It was so clean the staff was amazing and friendly

I was not happy about the level of customer service provided by Kuwan Barnes. I was overcharged for a carpet protector even after I inquired about the 20% manager special on the item. I inquired a few times and after I was charged and the card ran, I realized that I had not been given the discount. The agent appeared severely annoyed that he had to adjust my bill. It was still incorrect (not a full 20% off) but I was tired of the attitude, so I left. The agent at drop off was extremely polite.

The customer service was horrible, but not in the sense of the service provided, but the manner in which it was conducted. The employee who helped me seemed attitudish and condescending. The 10'box truck I rented had a missing driver's side visor. At turn in, the sign said stop here and wait in the vehicle for turn in. The same employee from the day before asked if I was turning in the vehicle, I stated yes. He then sarcastically said "well then, you can get out of the vehicle." I've been to this location twice before this and this employee was not here during the last 2 visits. That dropped my normal rating down considerably.

I asked if I had been charged twice because my original truck wasn't ready and I had to come to this location for a truck and he said no, and I checked my account and I was definitely charged twice. It would have been nice to been told so, because now I have to get U-Haul to refund me $154.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. On the occasions I had to come into the store & needed customer service the wait was ridiculously long. Staff not attentive to customer’s needs.

first van they tried to give me had a low tire light on. I waited while they put air in the tires. Didn't fix the light. Then they said it was an ongoing malfunction they thought was due to a faulty sensor. So replace the sensor!

While the overall experience was excellent, there was one thing that really bothered me. The person checking us in used her personal cell phone to take a picture of my husband's drivers license to upload. While she was most likely using a U-Haul app, there was nothing to prevent her from taking a picture of it for her later use. I was completely stunned that in this day and age with identity theft so common that U-Haul allows employees to capture sensitive personally identifiable information with a personal cell phone.

We pulled into the truck return area. No one came out to check me in with signs that say stay in the vehicle. There are signs everywhere for the 24/7 truck share. I signed in and did a return from my phone and there is no key return. I called the GM whose number was listed on a sign. There was no answer. Finally someone unlocked the door. And the guy said "no we don't do 24 hr returns". There are signs Everywhere. I got up early to return the truck on time and was freezing outside 45 minutes, checking myself in and was obviously wandering around looking for a key slot with a truck to return and some guy was in the store just chillin because "they don't do 24 hour returns." So I did all the return process, as listed per posted instructions at the drop off point and was forced to freeze outside till someone decided to physically take the key. The listed phone number, the GM, had no answer. So why is there no key drop if there are signs Everywhere that say 24 hr drop off. I left early to drop off the truck at my return time before the store opened, and had to wait around anyway until someone decided to actually start work. Why are there posted signs Everywhere for 24/7 truck return, and people's phone numbers if I need a physical person during business hours and if i call a posted number after hours I get no answer when the sign says to call after hours. The whole truck return process at this location is stupid. Change your signs or get a key dropoff box.

Excellent customer service and great staff. Customer parking at this location can be problematic when there are a lot of trucks in the inventory, and although the traffic is 1-way, it can be difficult to get through parking lot or find a place to park. Would definitely use their services again though!

Tons of dirt on dash of this truck and the cup holders had sticky stuff inside. The manager "Ray" threatened me during my rental and after I called the 800 # to file a report I was not calling back by a regional. Pathetic and I will not be using Uhaul ever!

Uhaul location charged a ridiculous 25 dollar “after hours fee”. Signs were everywhere about 24/7 drop off and when I returned it there was no Dropbox. When the manager got there he told us the signs shouldn’t be there and 24/7 didn’t apply to this location! Ridiculous and will never get a uhaul again.

I reserved an appliance dolly when I reserved the truck and your system allowed me to do so. I assumed a reservation would assure that the equipment was available. I had to drive in my newly rented truck and spend miles that you charged me for to pick up an appliance dolly from a different location. Your online system should not allow someone to reserve equipment that is not in stock.
