I have rented a motorcycle trailer from this location many times. I trust my bike on Uhaul equipment. The people at this store are efficient. They get me in and out in no time and get the trailer hooked up to my truck and I'm on my way. .

John T.I was at the location for close to three hours and all while my 4 yr old was sitting on a nasty floor waiting, as patiently as a 4 yr old can, for us to get pur equipment. The representative redid our WHOLE request and didn't include everything, such as the roadside assistance, and did NOT even have me sign NOR review the order prior to completing it. The signature on the final paper is NOT mine and when I had questioned the total amount, as the only reason he even told me was because both my mom, who was paying for the equipment, and myself kept pressing him for a total. But when I told him it was different than the amount that I was give online, all he did was shrug his shoulders and just said "I don't know". Then he just continued on as if it was no big deal. Once the order was complete, it then took him OVER ONE HOUR to hook up the 26' box truck to the trailer, while my son continued to sit on this nasty floor and when I asked for a chair for him, I was told they didn't have any extras. But yet all the employees were sitting in chairs but couldn't give e a kid one to sit on. This was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER HAD when it comes to renting from Uhaul. I would NEVER rent from this location again. Then once all was connected the representative just put the keys to the truck on his desk which I was standing at but didn't even say anything, just put them there and walked off as if I was supposed to know they were for me. I was standing there maybe 20 minutes before I asked another employee if those were the keys to my equipment to which they had to loom up and confirm and THEN I had to ask who could check me out for additional items I was purchasing from there. It was just a NIGHTMARE! I have rented from Uhaul probably a dozen or so times within the last 6 yrs and this has honestly been the worst experience I have ever had and I just couldn't believe the poor customer service both in store and even over the phone when I called about my contract agreement being all messed up. This company has truly gone downhill and it really is sad.

Get off the phone while your asking me questions and save the smart ass comments for someone else. I've used this location for years with no issues. This was the worst customer service I've seen. The gentleman that help me hook up the trailer and took the pictures upon check out was the nicest person there. Really appreciate his help!

Roxanne C.A friend made me aware that U-Haul sells and installs hitches, a service of which I was unaware. I made the arrangements with Bill (a twenty-year U-Haul employee who's been installing hitches about that long) to buy and have installed a receiver hitch to accommodate a bike rack I intend to purchase. Just had the hitch installed today. Everything went exactly as advertised! Bill was professional, most capable and quite friendly. The pricing was very competitive, and the installation started and finished on time. The installation was very well done, and the hitch comes with a lifetime unlimited warranty that only cost $5!! I highly recommend Bill and U-Haul for hitch related services!
Chester M.The van itself was clean but the low air tire indicator was on. No one checked the van prior to me taking it. The return could not have been worse. I got the email receipt (time stamped) before it was even returned. The final charge was $1300.00 more than what it should have been and my debit card was charged. Because of this I received charges/fees from my bank. Their records said I traveled 2,455 miles in 15 hours which would be impossible. It took me three phones calls and a total wait time of over an hour to get the issue resolved and as of tonight my bank account is STILL not reversed of the charge. Two customer reps were very helpful but even they were not able to reach the manager or any employee at the location where I picked it up. No excuse for that. Customer service reps assume the employees put the wrong vehicle return odometer reading on my receipt. Mistakes happen but an obvious mistake like this should be corrected quickly and store reps should follow up. No excuses for that

When I arrived at the U-Haul center, I was told that the truck was not available and told that I should have called directly to the store instead of using the app. Initially, the representative offered to look in other parts of the city for a similar truck, but was unable to find. ,The representative finally agreed to rent me one of many available larger trucks at the same price. I should not have had to ask.

Even when I visited during business hours, it would sometimes take up to an hour to have someone move the truck blocking my unit so that I could access it. I planned on keeping my unit longer, but I couldn’t keep being unable to access it at convenience like I could at other locations.
