"Was the location clean and inviting?" a car garage isn't very inviting, but that doesn't means you shouldn't use it

All was fine! Friendly & helpful, timely & kindly, respectful & affordable. Truck was ready when we arrived for pickup & personal car was safe as it was left for our return. Lot was spacious & easy to navigate. Location was handy. Online use was also easy. Thank you!

The self serve app is AWFUL! IT did not work for pickup nor drop off and kept getting stuck. We were picking up just after hours and we're so grateful that there was still someone there who was kind and helpful to get us the truck we needed at BG Towing. Please fix your app. Moving is stressful enough without the hurdle of a clunky tech that gets stuck on pages. My cell service is 100% fine in this location for everything else so that was not the issue.

Large parking lot, accessible drop box for the keys. When I pulled in before I got out of the truck one of the personel directed me to the parking location.

This Uhaul location was hard to find and not clear as to where to even go to drop off the keys. A bit confusing but not the worst thing in the world.

I paid a hefty fee for round trip. Wasn’t offered the option to drop the uhaul at my destination city. Not very happy due to that.

Location seemed clean enough, however business is located around back of busy commercial district with no recognizable U-haul signage in front. Better signage would prevent u-turns with trailer in tow. Facility had plenty of room to maneuver and place trailer

It was convenient for online drop off. Location was fine, tucked around back. The iPhone app failed me and I had to wait on hold for resolution. So, the app sucks but this drop off location was fine.

The transmission slipped and the brakes went clear to the floor!!! Plus the back was filthy and hadn't been swept in awhile!!

BG Towing and Repair were helpful and easy to deal with. U-Haul Corporate could screw up a free lunch. The reservation made months in advance was changed multiple times by U-Haul. The Pick Up location was moved twice. The first time 45 minute drive from where I needed to be. The second change was a location closer however not open on Saturday the actual pick up day. I was asked to pick up on Friday by 5. I was driving 3.5 hours to make the deadline...a day before I needed the equipment. If renting from U-Haul just know it is a game of chance and your deadline and moving needs are not important.

I am nearly 70 years old and working through the after hour smartphone application was a little overwhelming. I understand the safety of making sure the correct person is picking the truck up is needed, but again it was overwhelming. Still waiting for email of final bill.

We were charged for gas even though we returned the truck with the exact same amount of gas that was in it when we picked it up. I contacted U-haul with no reply.

Using the internet to gain access to the vehicle was intensive it took 45 mins before I could get on road. The vehicle was also covered in a sheet of ice on windshield without an ice scraper.

The size of the truck was changed on our reservation without us knowing about it three days before we picked the truck up so when we arrived it was a smaller truck then we had reserved. The website continued to time us out and we had to make a whole new reservation which took an hour to complete. The entire pick up process took 2 hours!! And we still only received a 15’ truck instead of a 20’ which was what we had reserved and needed! The entire move took us longer bc it was a smaller truck and additional miles. Uhaul didn’t offer anything to us for their mistake of changing the reservation. Additionally, there was no way to upload photos of the vehicle to show damage that was there prior to when the pictures were taken from U-Haul. Then at check out the website continued to freeze and would not allow us to return the vehicle until we spoke with someone in the customer service department. We will never use U-haul again!

Pick-up location in BG was good. My should have been pick-up location on reynolds rd was very bad. The customer service was terrible. I was treated like a child and was spoken down to. This was from the general manager of the location. I was very disappointed with the service rendered at that location.

Location was difficult to find. The "office" felt like part of the auto repair bay. Personnel acted like they were put out by having to assist me.

Person helping us was cursing at the computer and had to redo things a couple times so the pick up took longer than expected but honestly nothing too out of the ordinary.

There was a system issue and we were unable to check out truck with app. Good thing there was someone there at 7:30 in the morning to redo the rental. This was a huge issue as we sat waiting.

When I got to the Uhaul location, I could not find the door. When I finally did, it was locked. I called the BG Towing number and told the guy on the phone I couldn't get in and if there was another door. He said there's no way the door is locked and basically made me feel like an idiot. I tried the door again, it was still locked. After standing out in the cold for 5 minutes, someone finally saw me and opened the main garage door, because they couldn't unlock the actual door. The guy then was like, oh I guess the door was locked. Very unprofessional and made me feel like an idiot. The Uhaul truck was also extremely dirty inside.

This comment is towards Uhaul in general: I reserved a truck a week in advance for pick up 10 minutes from my home. I even did the early online check in; Yet Uhaul made me pick up the vehicle at a location 20 minutes away. They did not offer to give me credit on the extra gas it took to get the Uhaul vehicle back to my house.

The drop off is in the back of the building. No signs. No guidance. I asked someone in the front of the building. No one on staff to receive the key. Drop off box that was not labeled well at all.
