Friendly staff and great location
Bryon B.The UHaul app and virtual pickup experience were dreadful. It took over 45 minutes on the app to get to where I loaded in driver's license number, and then I was timed out. The representative at the location ended up sending me a link to finalize my pickup. I need to rent another truck in a few weeks and am strongly considering a competitor due to the app experience. Also, the original pickup location changed about 20 hours before pickup.
