I used the truck drove it 6 miles and was charged 120. They lied said I driver the truck over 40 miles and brought it back empty. There was more gas in it when I brought it back then when I got it. I live 3 miles from town I used it to go to court and brought it back. They robbed me of everything in my account and lied about the milage and the gas . 29 turned in to 129. They took my light bill money. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS SERVICE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY EVER!! THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE EVEY CENT ON YOUR CARD! NOW MY LIGHTS WILL BE CUT OFF. 6 MILES COSTING CLOSE TO 200. . THIS ISANT OVER UHAUL!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCalled for assistance after having to drive 1.5 hours to pick up a truck and was told to wait by this location for a call back for assistance. No call was ever received to notify me for assistance. Poor customer service. Should not have been required to drive 1.5 hours to pick up truck when I had made a reservation over 2 wks before pick up date because there were zero trucks available within a 60 mile radius. Will NEVER rent a U-Haul again. Would rather pay a moving company for guaranteed vehicle.
Shannon TSince the system didn't notify the pick up location that we were picking up after hours, our pickup was not completed in the technical aspect. We arrived at the destination for drop off and had to call support because they didn't show that we had even picked up the truck. Very frustrating experience and not either of the location's fault. These technical errors are horrible and need to be fixed.
