the online pickups and drops never seem to work out for me, this isn't a reflection on this place, though, just go in and talk to them and you will be in and out faster then using uhaul.com

I rented my truck for pickup in Fenton mi. The evening before I was called that they did not have a truck for me in Fenton and I would need to drive 40 minutes out of my way to Wixom. It did not leave me any tome to see if I could find something else. This is the second time that this has happened to me with U Haul. It won’t happen a third time. Your system needs to be updated to reflect truck availability when a person rents a truck and not simply confirm any request whether it can be met or not. This practice will eventually catch up with U Haul.

Th while checking out truck process was ridiculous nothing but problems from the get go we tried to check it out and return went to check truck out via online went through the process only to receive error please try again then tried chat and was on hold a while so tried phone call also on hold a while then when I did reach them I asked how am I supposed to get key they said hold on they would call manager they call manager and tell me box one and code for lock I then go to box one and code does not work period I try many times no go the. I call service again and once again on hold for while then I just so happen to look over wall and see lady so I ask if she manager and she said yes what’s wrong I told her she then said the code they gave me was totally wrong and etc finally hour and half later leave then realize done lights don’t work so hard to see stuff I then return truck via online tononce again only revive system error problem on there end been real head ache
