No help to drop off the trailer. The lay down yard was overcrowded and on a slope. It was difficult to disconnect and get our cars out of there. The attendant was by herself and we got into a dispute with her trying to get some help.

The trailer that we rented leaked. I had furniture that I picked up in Atlanta to deliver to customers in Savannah. Had we left the furniture in the trailer over night, it would have been ruined. If someone is renting a covered trailer they obviously are moving things that cannot get wet. I feel I should be compensated in some way.

Awful awful awful experience. One employee there with a line out the door. 45 minute wait at 7:20 am. I reserved a dolly and furniture pads which weren't available. And Michael Bice is just a nasty person. Bad attitude and Unapologetic for uhauls shortcomings. Terrible experience. I was given the truck with barely any gas and I got charged for furniture pads even though they were out.

The manager was hostile towards the customer before me and towards me. He was frustrated with the UHAUL computer system and took it out on the customers.

I reserved the truck online, when I arrived the truck was not available. I had to drive to different locations and no one cared about my previous reservation. I called, and the operator was no help, then I drove to four more locations to no avail. I will never use U-Haul again. It's a waste of time. I had a reserved time to move, so it caused conflict with everyone involved. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

The van I rented had a low pressure light for the back tire. I called it to the attention of the person at the counter and was told that it was ok because it was just a sensor. That didn't provide much comfort. Especially since I would be driving on the highway. The van did not smell like it had been cleaned effectively and there did not seem to be any sign that it had been disinfected for COVID 19. I bought sanitizing spray to clean the passenger compartment myself. This is a time when we all, including companies, need to be careful in the way we expose other to a potential life-threatening virus.

They were supposed to be open at 7am but no one was there. A second employee, who wasn't supposed to open, showed up at 7:30am. Even he couldn't get into the building but was very helpful and was able to use his phone to get me set up and going on the road. The employee stated that it was the second time that week that the opener failed to show up!

I don't believe the cargo van was checked after the last rental before mine. There was piss-like smell and it made the whole ride horrible. It was the only cargo van available at the time and we couldn't wait. My suggestion is to make sure the truck is clean enough before lending it to another customer.

They called and told us we were supposed to have the truck back by 8a the next day. When we ordered it, we were told we had the truck for 48 hours. We ended up getting it back around 11a the next day, so she was nice enough to not try to charge us. Had she tried to charge us, we would not have been happy as we were told we had two days with the truck.

They installed my tow hitch incorrectly! They left out washers and 2 bolts. I had only 2 bolts holding my tow hitch. They knew I was going to be towing a U-Haul cargo trailer and I was rated up to 2000 pounds. I went to another uhaul location and they had to take everything off and reinstall it since the other location did a terrible job. The wiring harness was left in the trunk and not even attached to the tow hitch. The technician said the tow hitch the way they installed it could've ripped off if towing over 900 pounds. This is a huge liability!! My car could've been damaged as well as cause a huge accident if the tow hitch ripped off my car. I only have liability insurance on my car so I would've been sued for causing major damage. This is not ok!!!! Uhaul at peachtree location knew this and they let me go despite the poor job they did. I am extremely upset. If my husband didn't notice there were extra bolts missing then I would've not know any better and just hooked up and started driving. The uhaul location on pleasant I'll eat road in lawrenceville said they would've denied renting me a cargo trailer due to the poor work of the peachtree uhaul location. I want a higher up to call me in regards to this. The lawrenceville location should be recognized for taking the time out to inspect the tow hitch and having to start from scratch in order to install it correctly. This location saved me and other people's lives in the even the tow hitch ripped off causing the cargo carrier to hit whatever cars behind me. They prevented this accident and the lawrenceville location is the best! Also the uhaul location on peachtree location, the manager Michael tried to up charge me on a wiring harness which was only $67.80 regular price on uhaul website, he was trying to charge me $144!!!!!! When it doesn't even sell for that on the uhaul website. He had a terrible attitude and I believe he was the one who installed my tow hitch. This location needs to be suspended until they learn how to install tow hitches correctly!!!! God only knows how many more tow hitches they have installed correctly.

I've rented from this location over 20 times. Don't know what happened, but the new manager that works there is rude and does not listen. Overall makes renting a Uhaul a terrible process compared to prior rentals here

The cabin of the truck was extremely dirty. In the middle of the pandemic it makes me think uhual isn't taking the pandemic seriously and not following cdc and city mandates. I sanitized the truck for my personal use which took time away from me being at a clients house. The truck steering was loose and also the truck shakes violently when driven. The service and quality that uhual provides is below acceptable for me. I hope as a company or franchise you'll take the need improvements and take steps provided by the cdc seriously. I also have pictures of the dirty truck.

I reserved a trailer two weeks in advance and the trailer was not present when I arrived. I had to rent a smaller trailer than I needed and make many more trips because the trailer I reserved was not at the location agreed on.

The 26' truck was absolutely disgusting and smelled. The employee pulled the truck up so he was in it and saw a yellow/orange light displayed so I figured it was ok. then as I am driving this large through Atlanta(where I am not from) the brake light starting flashing and dinging. When I got to the house, I called and they said oh oh oh thats ok we know about it. Well that would have been great to share. Good thing I was not going so far because that on and off continuous dingy while you are driving is very distracting. My daughter was behind me and said the brake light was out. I think some better maintenance of truck would be a great suggestion.

Rep was not very customer friendly, short in his response to my questions. He didn't know u-haul has storage spaces at other locations. Customer standing behind me gave me the info on uhaul storage. Rep appeared he didn't want to be there, my daughter noticed the same thing. Fell free to call me 478-796-1478.

The referenced location was okay. The overall U-Haul experience definitely needs improvement. It took 3 hours and 5 representatives to secure a tow dolly rental. Then at drop off, it took 20 minutes on hold before reaching a representative. I got an email 13 days after drop off informing me that I did not drop it off. After providing proof, I rec'd a drop off receipt.

Disappointed that the trailer I reserved and paid for was not there at the time of pickup. They provided a smaller one at a lower price instead, but caused me to have to make multiple trips. Maybe just a one time error, but just thought worth mentioning. On a positive note, I reserved it for 6 hours, but they let me have it for 24. So, it worked out in the end.

The mobile check in process is lengthy and inconvenient. I would suggest allowing the uploading of ID pictures and so to be done prior to check in to shorten it.

Seemed a little short staffed and when I arrived was told the truck that I had reserved wasn't available. One became available as I was being helped and it all worked out. Staff was respectful and helpful.

There was an open bottle of red wine in the cup holder and red wine spilled all over the floor. I can only imagine if we had not rejected this vehicle and got pulled over by a cop for any reason at all. It's terrible that during COVID it's so clear that Uhaul pays zero attention to sanitation. After all of this and not even having an alternate vehicle available, I still got charged so now I am going to have to waste more time getting a refund. This service is terrible! Would not recommend to anyone.

The rear left mirror was broken. Most important, the DASH lights did not work. When driving at 4:30 am in the morning its kind of nice when they work. On a positive note. Jonathan was very helpful. When I came in to make the reservation he was only staff in lobby. Four people waiting in line and two calls from other locations asking for assistance. Jonathan was cool and collected under these circumstances and helped everyone in a professional manner. Great job!

Uhaul employee scratched my new SUV when parking the Uhaul trailer (at least he admitted it since we both saw it happen). Uhaul should not have Uhaul employees driving customer vehicles - instead, park the trailer at the main drop off point and Uhaul can move it to whatever location they want using their own Uhaul vehicles. Unacceptable.

Reserved pads to move my dining room table, got to the location in the morning only to find out they no longer had pads available to rent but only to buy. Explained to them that I needed pads to move fragile equipment and that did not seem to matter to them. Very unsatisfied with my experience.

Asking for TWO EMERGENCY contacts and their personal information to be able to rent a trailer is a total invasion of privacy and inappropriate. The online check in process saved no time as all events were duplicated at the store.

I made a reservation prior to going to this location. The person behind the counter was not the friendliest. He initially told me that he doesn't have the van available, than had an argument with a coworker, than went outside to see if he had one available! I was not very pleased with the energy and the way I was spoken to . I hope this helps improve the next clients experience!

Overall good experience, but the employee who rented us the van was rude, sarcastic, uninterested in customer service, and was not wearing a mask, even though your signage said masks must be worn.

The guy behind the counter changed my order and tried AND I STRESS, HE TRIED to add insurance into my quote. When I asked him about the price difference from what I originally had online, he said it was because of taxes. $70 worth of taxes on a $200 charge. Not only was he lying about the taxes, I had to figure out that he added insurance after I advised him that I called my insurance provider and was informed that the trailer was covered under my current plan. I DO NOT APPRECIATE being lied to about the cost. Plus he was just rude for a 10am pick up.

They couldn't keep my reservation (which happens, I get it), but the manager initially said he wouldn't honor the $50 guarantee, then agreed to after I showed him the online wording but only once I came back to pick up the truck at the new time. When I came back he had left for the day and didn't tell any of the staff, so they couldn't apply the discount.

Even though I had pre-registered and checked in online, it took almost an hour to get the trailer. Your online systems seem to be fine but your staff at the locations need more training.

This location should return the $10 gas credit to my Credit card. It was disingenuous to charge me for gas after I showed the clerk my gas receipt. UHaul should also tell it's customers how many gallons to fill based on the estimated miles they plan to drive. If you give them an estimate in this way, it's good for both of you. Customers don't know your vehicles and charging for gas after I put gas in the van and showed receipt didn't matter. It's like stealing from a good customer in this situation. I'm sure other customers have felt this but I am asking this consideration for change to issue my $10 gas credit now and other customers in future.

Wesley had a bad attitude. I needed to park my car somewhere and he acted like that was a totally abnormal request. My husband had to come and help me figure it out. Also, the $20 charge for my husband returning the van without the app is ABSURD. Never going back to this store. It was a nightmare from the start.

Was provided a truck with little to no gas. Then was not provided with the additional furniture trolly requested. When I tried to call back was placed on hold for over 15 minutes . Had to drive back to store to tell them no trolly so I did not want to be charged. I was still on hold as I walked back into the store to find both employees not busy and obviously not paying attention to the customers. Then when ZI returned the truck I requested to be provided prook of the removal of the charge jusat to then be told that a receipt would be emailed. Clearly requesting a receipt while there was not heard, so I was not being listened too.

Contact-less entry was not contact-less. I had to wait 20 minutes until it went through electronically and then had to follow up inside anyway with someone WITHOUT A MASK giving me keys. The truck hadn't been cleaned but I used wipes to clean it myself. They were out of blankets but didn't notify us and I had to request them be taken off my bill. I had to ask for my hand truck/dolly because it wasn't in my truck. I had to do ALL the work when I scheduled everything ahead of time contactless to avoid this. It was a terrible experience.
