While I was finally able to get a Uhaul at the Loudoun Street location. I am leaving a review for the location that I originally chose. This being the VALLEY GAS MART AT 3323 Valley Pike, Winchester, VA 22602. The email I received about the location gave me the address for the U Haul 2 miles south in Stephen City. So I went there first, arrive at 755am for a 8am pickup. They they told me my reservation was at the VALLEY GAS MART and they should have called me. I NEVER received a call or voice mail from them... So I proceeded to that location arriving at 8:05am. THE STORE WAS CLOSED. Walked around, to see if there was another location that was just for Uhaul reservation. THE STORE WAS CLOSED. So pulling up the reservation via teh text sent to me from the Stephen city location it gave me two numbers to call. One for for the VALLEY GAS MART UHAUL and one for the Uhaul help line. Call the first number, NO ANSWER, NO WAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. It is now 820AM and I call the UHAUL helpline. They put me on hold as they are going to try and contact the VALLEY GAS MART UHAUL. They as well could not get a hold of anyone to assist me. So they move my reservation to the OTHER SIDE OF TOWN FORM WHERE I NEED TO BE which is the Loudoun Street location. The Loudoun street location is on the run down side of town, smells bad and not the nicest location of town. But the gentleman at the counter is friendly and helpful to get me the 16' truck I need. It was an high mileage, older truck that needs ball joints, but that not a big deal as I am only going going one town over and back. But the fact that by the time I get the truck AT ANOTHER LOCATION from originally planned it is past 9am, I have people waiting for me and alot to move.

Easy to get in and out of. Person that checked me in was very friendly and helpful.
CONNIE NThey were rude and tried to rip me off and didn't listen to any i said, he made up things to try to get me to the 25 foot box truck and all I wanted was the pickup truck. Then made me put extra miles on it to return it, even though I asked for the drop off at a different location.
