Kevin L.There is a code required to get out that wasn't provided because our rental location was changed an hour before pick up. This is a storage unit facility so it's laid out like a maze, not good for driving out a 20 foot truck.

Wayne B.The location was confusing. It was a storage unit property with a small parjing lot for the Uhauls. There were no additional parking spots anywhere in sight or near the trucks, so we parked on the grass. The employees then yelled at us to get off the grass. We said we didn't know where to park and they directed us to drive behind a storage unit and park out of sight, quite far from the trucks. They should put up a sign directing Uhaul customers. After returning, we were told to use a dropbox for the keys on the side of the building. There was no dropbox, but there was a key return slot in a door that we used, but we heard the keys plop onto the floor on the inside. Overall the location was cramped and confusing, and the employees were snarky and unfriendly.
Jaymie D.Had to drive to Wixom, MI as enclosed trailer I wanted was not available in Brighton, MI; initial U-Haul rental representative quoted me an enclosed trailer, but when I went to review the contract after, I noticed it was an open trailer. I have to call back and speak with 3 others to get it corrected. All in all it worked out with the exception of the longer drive for pickup and return.

Jason C.Interior cab of floor was muddy and dirty. Cargo area had dried mud all over floor. I was transporting a white sofa. I had to purchase additional blankets from store to keep sofa from becoming all dirty. I feel the shop should have moped or made sure previous renters cleaned the back cargo area before re-renting.
TERESA RANAE M.She was loud and abusive. Screamed at my husband for not folding the blankets “perfectly†she swore at us. We got the invoice and returned all the blankets and she still charged us for them anyway. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any company ever
JEREMY SCOTT T.They didnt have an appliance dolly in the truck. Picked up the truck on a Sunday, place wasn't technically open to walk-ins, so can't really complain about accomodations. Power steering rack in the truck felt as if it had a bit too much slack.

JEFFREY JOHN R.Female attendant at drop off was not pleasant to deal with, threatening to charge for cleaning the trailer. Looking closely at the trailer I found 1 small leaf. They offer 1 day rental on Saturday, but are closed on Sunday, forcing you to rent an additional day or lift off a heavy trailer yourself on the day they are closed.

EDWARD MARK G.So the truck I rented had trash and old face masks left in it. I am assuming from whoever rented prior to me. I didn't notice it till a few hours later as it was all stuffed in the back behind the seats.
Megan P.The only issue was the very quick timeout on the passcode for the phone based vehicle pick up. It took me three try's, as the first two timed out even though I entered the code that was sent to my email fairly quickly.
patrick H.Your website allowed me to order two furnature dolleys at $7 each. But only your Corporate stores carry these. Remote franchises do not have them. I zuggest you change your online order system to not show these furnature dolleys when a customer is renting from a remote lovation.

James H.It took over 2 hours for us to get a code to get our key from your lockbox. It took over 90 minutes to be on hold on your 800 number before we got someone. Your chat system was ineffective. And your UHaul.com website kept shutting down to "Planned Maintenance" on a Saturday morning when most of your customers move! Horrible logistics and you couldn't pay us to use UHaul again.

MELISSAKATHRYN F.There was a screw in one of the tires that was not noted until we got home with one of the tires being very low. Could be an over site and would still rent from there again. This was a second location as our original location we reserved a week or two prior could not longer meet our 10am request and the reservation had to be moved to this location.
