Windshield washer didn’t work in the morning that’s why it was impossible to drive a car on the highway. It was -1 Celsius and the windshield washer tank was full when I checked it.

The U-Haul representative that close the contract was thee most utterly unbecoming of a customer service person rep. He have no understanding of a customer plight. I was about 50 minutes late, because of the road closure and detour, and I tried to explain it to him. He did not care, and refuse to hear what I have to say. He was bent set on charging me for an extra day juts because I was 50 minutes late. The bottom line, he was very rude.

This location is extremely difficult to access. The only way to get to it is by going the wrong way down a one way street. Why is there no warning when reserving? The pick up process is also significantly more complicated than I was led to believe when reserving.

I used your website to book my truck. I paid in advance in order to pick it up with my phone before business hours. I arrived there only to discover that the app doesn’t let me pick up the truck because the renter didn’t prep the truck in advance. I had to pay an extra amount because the taxes has not been charged to me for some reason. You guys need to hired better programmer. Your app needs improvement.

While I reserved for 09:00, it took over an hour to get my trailer. The guy was alone and we were nine customers waiting. It's the worst rental location I've ever been to. With the one way road access, it's technically impossible to get there if you're not coming from the highway 20, you have to drive on other companies properties.

Un gros merci à ces deux hommes en qui j'avais confiance et qui ne m'ont jamais déçu. Vous pouvez être fiers d'avoir ces hommes pour leur fidélité et leurs performances très appréciées. Nice staff and Good Service, but the gas issue was that it was not full to full. The capacity of gas tank was a quarters so that I can not drive a lot and I need to refill the gas shortly. I hope that the gas policy of U-haul for every customer could be better just like I mentioned above “full to full”. Thank you so much!

Hello, I always thought there were not enough employees at the desk. The poor guy was alone and there was a line waiting for trucks. For us, it is very long and looks like the information requested online for reservation has to be given once again. Doesn't seems very efficient. In some word: very long process at the desk to get our truck.

Turcot interchange construction rates the not applicable answer. Better signage as to were to drive a vehicle in would be better for first-time arrivals returning a vehicle. I almost went followed my companion straight to the parking lot but horrific bump/puddle slowed me down enough that I turned at the right place. also signage pointing to the office could be added to the returning vehicle area. I just guessed and happened to be right.

There were 3 discrepancies:- -Upon my arrival to pick up the truck, I was only advised a deposit was needed, which I never budget for. Over the years renting vehicles a Uhaul never a requirement -Was forced to submit photo scanning id by oweers brother. After carefully reading the clause, was not needed -During my call with CSR Rep, was never advised of new company policies listed above, nor that my request to amend the pick up time will never be meant.

The self check-in and out is too long and complicated, it took me 30 minutes to pick up and another 30 minutes to drop off. not pleasant when you had a hard day.

I gave two stars only because the clerk was polite. It took 45 minutes from the time I arrived and then left with a simple open trailer. It’s also very insecure to have a clerk scan my driver’s license on his personal cell phone. Next time I will look somewhere else.

I was unable to return the key because it does not fit in the orange key return box.. I am shocked that this kind of thing would be allowed to happen. I waited at the location for 30 minutes on hold with phone support until I had to leave.

Customer service was good quality but very slow. There was only one employee working when I went to pick up the van and when we went to drop it off. At both pickup and dropoff, there were at least five clients waiting in line to be served. Our pickup took about one hour, which cut in to our moving time during the day. As well, the pickup process was very slow because the U-Haul service person had to take a photo of the driver's license and upload it, but the internet was slow. This location needs at least two employees working on a Saturday. One employee is not enough to handle all the customers in an efficient way.

The damage dispute process did no seem to work well. The pictures I was sent did not show damage on the vehicle when I picked it up, so I took pictures and uploaded them. When I tried to drop it off the drop off location could not close the contract because I had "disputed" the damage. The team at the drop off location was very helpful to resolve.

Bonjours, le service très biens il vous explique tous comme il faut mais ce que je n'aime pas, je n'avais pas l'internet sur mon téléphone et il vous laisse verifier vous même les X sur le camoins (dommage du véhicule). Il faudrait au moins voir avez le client sur papier tous ce qu'il a comme dommage, avant de partir. Sinon j'ai biens aimé le service de cette adresse avant et après...

We got great service over the phone from the Regional office (Maryse) that was able to get us a reservation at the UHAUL Montreal Ouest because there was no staff at the Canal Plus location we had reserved the truck from more than a month earlier. Looking at reviews on Canal Plus location, this is not the first time it happens. Really bad for UHAUL's reputation...But 100% satisfied with Montreal Ouest!

There were a few hiccups with the automated billing. Twice (over 2.5 years) they sent out erroneous late payment e-mails. Quickly resolved, and more aggravation than anything else.

Great for storage but only thing is that it's impossible to reach that facility via phone, they never pick up. Also, the employee was talking to Hydro for a good 15 mins when I was waiting.
