Oscar EAgent behaviour was not irresponsible. I was returning the equipment. He said, I am busy, I cannot help, then he said he is on a lunch break at 2:30 pm. I have to walk-in to the car wash area to find another agent so that the trailer was unhooked. Thanks to the other agent in the car wash area, helped me to release it.
ALI Sthe location is exceptional. the workers are extremely respectful and ready to help you every day since I got in. I am happy to meet you and other staff. god bless you

REGINE E | Overall ExperienceAvant de louer le camion, votre agent m a dit que si je rend plus decarburant que demandé je serai remboursé pour le surplus du carburant. Alors quand j ai réclamé ca apres le retour car j au rempli plus de carburant, l'agent au telephone m'a dit qu'on rembourse jamais le surplus du carburant. Alors t a une contradiction entre les 2 agents que je ne comprend pas et ca m a induit en erreur. Car si je savais je rempli pas un surplus
FETHI BPls fix the website so it doesn't show Cremazie for drop off. We took it afterwards to Trans Canada who had no trouble with our 20' truck. Cremazie was too small to take a truck our size.

BASTIEN GSteering not stable. When picking up the truck, the agent told me he doesn't know where the truck is parked and I need to go look about it by myself. When returning back the truck the agent told me he can assit me in finalizing the return since no body else behind the desk than him (even he seemed to be watching a movie on his personal tablet) and he need to take care about costumer (despite no body costume was waiting but me). A catastrophic costumer service.

Jacob DDo your distance in kms rather than miles. Due to that confusion I didn't totally understand the explanation of the young man who inspected the truck when I returned it as to the distance covered. As a result, I went home thinking I had been badly overcharged. I had to spend quite some time with Google Maps and a conversion from kilometres to miles before I realized there had not been a mistake. Use kilometres from start to finish. We are not the 51st State yet.

MEKHLOUFI KThere was no jack on the trailer tongue and it took 2 people to lft the tongue to the tow vehicle. It is not the location the problem it is the equipment. Also we reserved at a different location and when we arrived the equipment was not there. And we were sent to the Montreal Toronto location. This was quite an inconvenience as we were on a schedule. Not a good Uhaul experience.
PETER KMany problems: first, you write to me in English and not in French. Second, we intend to take our location in Cremazie E or W, but not so far from our home and destination. Third, the gentleman at Office, very kind, told us that if we deliver the triuck before 10 am Saturday, there won't be any extra charge, But, in the final bill, there is an extra charge for "Day Extra". The problem is not your staff, very kind as I said, but your website et false billing policies.

JOSEFINO PI think it must have been a mishap, but there was a 1.5' by 1.5' plate on the ground in the middle of the loading platform that was not properly secured. I twisted my left ankle in it. Almost 2 full sides of the plate were not bolted to the ground, so when you stepped on it, it would bend downwards and make you lose your step/balance and twist your ankle. I already advised the location about this. It also made the loading part of the move itself pretty difficult considering the "hole" was dead in the middle of the ground area. When you rent a truck, make sure to check the platform in the back, just to be sure there isn't a problem with the "ground" of the loading space.
SONIA MI am having issues as I drive with this hitch. It hits the ground hard and damages the hitch and cable. Please call me at 514-971-6938 to advise if you can modify this install
ari kThe location and service were great, truck was clean . However, the 10 ft truck I got was a bit of an antique, with suspension that was not great even if i allow fir the state of our roads inMontreal… i assume you get new trucks every 15 or 20 years… you might be due for some newer ones.
EVA Mthere was the one instance where the strap on the door snapped off and hit me in the face and scratched my glasses. I brought it to the office and spoke to the clerk. He took my information and said someone would get back to me and the strap would be repaired right away. I never received any communication nor was the strap repaired. then I received a letter that the rates were going up.

Daniel AAt pick the guys who served were very rude , lazy and impolite to the degree of swearig. I was given a key to a trcuk that was not there. I had to search the lot two times. I went back to them and I was tild truck was still being processed in warehouse. I was given another truck but with rental agreement of the old one so I asked them to do another agreement because it had wrong plate number and fuel level. The guy at cashier did like. To be fair I came back after 2 days to get my deposit back and I found another guy named Dave very polite and friendly.
MAHMOUD SWe have no complaints. We were very happy with our service, and the agent at the counter was pleasant and courteous, readily speaking English to assist us with our very limited French. The gentleman at the drop off was also extremely polite and friendly.

DANNY LWhen i arrived the truck wasnt ready for pick up, them is difficult to talk to any représentative through the phone, at the end I had to wait 1:30 hours to be reassigned, then they changed my truck and charge more money to me. Really disappointed because they did the mistake and I had to pay their mistakes.

ELAD BThe truck and trailer were dirty on pickup and with significant cosmetic damage. However, there were no mechanical problems. The staff was friendly and helpful but the location seemed understaffed, and so there were long lines.
LUKE HLa location s'est déroulée sans tracas. L'assurance supplémentaire est assez chère considérant le prix de location pour la remorque, c'est le prinicipal point négatif.
STEPHANE GPick up was great. Nevertheless, the drop off was a pain. The employees were nowhere to be found I waited for 30 mins for someone to unhitch and complete the return.

J'ai réservé un entrepôt 7pi x 14pi il y a 5 semaines et j'ai obtenu confirmation. Le jour d'emménager, on me dit que tout ce qu'il reste est un 5pi x 5pi. Il n'y a même pas la moitié de mes choses qui peut fitter à l'intérieur et ça me met évidemment dans le trouble. On ne m'a offert aucun autre dédommagement autre que de mettre mon nom sur une liste au cas où quelque chose se libérerait éventuellement...

Rental Process is cumbersome and too long especially if one's movers are waiting for the registration to be completed since the movers are being paid by the hour. This is not the fault of the staff but of the procedure. Perhaps most of the information can be gathered during reservation. (Booking)

It was absolutely not sufficient and when I inquired about renting another space i was told there were none available. As it is we have had to split the apartment storage which is not the best solution! The staff knowing this problem did not suggest any other solutions, offer to call up other locations for us, or make any accommodations. In addition the sign in procedure is very strange, using one keypad to log in and then another to open the door to the rental spaces. I'm not sure I could manage that trick again and it didn't even work the first time I tried it.
