Terrible service. Gavin wouldn't get off his chair to help. I had informed him that website wasn't picking up my location and he said it was my phone's issue and he couldn't help me since they weren't "open" and that I did contactless pick up. I went outside and tried again only to have another customer have the same issue. The worker seems frustrated we were having issues. He eve changed setting on my phone and I had to do a hard reset. It smelled like smoke in the store. Terrible. Will not return.HOLLEE H.

You charge $6 a gallon if the fuel is not at the same level but don't give any credit at all when its returned with more gas. That is scummy. At minimum you should only charge what the gas station 2 blocks away charges if you don't credit people for giving you more then you provided them to start with.Michael G.

When returning the uhaul after hours the website would not let me take a photo. tried on two different devices on multiple browsers. left me frustrated and I wasn't able to complete the return process online so I just left it in the parking lot.ANDREW K.

Please don't move the location on the customer for pickup. The lady informed me it was moved and she was super rude about it. I paid 300 dollars two months in advance for this trailer to be at a location and she told me word for word â€œI was lucky to get a trailer at all.â€SARAH V.

I got a big problem because I didn't have an US driving licence. I showed two licenses, one from Brazil where I'm resident, and one from Italy and the guy didn't want to accept. I said that only the license that are not in roman letters have to be translated (Arabian, Chinese etc.) not the ones I had. Anyway, I lost most of the day because I had to pick up my wife which has an US license and do it again. Very bad and not professionals, both, employer and manager. The guy at the front desk was really rude he never checked the check to see if everything was there that I requested. I didn't even get my appliance dolly I requested. He wouldn't let me do contactless check in and when I asked him about he said I could just go somewhere else if I don't like it and was very rude about itLEROY R.

Improve the attitude of your manager and front desk clerk. As a first time customer these employees of your franchise , were not very helpful. In explaining the process of rental other then say use the app if you want to rent a vehicle. Very discouraging to use uhaul again.KLAUS D.

Austin was very rude. Had a poor attitude the whole time he was helping out and didn't even show us to our uhaul. Ramp on truck was broken and when I called back and spoke to him his response was "ok so why you telling me what do you want me to do about it".LOUISE B.

When I was picking the trailer up the uhaul representative wouldn't let me check the connections to make sure it was properly hitched to my truck. He told me to go inside and he would take a picture. When I am attamatly responsible if it comes off my truck.Pete W.

Gavin - the manager who was there that day, was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, professional, and understanding. We don't use uhauls often, and I tried the online service to pick up the car and had trouble. Gavin was SO helpful, and full of knowledge on how to resolve the situation, and was so friendly. I called him halfway through our rental time, and asked for an extension, and he didn't bat an eye at extending our time. He gave us a sense of relief by doing that so willingly, as moving is so stressful. Thank you SO much Gavin and the rest of the guys who were there that day!EMILY O.

The van was clean, although the seats had pet hair on both seats, so apparently seats were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, the price was excessive for slightly over 2 hours and only going from Denver to Boulder. Will likely use another company next time. Service was slow and only 1 person working at the desk. This was the second location we were told to go to because the first one was full. This one was full also, but the manager listened to our frustration and made room to accept the vehicle. Uhaul needs to do a better job and scheduling these drop offs. If it wasn't for the manager at this location we would have had to go to another location after a long day of moving. Wipe down the inside of the plastic rental boxes before returning them to service. Several of mine were supplied with sticky syrup/residue in them. Also, the rental rate for the plastic box rental was deceptive when paying online and incurred additional charges when I went to pick them up - 40% upcharge on my rental of ten boxes! Unacceptable. The staff had no explanation for why the extra charge was assessed and was rude to me when I asked for an explanation.Hamilton S.

If I owned that location, I'd fire the guy who was there when I dropped off the trailer in two seconds. Poor attitude for no reason. Seemed to be a bother for him to do his normal job. Left me trapped in the lot between my dropped off trailer and the previous dropped off truck and just let me sit there until I eventually had to honk the horn to get him to come back outside. But instead of moving the truck blocking me in, he just said to maneuver my way out of between my dropped off trailer and the the dropped off truck in front of me and then back up all the way around the building and off the property into traffic... Never had this poor of service at any U-Haul in 50 years.DAVID R.

On checkin personal required checking lights, all air pressure, brake fluid. Took about 10 mins of walking around trailer and requesting different things done in car.
