No one told me I had to return uhaul to a different location. That really messed up my day. Had to take more time to return it to a different location and it made me late for work. I should have been told that up-front!

Stop double dipping on mileage. If you are charging $0.89 cents per mile, the customer should NOT have to also replace fuel used, pick one or the other, If not, it is double dipping

Rep took photos of my drivers license. I am uncomfortable with this practice as it has the potential for fraudulent activity if it ends up in the wrong hands. What is done with the photos after the rental is complete? This practice should not continue for obvious reasons!!!!

Pick up was fast & easy. Male worker was good. Drop off, male (doffernent) was not good. He barley spoke, walked away after grabbing keys from my hands. Said I could go, then called me back about the gas and miles not being correct. Showed him pictures of pick up tank and miles and it matched what I used/replaced. He was not helpful, or friendly. His customer service was very very poor!

When I had called I had asked if the truck had a tow hitch and was ready to pull a trailer I showed up and it was not ready to pull a trailer as it was missing the ball which forced me to spend extra money to buy one because I did not have time to run back home to pick up mine

Attendant was very thorough and attentive in his delivery and setup of the trailer, making sure all connections were made, secured, and functioning properly before we left (we even learned a new trick on shortening chains). (Only drawback was that the place was busy and the location was small, but the attendant was quick to get the area cleared and made safe for us to get in and out with a big truck and trailer, which was a concern.) Thank you!

The fellow at this location had me on a truck and on my way in quick time. I purchased some moving blankets using the discount I received for agreeing to drop-off truck off at specific location. Fellow also reminded me of fuel economy mode truck would operate its best.

I made the reservation online. It gave me an estimated total of $34.00. When I got to the location for pick up, the employee told me that I made my reservation at another location which I did not. Then he told me it would cost me about $75.00, which was not what I was quoted online. Upon turning in the UHaul, I was charged $109.00 which is significantly higher than what I was told. I did not go over the mileage I said I would therefore I am still confused of how it went from 34 to 109. So with that being said I will not be returning to this location or this company for moving services in the future. The employees were very nice and respectful and displayed very good customer service skills; however the lack of transparency in regards to billing is quite ridiculous to say the least.

I could hardly open driver side door. The sales rep did not explain there was a button for pulling a trailor i thought the transmittion was going out. And then when returning uhaul my GPS said i went 17 miles round trip. They said i went 30. When i said that was incorrect he just handed me my receipt.

Service representative did not know how to even hook the trailer up. I had to basically it do it for him. Once the trailer was connected, I was informed that they did not have a trailer light pigtail connector. Because of this I was told I had three options: 1) Drop the trailer and go to a different U-Haul location to pick up a light plug in. 2) Drop the trailer and pick up a different trailer at another location or 3) Drop the trailer and go buy the light connector and an auto parts store. I opted to walk to the auto parts store. I had to pay for the plug in out of my own pocket ($25). Once coming back to the store I had to wait for the representative to take pictures before I could go on my way. Service was a complete wreck and added a significant amount of time to my trip.

I tried looking up for a cargo van on your website and there was always a not available on there. It would make things easier for customers to be able to see the cost and availability on you site. Thanks though, our experiences have always been great at the Uhale store on WW White and Rigsby.
