How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I returned the truck, the location was just a drop off point with a drop box and no instructions. I attempted to call the number on the drop box but no one answered. Then I was hit with an after hours return fee of $20, even though I returned the truck at 10:30 that morning. Would not recommend this location!
Michael MIt was raining pretty hard and the parking lot was a little flooded so having walk around taking pictures from all sides was not the best. But overall it was a pretty easy experience.
Jason OCharged for a cleaning fee when the truck itself was already dirty before I got it. It had been documented in pictures.
Jordan HCustomer service at drop off was great!
