The only thing I say could be better is the seats if you have to stop and take power naps the seats are extremely uncomfortable. That's the only thing I did not care for thank you very much.

The staff was very nice and informative. Also, when I called and needed extra time with the truck, they accommodated my needs over the phone.

THOMAS TI made a reservation a month before I needed the truck. The day before, they called and said I would have to pick it up in another town. They then charged me for extra mileage when I turned it in, which is totally unacceptable. I checked the truck in in person and the lady at the drop off point apparently didn’t know what to do, so she wrote down the information on a scrap of paper. Hours later a rep called me to see if I was returning the truck. They said they would reach out to the rep at the location. I stopped by later to make sure they had taken care of it. It was 5 1/2 hours AFTER I had dropped it off they still hadn’t checked it in, but told me not to worry about it, they would get to it.
Elaine SInstructions weren’t clear as you enter the area. Truck was dirty in the cab and in the back of the truck. There were numerous trash items under the seats in the cab. The good news is the truck ran great with no issues at all !
