The folks at this location didn’t seem as experienced as other locations in the area. The didn’t clean the van. When I showed them the multiple dents I disputed, they only marked a few so I hope the next person notices the rest and isn’t charged.

Rented storage unit was not able to get in my unit manager had to let me in other entrance over 15 hrs my key died not work now I have to wait till Monday this is a big inconvenience for me not happy at all

The gas level at pick up was over exaggerated but I didn’t say anything. Then when I dropped it off, the gas level was under reported resulting in me being charged a fee when in reality I returned it with more gas than when I picked it up.

Though the truck was clean, it didn’t feel well maintained. Our truck had a headlight out that went undiscovered until after dark. The other headlight was very dim, making visibility minimal from the cab so much so that we had to use our high beams the entire ride home. Truck was full of rattling noises when accelerating, created a stressful drive.

Brian was very helpful and friendly, he explained everything and was very nice. I was thankful because I had a long weekend moving my grandmother pasted away, and I had to rent a truck to move her stuff to the dump, then last minute get a storage unit for things I just couldn't throw away. Brian being so kind not knowing how stressed I was really helpful to me. Thank you.

Customer service is top notch. I’m bad with names so forgive me for forgetting, but the guy working on Monday the 19th and Friday the 23rd is very professional, friendly and made sure to go over anything else I may need for helping my grandparents move from their condo to assisted living. I do wish that the in town trucks were a little newer, but that obviously has nothing to do with the employees there.

Agent on duty was great, outgoing, helpful etc. Whoever was working when I dropped off barely spoke or made eye contact with me, mumbled something about emailing me a receipt (which I still haven't received), it seemed like I was bothering him.

I rented a 26ft truck. I filled it up exactly what the sheet told me to fill up to put the tank where it was when I took the truck. This location charged me for 3 gallons of gas. I called and told them my concern and they did not even listen to me. I will never use Uhaul again. They are crooks. Don’t use this location. Stay away from Uhaul

The service I received at this location was amazing. I was unsure of renting either a van or a trailer and the gentleman walked out to my vehicle and we quickly determined that a van would be the best option. He was very personable and made the process very easy. Not only would I recommend this location, I want to recruit him and have him work with me! Great job

I don't generally leave negative reviews but I couldn't get into the building at first and it was pouring rain. I went inside to find an associate to help me, and there was no one around for 20 minutes. (Not exaggerating) by then there was a group of people waiting with me waiting for assistance. We ended up going out to the parking lot to see if someone was on a cigarette break or something and someone finally came... walking very slow... saying he was busy cleaning the vans. He was there alone so I understood. That day was the first time seeing the unit, the associate just told me to go through the employee entrance since there was a group of other people waiting. I went to my unit, then realizing its on the second floor (not the 1st floor like my reservation insinuated), and no elevator. Not even that is the reason for the bad review... the unit I was given has drop ceiling falling apart, mold on the floor and walls, and very weak floors. Also seeing rat traps in my unit doesn't make me feel confident about keeping my kids clothes that I had to put in storage here. I knew $100 a month wouldn't get me much but Jeez... I didn't want to go back to the associate who was dealing with 20 other customers so I just loaded my stuff and left. As soon as I can, I will be moving my stuff to a new facility.

Will and Ryan in Cumberland and Aaron in Pawtucket were awesome! I must say I was very high maintenance and those boys couldn't have been more helpful or nice!! These days you don't always get this kind of customer service. I would definitely recommend U-Haul. And I hope you know how lucky you are to have such great employees.

To say that the customer service is flawless is and that's an understatement. I've used the uhaul on Mendon road in Cumberland a few times now and have had a storage unit here for about a year. I've had a few interactions with Kim and another gentleman who's name I cant remember but he helped me pick out my storage unit. He walked me though the building and helped me choose one that would best suit my needs. Yesterday I moved out of my unit and reserved a 26ft truck, but the day before they said that it wasn't available as the customer who has it wouldn't be here in time. She told me that she could help me out with the 15ft truck. 2 minutes later she called me again and said that they could do 2 15ft trucks for a good deal. I was super impressed again with how much everyone there helped us out. I'm absolutely floored, I couldn't appreciate everything they have done for me more. Thank you again so much. I hope the higher ups see the amazing work you guys do. Thank you again.

Very easy to access the building and unit. Only thing is the unit itself was damaged when I entered. The ceiling tiles were damaged and falling down.

After 17 years of having a space at your center the only bright spot was Brian Rishe, who was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my situation. The lock had been changed without my knowledge or permission in 2007 by "David " the manager at that time. I don't understand why a perfectly good lock was removed without my knowledge or permission. According to computer notes it is alleged that 2 keys were sent to me which I knew nothing about. Why a master key was not maintained in the office defys any and all business common sense. on part of your management. Then we find the lock was put on upside down which required me to call a locksmith and spend an additional $75.00 to have the circular lock removed. Next I tried to access the unit only to have to pry open the door handle with considerable force because the door and the bar had been over painted causing both to bond together. Once in it was apparent that someone had been in my unit since the plastic I used to cover everything within the unit was dumped in the middle of the floor, boxes were everywhere, my file cabinet draws were opened and the contents were rifled through, and the floor was covered with odd and end garbage consisting of metals shards, ripped up paper, and crayola crayons , all of which had nothing to do with my contents. The place was a disgusting mess. Then the worse problem was that my Conn Symphony 8 H trombone in my original case was missing!! As if to make matters even worse, I was informed that U-Haul's policy is not to reimburse portions of monthly payments unused. I intend to contact U-Haul headquarters to resolve this but suspect that it will end up in a court battle.

There really is only one employee and she is wonderful! She handles that Uhaul so well, and multitasks amazingly. I had a storage a year ago there before and also rented another trailer and I am thankful for this clean well informed convenient location.
