the whole team at this location has been a pleasure to work with and they're all very efficient and do a good job from what we've seen, weve even accidentally left some things in the truck and have had help retrieving it the next day without any problems i cant remember the gentlemans name that day but hes always working hard when we pull up we often see him cleaning the trucks prepping them for the next customer, really appreciate Ryans help getting us in and out in no time hes been there for a lot of our checkouts and is a great person to talk toBrett B.

The only problem I had was that the truck's brake peddle and accelerator were very close together. Before I got used to it, I found that I was braking and accelerating at the same time. Fortunately it did not lead to an accident.Stanley B.

The poor Woman was working the desk alone at opening time and had a system failure and was unable to check anyone in. It took a full hour to pick up a rental we're all of the pre-requisite were completed online. The truck was parked directly up against a wall so that it was not accessible on the driver side and had scrapes along it and there was no one to speak to because there was only one staff are present with a large line. Similar experience at drop off. The individual employees were lovely and trying very hard, but not set up for successKerry F.

Do not schedule back to back reservations. I was waiting for 15 minutes because the person renting the van before me was scheduled to drop off at 11AM and my pickup was at 11AM. I did all the forms on line prior to arrival to ensure a fast pickup but had to wait anyway.Richard B.

The driver's sun visor in the truck I rented was broken. It did not stay up in the clip and kept falling down. It interfered with our vision at times. Simple problem that needs to be fixed for the next driver.Martha R.

I had a seamless experience at the Quincy Ave Uhaul rental location. I dealt with Ryan and he was extremely friendly and guided me through the process. There was a small issue with the van I reserved being damaged by another client and Ryan helped me find a different truck that would suit my needs. Dear Sir or madam, I did order and payed an 17' Truck. But I was finally given an 15' truck without my knowledge. Not that I have ask before and they confirmed an 17'. Besides that, everything worked well! Am I going to get the money back I have paid too much?Sven S.

I was charged $91 as a deposit, then for some reason I was charged $505 along with the $91 deposit as a rental fee. I was refunded the $505. Then I was charged another $83 for my actual usage of the rental. So I was charged $91 and $83 and had to call customer service to get the $91 refunded. They told me it should be refunded in 1-3 business days. But I did not get a reference number or anything for the refund.Justin S.

i first went to the North Weymouth location to try to rent a van and the manager there politely explained to me that i needed to make a reservation as he had nothing available. but he would see if the Quincy location had anything and they did so he made a reservation for me and i was able to go and pick it up. I didn't get the name of the manager but i was impressed with his willingness to help me out. in this day and age when customer service is mostly an afterthought i thought his extra help was outstanding and he deserves to be recognized for it. Whatever you have to do to retain this man do it as he will only be an asset to your companyKEITH H.
