5 Stars for the friendly, helpful attendant - he provided great service. 1-2 Stars for U-Haul because when I got my receipt email I was surprised to see that I was charged for an entire extra day after bringing the truck back a few hours later than I thought I would be. I thought that the $29.95 rate for for 24 hours. I knew I wasn't going to keep the truck overnight/24 hours so I gave an estimated time of return, telling the attendant that I would be returning it after hours. I picked the truck up at 11:45 am and thought I would have it back by 5:45 pm at the latest. Things took longer than I expected so I couldn't bring the truck back until 9:30 pm, which is WELL WITHIN the 24 hour period. I don't understand why U-Haul charged me for an additional day. Disappointing.
