The trailer is awfully heavy get a modern trailer lighter burns a lot of gas after you load the trailerSTANLEY N.
Clearer drop off instructions, such as the $20 surprise if you don't have your phone and are not on site at the time for the online verification. Lazy is what that is... you make the customer do all of the work. It is impossible to speak or chat to anyone. I hooe I never move again, if I do I doubt I will use uhaul.Julie H.

The locations is in a very sketchy area. The property is not clean. As I walked up to the key box, I was hit with the stench of decay. There were rotting deer skulls DIRECTLY UNDER the porch that the UHaul key box was mounted on. Like WTF. Why dispose of game waste there of all places?? Not good business practices. The people that were there were pleasant however. Made themselves available to help. Just clean the place up my God.Jessica D.

Drop-off was effortless and Preston was terrific. However, I've been charged for an extra day. I returned it on Monday, Aug. 9, and that is the day my reservation confirmation stated it was due to be returned. I think UHaul needs to credit me $28.00. Thank you.Susan S.
