Brianna D.You should be up front about the costs of renting. This rental was DOUBLE what was quoted when I booked online, and you do not disclose any of the extra fees until you send the receipt for transaction. The rental experience itself was good, but the charges are so sneaky it most definitely taints the overall experience and I'm not sure I'd use you again.
