How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey did a good job of providing the correct size truck in good condition.
Patrick FWhen I picked up the 26 foot truck in Cold Speing the steering was not good. Once loaded the play in the steering wheel became deadly. I had to travel 1700 miles at 40 miles an hour. I drove 24 hours a day with cat naps in order to make your deadline. It was the worst experience I have had with U-Haul. Nearly hit someone with the truck while attempting to move back into my lane from the left. Total weight 5 tons , less a couple hundred pounds. Had to hit a weigh station. Called for all rentals.
DICK NNothing , the guys were great at getting me on the road.
JIMMY PRolling door came open on us. We lost about $5,000 worth of property at 4:30 in the morning. The latch came loose causing the door to roll up. Door was confirmed to be locked!
