The online/app pick up is HORRIBLE. It is slow. There is no clear communication prior to the fact to inform us what will be required. And it is not easier nor is it faster. It made the whole experience HORRIBLE - and you should either discontinue or remove it all together.

Very poor customer service at this location. Upon return I asked to switch cards for the payment and was told its $30 fee then I asked can you put it on hold till next day when I call you when to charge the first card. Guess what? He just charged my card where I got a $45 over draft fee. All I can say that FUCK heads work at uhaul only!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Don’t be afraid to speak up louder than normal, considering the location is near the airport, highway, industrial district, which means a very noisy area.

Everyone was very professional and nice but the location is very cramped. The road to this location is in need of major repair. The website showed a 5x8 trailer was available, however when I arrived only a 6x12 was available, so with no other choice I had to accept the larger trailer and higher rental cost.

This isn't the store location that made experience bad. It was the Uhaul hotline and the online process Before picking up after hours.

Although they were very busy I understand they only had two employees working which makes sense why there was a war. The female employee that assisted me was very courteous and professional and any stress upon her was not reflected in her customer service. She assisted me as efficiently as she could and got me on my way out of there in less than 10 min after inspecting the vehicle. She helped me navigate the website to add a mark to the vehicle. The turn in was super easy and was out of there within a minute. Will rent with them again.

The people who helped me were great but I was not warned that there is no parking at this location. I searched a 3 block radius and could not find parking. I had to ask them to move one of the numerous uhaul vehicles taking up street parking spaces. At a minimum they should over to mobs a uhaul vehicle so customers can park.

Low AC on reservation rental truck

So not sure if I would recommend or even if you care about my opinion. When we arrived the only place to park was fronting the door. Almost immediately challenged by a semi rude guy telling us to move. You need to move the trailers and clean up the lot so it can be organized. Van was perfect. On the return 19 people in line and 1 agent. I imagine it's difficult to tell when it's going to be busy but you need a better system and a cleaner lot. Obviously easier said than done but a little organization would go a long way. Mahalo

I would have appreciated signs that indicated that the line was for both product sales and vehicle pickup. You collect so much information from customers renting a vehicle, it would be appropriate to have a dedicated line for vehicle pickup.

I asked if I could return it in 6 hours and they threatened to charge me $20 extra through texts. I said called saying I could not make it and would bring it in at midnight. I then got rained out and was unloaded at 1 and they said they were going to charge me an extra day. That was unneeded stress. I brought it back at 6 with no extra charges. Overall it was a great experience...Mahalo!!!

This was my second time using a u-haul service, and this was my experience. I called Michael the day before who ended up telling me helpful information over the phone.My significant other and I, headed to the lot the next day. Firstly, I wanted to complete the express check-in prompt that the email, I received had advertised, though I stumbled upon an issue. Neither the email, nor the link, specifically stated my registered cargo delivery van in anyway. Though the link, prompted me to take pictures of the "rented vehicle". Navigating through the website, led to me, to re-schedule another vehicle. I ran into Michael, whom helped me over the phone, and he was unhelpful when I asked about how to use express check in. Asking to see my phone, scrolling up and down the opened page, clicking on a link, and then telling me he had to go help more people in the store. I decided to go into the store, without having completed the express checkout. I spoke with Felicia, whom was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she had restated my frustrations about the express check-in. She had stated that there is normally a "convert to 24/7" button that should have been on the site, though that wasn't the case. Ultimately, she suggested that writing a review could help remedy that. Felicia was of great help, throughout the checking in/out process too. After minutes of not being able to find the registered cargo van, Felicia came out to help and found the van in under 5 minutes. She helped with the picture process, we took pictures of our own and then we headed out to use the cargo van. After returning, and getting help from another great staff, Arlinda. She inspected the vehicle, though we realized that we hadn't put gas in the cargo van. Arlinda was there to help, giving us directions to the Texaco nearby. We got back and Felicia was there to help again. She gave use the total cost, and bid us farewell. Tl&DR Overall, I would like to be able to use express check-in for the next time I head to uhaul. Nonetheless, it was great service and would recommend the U-Haul for the great customer service.

Michael the agent who helped me check in the truck I rented was very friendly & helpful. The process was very easy . Also returning the truck was a nice experience, the lady agent, I didnt get her name was friendly & helpful as well. The truck rental was overall Great. I will use u-haul in the future again & tell my friends & relatives about the service. The Chevy truck was a nice truck also, lots of power & big enough for what I needed it for. Thank You! When I rented the U-Haul truck, I was told and shown that the gas tank was a little over 3/4 full and I should bring it back at that level. I didn’t think anything about this and agreed to do so. It occurred to me after I had driven away from the lot that there was no way for me to determine that gas level during the gas fill up. I filled the gas tank full to avoid being charged an under fill. All rentals should have full tanks of gas at the start of the rental to avoid this!

cost accure because couldn't access app. night guard said other people have problems with app. told me to just put keys in night box and take pics. he said he works for uhaul, so I did what he said. I called main office next morning, which was Christmas day and they said will log my call. but still got charged extra.

Your facility smelled of pesticide and made me feel ill each time I went in. Why do you charge for an entire month of storage, when the storage space is only utilized for 11 days. Rip Off!
