Reserved trailer at 2645 w alameda when I got there I paid for trailer when I hooked to trailer my lights was not working . While under my truck working on the lights , Austin was trying to park a truck and hit the trailer which was hooked up to my truck which moved my truck ! Not once not twice but 3 different times! This was a very dangerous situation! I could've been hurt really bad or even killed! I ask him if they. Needed me to move my truck up more and he laughed said no . Well I wasn't able too get lights working so they told me I could come back at 9 in morning and pick trailer up if I had lights working or a different truck with proper lights . So I was back at 9 am . While I was waiting on a friend to show up and tow the trailer for me Austin rented the trailer to another woman . So he closed my account a refunded my money instead of allowing me to rent the trailer I had paid for the night before and never used. I don't know if this is how you all run your business but I know I will never do anymore business with Uhaul . I needed thst trailer very bad and Uhaul just blew me off as if it wasn't there problem. I will tell everyone I know to never use Uhaul again . And I may contact t my lawyer about the way Uhaul use big trucks to push trailers around while they are hooked to a customer's vehicle while a customer is laying underneath said truck !

I had a disappointing situation. After I got gas and dropped off the truck, unfortunately, my wallet slid under the seat. One of your techs found the wallet, and Taylor was vigilant in getting a hold of me to tell me that she had it and put it in the safe. This gave me faith in others. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my wallet, the morning, my cash was missing! That isn't very reassuring, as I would have given the person who turned it in some cash as a thank you! IDK who that was, but I had cash and a note to myself in the wallet, and it was all missing from my wallet! Taylor might know the tech who turned it in. Thank you, Teresa downs

The pick up and drop off itself was easy and the employees had great customer service. However, when I originally called to discuss my reservation they answered by asking if I was voting for Trump and went on to discuss the ways in which Trump is "making America great again" and "saving democracy". I found it to be incredibly unprofessional, and as someone who is not supporting Trump I was concerned that my reservation may be affected if I responded a certain way. No matter what candidate Uhaul employees support, I did not find it professional the way they answered and it definitely will influence whether I return to this location again or not.

Arrived on time for my rental and the equipment did not show up for an hour from the previous rental. I waited in the lot, and was promised a discount from the management on my rental that I did not receive in full. I extended my rental by 1 day, and my final invoice was 2.5x the original agreed upon amount. In short, I use Uhaul very frequently, almost weekly. Almost every time, my equipment reserved is not present, staff is not helpful, and I am charged significantly more than I agreed. If there were another rental company that offered these trailers I would never rent from Uhaul again.

Although the truck was cleaned, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Also, the signage on where to return equipment is confusing, just sends you on a loop around the building.

I scheduled the pick up in Golden and this was 19 miles out of my way and rescheduled without my knowledge which was inconvenient as well as costly as I drove 40 miles out of the way to pick up and drop off.

Friendly, efficient employees at pickup and dropoff. Even called ahead the night before to offer early pickup to avoid long line the next morning. Exceeded expectations. Only downside was initial call process to make reservation - long hold times.

The guys who helped me me were tremendous, very helpful and kind. I have used U-HAUL many times for this reason. Thank You to Russell, and the other guy (can't remember his name) Kindness and helpfulness is what keeps people coming back, and that is why I always go to this location.

Leo was very helpful and professional. Making the reservation was very difficult. I called to make my reservation because I had some questions. All of the customer service representatives were courteous and professional but I believe the problem was with the system. After 2 phone calls and almost 2 hours of my time Genn was finally able to book my reservation. She actually had to go online as a customer to book my reservation because the system wouldn't let her, Karen, Wanda or Jeenna make the reservation from the employee side of the system. Good job Genn for making it happen! Thumbs down for the system...

Russell, the rep who waiting on us, refused to rent us a pickup truck to tow our trailer. He said we could only use the pickup to tow his trailers. Which forced us into renting a more expensive box truck. Even though uhaul.com states that pickups can be used to tow a renters trailer. Why would this happen?

The trailer door would not lower but fortunately not until we had finished moving. It appeared that the metal cable on one side of the spring loaded mechanism at the top of the door had twisted around the roller. Not sure how often these are lubricated but I think that might have prevented the cable from becoming twisted. Otherwise, a good rental experience!

The equipment and pick up location changed several times, and in the end the pickup location did not have the truck but had the trailer, so I had to drive across town to get the truck and return with my personal vehicle to tow the trailer, because I had movers scheduled. The Pickup location helped solve the problem, but there needed to be better communication and the equipment needed to be ready.

They forgot to add my moving blankets into the truck. I came back to pick them up and because I lost an hour of moving time, they gave me a $20 discount and didn't charge me for the blankets. While a kink in the process, they still made sure to take care of me which I greatly appreciated.
