DANIEL SKALLAAs professional as the 2 sets of managers were items were stolen. Why was the whole (except 1 female replaced) ? Over the last few days I began to realize more items that were stolen. There are devices that can open the average lock in less than a minute. The only lock that can prevent the key picker key from working a double click lock. They are illigale In the US. Please tell what else is needed in order to settle this. All of these items were going to be used in my retirement.

Ross JohnsonThe self return process was cumbersome and frankly ridiculous since you charge if a person doesn’t do it. When it is the end of an exhausting day and it’s cold and snowy outside, the last thing a person wants to do is stand outside and take a bunch of pictures of this and that and the other thing. If we had returned it before closing, would you have charged us for a person to do the inspection? We’re paying for the use of your truck and a service. Don’t make it difficult. Have your staff check the vehicles in upon opening and call with any problems.
Neil DePorter24/7 check in link would not start the process, so I had to wait for an employee to check me in. All in all, you are on the right track with the mobile check in but it’s still very cumbersome, videos on how to use the system do not match the current version of the app, and takes way too long to complete, to make it worth while.

aisha arounaI was originally supposed to drop off at a facility in East Moline. That site would not take it since their lot was full. I was not notified of this in advance. The attendant at this location was somewhat rude like it was my fault that they didn’t have the space. I had to back the trailer out of their small full lot on to a fairly busy street. I am not an over the road trucker so my trailer backup skills are probably below average. I took it to the Moline location and was treated very well. I did have to wait a couple of minutes for them to change the drop off location so I wouldn’t get charged extra. But overall the final drop off location is above average.

Kathleen EricksonStaff was great, very helpful; only issue I had was equipment related ~ on the auto transport trailer ~ the drivers side wheel strap was jammed badly, like double looped, needed to get another person and assistance of tools to loosen, which it did (after 20 minutes or so). Otherwise everything was seamless. Staff was nice enough to hook up auto transport trailer to truck for me which was really nice of them. Very nice staff, I think it was Kayla? Very nice lady who helped me, helped me adjust mirrors for trailer just a nice person, very helpful.

Jim KozlowskiI dont think you can improve the staff at the Avenue of the cities location . They go out of their way to help with all your moving/hauling need . From giving quotes on cross country shipping or if your taking on that adventure for yourself so theres no surprises at any pickup location . If you miss calculated your travel or packing time they will gladly let you have your truck or trailer for as long as you need it . When it comes to mussel they flex their big guns and refer you to our local moving services and make it quite easy to get you loaded or unloaded with fast service . Help is only a phone call away . I feel ive made new friends and business colleagues as much as i rent from the Avenue Of The Cities Location. Kayla is a total CREDIT to the operation of your services provided SHE KNOWS HER SHIT ! I will definitely tell anyone in need of your services that location is where its at . Thank You very much not only to Kayla but to all who make it an easy mobile transportation rental experience . BERYL WILSON | Overall ExperienceThe box arrived a couple hours late on the first day. It delayed the moving process because of a tight schedule. The box was then picked up two days later than scheduled, which was not a logistical problem but an inconvenience for the people at the condo building. It was then delivered two days later than originally scheduled. It wasn't that I needed to contents of the box, but created a scheduling problem with the movers I hired. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate the change. Would I use the U-box again? Sure; just have a more open schedule.

Erik GerischerMy original reservation was for the Rock Island Illinois location. Scheduled for a 7:30 am pickup. When I arrived at 7:15, the store was closed. The posted hours stated it opened at 7am. I called customer service who tried to contact the manager with no luck. They sent me to a reservation specialist who moved my reservation to Moline and upgraded me to a larger trailer at no additional cost. While it was inconvenient to have to go to a different location, it was helpful to have a larger trailer.

Then you have to leave your unit—in the dark—and walk the halls till the lights come back on. It’s a real safety problem!

DARIUS HORNER | First ImpressionsI didn't have a disc block but I read that it was at the discretion of the U-Haul person to let me use my own lock as long as it fit the locker and I didn't have one of those discs locks but I did have a combination lock and they did let me use it but then I went back to retrieve my items and there was a red lock on my locker and they had locked me out of it and I wish they would have not done that since the okayed my lock in the first place. I was told that the person that had helped me before was not experienced.
