Actually go out and look at the vehicle to make sure the vehicle is cleaned out when returned during business hours. Was NOT given a receipt upon returning the 10' truck when I returned it Saturday around 8am, May 8, 2021. Was told I would receive a receipt in my email. I just checked my email address and it was NOT sent yet there are 2 charges on my debit card. 5/10/2021 U-HAULEAST SIDE STORAG WOOSTER OHIO pending $12.75 5/10/2021 U-HAULEAST SIDE STORAG pending $58.32. I need that receipt to send to the City of Wooster as well as to Kimbles Trash Services for NOT picking up items that were put out at the curb. Both my driver and I confirmed the week prior gave them our credit card number needed a large truck confirmed that we would pick it up at 11 AM on Saturday being as we were packing we did not get a phone text from them we did not receive it when we got there they had given our truck away this is even after we called and told them specifically that we would not be there until 11 and gave them our credit card number they gave it away which made us have three trips and this stinky little truck they gave us I think I should be reimbursed for the one day that we had it it's the worst service ever I talk to the people my driver talk to the people I talk to the people to no communication with one another the guy just said oh yeah just call on Saturday morning and let us know what time you'll be here when we did that he said well you didn't confirm so we gave it away he told my driver that he had sent me a text message that morning and that I didn't reply I was packingJAMES P.

The equipment was clean and well maintained. The staff when I picked it up was even better! I noticed that this location had a lot of Belden Brick items displayed. I grew up in the town where Belden Brick was founded and still operates. Had a great conversation with the employees while getting my rental picked up. Friendly staff is hard to find today. The wipers were shot and I could barely see in the snow storm. The drivers side wiper flew off and I couldn't see. I managed to temporarily put the wiper back on but it still flew off again. It put me and my family at risk to say the least. I was very disappointed. Plus the company is trying to charge me more on my credit card and I'm not happy about all this. ðŸ˜¥AMANDA B.

The truck had issues with downshifting gears and the steering was really loose. Overall not a good experience to drive. The process to do contact less pickup was also longer and more involved than expected.Melissa R.
Excellent experience, van was spotless and ran well. Alignment could use some attention. Thanks for doing the extra work I accidentally caused (filled tank to 5/8'a instead of 3/4; tired eyes) Will definitely use again when needed :)Rhett M.

Worst experience ever. They locked the doors 15 minutes before they were supposed to close (according to the piece of paper on the door, the website said they were open til 11). So I went through the process online to drop the trailer off and started backing it into a spot next to another trailer and the guy came outside and screamed at me asking me what the hell I though I was doing. I explained I was returning a trailer I tried to go inside to drop it off but his door was locked so I did it online and this is where it says to drop it off and take a photo. He said I had to go to some other parking lot and leave it there and then he walked away. He offered absolutely no assistance other than to scream at me and walk away. So I had to go bring the trailer down the street and call my boyfriend to drive there to help me because this guy offered no help. Didn't give me or have a jack to lift the trailer off my truck hitch. Then my boyfriend hurt his back trying to lift the trailer off the hitch. We're not happy. I took it myself because the location was supposed to be open and I knew they would have a jack to help lift the trailer off my truck. All the guy did was scream at me and offered no help whatsoever. Extremely rude. I won't be using uhaul again most likely since this is our main location. The location in Warren where we picked it up from us almost 2 hours away otherwise I'd just go there since we had a great experience. Never again.Benjamin D.
