I dropped it on Saturday, October 17, at 10:30 a.m. NO ONE was at the Flex Storage, and NO ONE ANSWERED the number on the door. I called the drop-off location number on my receipt, and I talked to a woman named Lisa who said to leave it in the parking lot, and it would be checked in on Monday. On Monday afternoon, I received an email telling me that I hadn't turned in the trailer. The trailer was not checked in until Tuesday morning. I was in on the phone with 1800-UHAULand she told me it was just checked in. I don't expect to be treated this way by U-Haul, and I don't think that extra work by me is part of the deal. I'll be looking at other companies next time.

CHRIS CWas not open at 11:00 on a Monday . Had to call U-Haul to return a trailer
TIMOTHY TThis location is like an oasis in the desert of inefficiency. Before we found this location, we experienced canceled confirmed trucks, trucks that were confirmed for more than one customer, confirmed trucks that didn exist. This dealer is efficiently ready to please. Call them first if you're in central Alabama.
Perry GThe staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the unit they have. They were also very fast, I was in and out in no time. Great place to do business!! Thank you Flex Storage!
