I got over charged for two days when I only rented the truck 24 hours . I am awaiting a call back about this matter currently. This isn’t how you do business my sales rep was Mikayla and I really don’t appreciate being over charged like I was on today .

Upon return was told there was a charge for gas. I took a picture of the mileage and gas gauge before I left the lot. I was going to dispute it but it was taken off my bill. If I can take a picture of the gas gauge with my phone, so can your employees! Just saying! Nobody likes to be overcharged.

They had guy outside to accept trailer when I pulled up at 09:15 am on a Sunday. Drop off was very quick, but they never sent me a confirmation email stating trailer was returned, so I had to call U-Haul that night to make sure it was listed as returned in your system.

There was a small hole in the front lower left corner which could let in a lot of water if I had been traveling in the rain. Thankfully it did not rain during my trip.

When gases back up the Rental vehicle, I am not sure the amount of gas to put in to bring it back to where it was when I got it, I feel cheated which left my whole good experience a sour taste in my mouth. So, I would think twice about using U-Haul or recommending anyone. Also, I think the cost of mileage is over priced and I see that being a way to make up for that $19.99 Rental. I rented the cargo for least than 3 hours and paid over $60.00, ripped off!!

I would say be consistent in the process. I have rented from Uhaul several times in the past and NEVER have I been asked to provide references for them to call and verify me. In fact at that same location in Dec 2018 when I rented a truck I wasn’t even asked for my DL, because I was told they had it on file. The rep was nice I was just in a rush and felt I was being profiled by being asked for references for them to call just say say yes I’m who I am.

Stop lying to people. I returned my truck at the proper gas spot and they told me I didn't and charged my card an extra $8 for missing gas. So if you don't take pictures of everything you get taken advantage of. Great company guys.

When I arrived at the Uhaul location I was told I could not take a truck without a reservation. I had to make a reservation for three hours later that day. The rep said I would be able to use the truck until 3pm the following day. When I arrived to pick up my reservation at 2pm the truck I wanted was still there and it was obvious it had not been rented that day. I was told by the rep on duty at pick up that unless I brought the truck back at 6pm that evening I would have to pay another days rental. I needed the truck when I first arrived at the store. Since I could not pick it up until 3 hours later having until 3pm the next day would have been helpful. Instead I was only able to keep the truck four hours. Thankfully we were able to get most of the items on this truck and rush it back at 6pm. We had to borrow a friends pickup truck to get the rest of the items the next day. I have rented from this location two other times and had a good experience. I will not rent from this location again due to the run around I received this time.

I was given a truck that had brake problems. I was charged extra because I didn’t put that I brought the truck back. I was charged extra for mileage that I didn’t use. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He was very professional during my experience. But the truck I was given sucked ass and I want a refund

Only problem I had was having to resubmit the same information at the counter that I did when reserving the truck. I didn't like the idea of having my ID in someone's personal phone, when it was previously uploaded to to reservation as requested. Also my credit card information was entered in reserving the truck and I had to do it again at the counter. This makes no sense to me and this is the first time I have experienced this in reserving a truck. It seems like UHAUL's on line system should be able to connect to the local site's computer, this is totally unacceptable.

Our original drop off location was the Philly Cheesesteak place- DO NOT USE this location. It was not open during the hours posted online and we were told “just to drop it”. I had to change my drop off location to this place on Dorchester. Much better.

This is our go to place for trailer rentals. They always have a good selection on hand and they are very efficient. The personnel are friendly and greet you right away. They do a great job at this location.

The credit card I used to reserve the tow dolly was not on file. It was my wife's credit card. She was unable to be with me when I picked up the dolly. I had to pay cash. I'm not sure if it was an error by the representative who made the reservation or at the location where I picked up the dolly. Otherwise, Service was good.

Although the facility provided a safe storage, entry locks were frequently broken with AC either being inop or dripping water all over the floor. An increase in rent did not seem reasonable.

I canceled my account at the location, a couple days later I got numerous letters about a bill and late fees, I called everyday and was told that someone would call be but I never got a phone call.
