Nicholas ISubmitted a review already. Had to correct it. Equipment was cleaned out, cab and back. and it did not smell! At 144k miles it looks well used. right front suspension pulls to right when hitting bumps and potholes So I had to hold on to the wheel. Decent truck otherwise.

ERIC GThe person helping my girlfriend and I did not seem knowledgeable about anything U-Haul related. I had valid questions about milage usage, drop off locations, and even available moving trucks, all of which receievd responses like "uhhh I don't know" or "I can't do anything about that". On top of that my walk-in reservation was not properly done- I specifically asked for a one day rental to be returned by the end of the business day but I was registered and charged for TWO days. Truck equipment worked great as usual but not happy with customer service
