There was some confusion on where to return the truck. I told them I wanted to return it closer to where I was moving. They said I could take it to any U-Haul location near there but, the real issue was the air conditioner did not work all the time. The drive to our new home there was no AC, then on the drive back to the rental location it worked for about 3 Miles then just stopped blowing cold air and started blowing hot air. Terrible experience. I feel I should have part of my rental money refunded.

JAMES A B.On moving day, it's incredibly stressful to get your uhaul and have to immediately stop for gas. The truck had less than 1/8th of a tank and I had to meet moving helpers I was paying by the hour. It just adds more stress. The brakes were terrible and loudly squealed anytime you touched them. On the upside, the people were friendly.
