rien Au Québec, c'est majoritairement en français qu'on doit travailler et correspondre… l'exception c'est l'anglais!
